"Oh, well at the moment Brandy isn't much of a problem anymore. We had an interesting morning though it was Helen who paid a visit..." Sofia replied as she sat back down on the couch, letting Debra sit on the arm chair as she and Alex sat on the couch. "It was quite a morning, though I'm sure you would have liked the part where Bo ran in ready to bite off her limbs," despite how morbid it sounded Sofia had chuckled and watched as Bo got up and walked over to Debra, licking her hand, his way of greeting her.

Debra automatically patted Bo on the head as she stated, "Sounds like someone around here was being a really good boy!" She then said to Sofia, "So, tell me all about what happened, and I want details!"

Bo barked happily and panted as he paced about the living room with his tail wagging. From time to time he would stop by Alex then Sofia then Debra again. Sofia had told Debra what she knew had happened since Alex had explained it to her earlier. Of course she included the part where Helen had sat on his lap and tried putting her lips all over him and then Bo went and stopped it from happening.

"And that's what happened, Helen isn't exactly the nicest girl on earth. Before Brandy, Helen was Mrs. Queen Bee and she certainly isn't as slow as Brandy. In other words she's someone I need to keep my eyes on..." She sighed heavily before looking over at Alex for a moment then at the tv.

"You got that right!" Alex said to Sofia, "While Brandy isn't the brightest bulb in the box, as witnessed by how easily she was taken in by Debra's cookies, Helen is not going to be tricked that easily." He then stood up and announced, "I've promised Bo a treat, and so I had better get one for him." Having said that, he made his way to the kitchen. To tell the truth, he wanted to continue watching football, but it would be rude of him to tell Sofia and Debra to be quiet or to ask them to leave the room. Anyway, they will probably want to go up to the attic to play some music, and so Alex could patiently wait until they did that.

Sofia glanced over at Alex and nodded before looking back at Debra, "Well lets head into the attic and continue talking there. I can tell Alex wants to watch in peace." She chuckled lightly before standing up and heading toward the attic with her, Bo deciding to stay as he sat on the couch watching the game as well. Boys will be boys after all. Once they reached upstairs she took her usual spot by the piano. She sighed softly as she lightly tapped the keys.

"I'd love to try one of your musical instruments," Debra said to Sofia when they were in the attic, "But I'll probably just make a fool of myself. Can you recommend something that a person with no talent whatsoever can pick up on fairly easily?"

"It depends on a person honestly, there are people that can pick up any instrument and learn how to play it within weeks, then there are people who struggle for months just to pick up the basics. I thank the Lord that I'm one of those who can pick an instrument and learn how to play it quickly, every instrument in here I know how to play. So, just pick the one you want to learn the most and I'll teach you. I'm a patient teacher so you won't have to worry about me yelling," Sofia added with a chuckle as she stood up and let Debra pick which ever instrument she wanted. There were a variety of string instruments, wind etc. While Debra chose, Sofia walked over to the cello and figured she'd play a song with it later, it always made such beautiful music.

After looking at the musical instruments, Debra's face lit up as she spotted a guitar, and she said, "Hey, I'll try the guitar! That shouldn't be too difficult to learn. I just need to know the the correct finger placement to play the notes, right?" She picked up the guitar and experimentally played a bunch of notes at random. In an effort to actually produce some music, she attempted to play by ear the opening guitar riff to Smoke on the Water by Deep Purple. It wasn't very close to Deep Purple, but it was recognizable, or so Debra hoped.

Sofia was more into Classical but she knew the song Debra was trying to play and she was pleased that she was some what close. Of course not perfect and so Sofia began to show her the proper notes and placements though looking at the time she had to make lunch. "Feel free to keep practicing or you can come down and help with lunch if you want," with a warm smile she headed down from the attic and over to the living room where she sneaked behind Alex and grabbed his shoulders in hopes to startling him a bit, "Boo! What do you want for lunch?"She said with a laugh from her attempt of scaring him.

People always concluded that Sofia was a dull boring person but she wasn't and she certainly had a big imagination. If she didn't then as a child she would have gone mad with boredom. Often times she would explore out in the large backyard and pretend she was in the jungles doing some sort of mission.

Alex jumped just a little, but then he pretended that he hadn't been startled. As it happened, he had been thinking about what he wanted for lunch, and he had come up with what he thought was a good idea. "Why don't we order out for pizza?" he suggested, "That way you and Debra can keep on doing what you were doing in the attic." If Sofia liked that idea, then he was going to suggest that he can order a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms, and green peppers, and a large Hawaiian pizza.

"Hmmm I suppose pizza is good," Sofia said since she wasn't a huge fan of take out food, she really liked home made foods better since it was healthier and in her opinion a lot tastier. Then again she did grow up with three cooks and so she never had to deal with take out. Nonetheless she would be fine since it was only for today anyway and so she walked over and grabbed the phone and handed it to Alex.

"Call me when the pizza arrives, I'll answer the door and get the pizza, it's best you just keep your leg rested anyway," And with that she headed back up to the attic and joined Debra again and continued to give her the basic lessons on the guitar. After that she gave Debra some space to practice on her own while Sofia began to play a song on the cello.
((OOC: Now I want pizza XD))

Debra listened carefully to the instructions that Sofia was giving her, and it seemed that she was doing fairly well for a beginner. Of course she was both pleased and excited by that, partly because her favorite types of music featured a lot of guitar-playing. When left to practice on her own, Debra repeated some of the things that Sofia had taught her. At the same time, she was listening to what Sofia was playing. "That's very beautiful!" Debra said when Sofia had finished. Growing bold in her initial success, Debra chose to play by ear again, and this time she chose the opening guitar riff for Barracuda by Heart. Once again she wasn't all that close to the band, but she did have some success.

"Thank you and that was very good, with enough practice you'll be playing the guitar with ease," Sofia replied as she put the cello back and walked along the row of other instruments she had. It had been some time since she played with any of the others since she normally went with the piano but today was a good day to play with the others. There was no need for her to go and neglect the others. Finally she picked up her clarinet and glanced back at Debra, "You can keep practicing with the guitar if you want or feel free to play with any of the others. Even if you don't know how to play any other you can always just have fun with it." She chuckled before going over what song she wanted to play before making sure the mouth piece was on right and so she sat there and began to play another song. Music was just so soothing to her and sometimes it felt as if she could see every note as a specific color as her eyes were shut, the darkness lit up with ever colored note.

Alex had ordered the two pizzas that he had been thinking about, and he had included an order of bread sticks, an order of buffalo wings, and two bottles of Mountain Dew. When the doorbell rang at about the right time for the food to be delivered, he loudly called out, "Pizza's here!" To tell the truth, Alex preferred to answer the door himself, but Sofia had insisted, and so Alex conceded the point.

By time the delivery man had arrived Sofia was taking a little break still helping Debra out and showing her some techniques. She heard Alex call out that the pizza was here so as she headed down she asked Debra to join her and help her by taking the pizza to the living room then the soda's. Once the food was in the living room Sofia paid the man and gave him a nice tip before shutting the door and went into the kitchen where she got three plates, three cups filled with ice and then joined the two in the living room. Sofia was glad to serve them both and at last she sat down on the couch with a slice of pizza and ate it slowly. It was good, there was no doubt about that. The moment she was going to take another bite the phone rang so she set her plate down and went grabbed it from the table and walked over to the kitchen. Looking at the caller ID she sighed and answered.

"Hey, what's up?" She spoke in a low voice hoping Debra and Alex could not over hear her conversation. She was on the phone for awhile with her cousin who was trying to convince her to go out on Sunday for her birthday but Sofia refused time and time again and so she finally hung up and went back to the couch where she finished her slice.
