Seeing his helpful tone not helping any, he strode over to a desk, found how to get to the commissioner and attempted to get some sort of special permit to use his tank in city limits. Unfortunately it seemed ironclad on this level that there would be no tanks in the city. Commander Joffier thanked the commisioner for his time, headed out of town to his temporary hq, and made a few phone calls. After the third person, he finally secured the documents he needed in order to use any force in Vancouver that was needed in order to quell a rebellion going on by super powered people. With the proper documents in hand, he saddled up his personal tank and two others to drive through town, looking for his first super to enlist.

Joffier did have the proper documents from the French military. He didn't waste time getting permissions from the canadians, but he took the time to use the french army's military equipment in a civilian area (Vancouver).

The french military could not give any permission like that to him without Canadian approval in the first place. Then he would have to be escorted by Canadian military personel and follow canadian military rules and regulations.
They would never allow the french military to run tanks through the middle of their city, let alone start shooting the s**t out of civilian buildings and killing who knows how many in the process.

I'm under the assumption the Canadian government knows about these suppers, and is thus, trying to form some sort of agreement with the 'hero's about getting the villians -which would be the ones to fall under the 'rebel' lable.- under control.

Hey Soul ^.^; sorry no one else said hi lol. it's good to see someone else entering this confusing, but interesting plot. hope you have fun with your character.. it will be interesting to see how my Terron will react to a new intern under static, especially since they both seem to be Static Shock fanatics (terron did basically the same thing when he met Static in the old RP lol)

I always enjoy rp games. I couldn't find an interesting super hero rp on gaia until I came across this one. I thought it would be cool to use my sketch character (if anyone wants to know about sketch just pm me) and Siris99 approved it. I can't wait to get in on the action, but is it always as gory as it is with Frostbite? Also, When is everyone normally on?

goryness: no.. frostbite is an emotionless character, so things with him end up being pretty bad, i've tried to make it less gory, but it doesn't fit his personality

time: siris is usually on sometime after 10 pm (central time in the US) Tegian is usually on around the same time, but pops up every once in awhile. Beast and I are usually on around 3am (again, central US) and later except on Wed. and Sat. where as we could be on just about any time during the day or night. Others are usually pretty random with what time they get on

On days I have off work, I'm on pretty much all day. Unless I work early the next day, then i'm off at 9 - 10 pm Mountain Time

On days I work, I get on after work, which could be any time between 12 and 4 pm mountain time. :3

I'm her A LOT haha, more than half the time i've nothing to do except wait for someone to post owo
