After being told to wait Umbron held up for five minutes, counting down that time by waiting for his other self to dissappear. deciding that he had grown bored with this activity of waiting he went down the elevator shaft without bothering to call the elevator. When he reached the kitchen doors he yelled, "KNOCK, KNOCK! I HOPE I'M NOT TOO EARLY!" After yelling his entrance, Umbron walked in and stood before Tosda and Re-flect, awaiting further orders.

When the elevator finally opened to reveal Frostbite, Reaper huffed lightly. He had forgotten how annoying it was having to wait for his interns to get up the damned elevator. The stupid thing was so slow. He said nothing as he turned away and guided Frostbite to the interns room. The door to the room looked completely normal, although it was letting off what looked like steam. The door, as well as the rest of the room, was made of the same thing the card Frostbite had been given. They couldn't just let everything shatter into peices because this guy was producing to much cold.
"That's your room." He said as he stared at the 'steaming' door. "look it over. I'll come back in a few minutes." Reaper said before turning away and heading to his office.

Only about five minutes after he had left, Reaper returned to Frostbites room and walked straight through the closed door. The room was colder now that Frostbite had been in there for a few minutes, not that Lincat noticed anything at all. Everything was the same tempurature to him. "I don't want to wait for the elevator." Was all Lincat said as he went over to Frostbite and took a hold of him. As soon as Lincat took hold of frostbite, the two sunk down through the floors, and every other one below them, untill the reached the lobby.
Reaper had no particular care about the fact that even though he had made Frostbite able to move through the floors, the floors still froze solid as they passed through. "Do you eat?" He suddenly asked as they hit the floor and Reaper released the intern from his grip.

Tosda closed his eyes for a moment as Umbron came down. Nobody had been this annoying since that Fay creature had been here. And that... was a long story. "Aye aye cap'n." he said upon opening his eyes.

He had another question but figured Reflect already knew what Tosda was going to ask. Were they going to train and see what Umbron could do, or were they going to give the shadow a tour.

Heck, seeing how easily the shadow could move throughout the base, some new security measures might need to be put in place. Then again, seeing as Tosda managed to do the same thing, he didn't want those changes to occur.  

[Roskuel]

Frostbite simply stared at Reaper for a moment. "Not really." he said, quite unenthusiastically. Frostbite was actually concintrating more on Reaper's structure. He knew 'it' was a ghost of some sort, but was still slightly unsure about what made him.. well.. him.

(Hm...)


Sid was annoyed to see Umbron come in so early. "Of course you're not." he said, sounding very sincere. "So boys. What's first?" he asked looking at the annoyance on Tosda's face. "Let's..... go for a walk." If there is one thing that cleared Sid's head, it was walking. He stepped past the boys and then outside, taking a deep breath. "Love that summer air." He continued walking, not caring much about whether his intern's were following or not.

Umbron, growing quite bored of everything, decided to follow Re-flect out the door. "I was thinking, maybe you had something productive for me to do? You know, get me out of your hair? Or maybe you're curious about just what I can do?" Umbron said, suggesting things that would amuse him right now, mainly just using his powers in a way that got something done. All play and no work makes Jack a bored boy.

"Good." Reaper said as he instantly turned and headed to the door, "Than you won't mind us starting right away." He said, intending what he said to sound like an order for Frostbite to follow him outside the building. He stood outside, looking first up than down the street. There were no humans out and about that he could readilly send Frostbite after. Then again, he figured the humans have probably learned by now not to come into this area. Once you do, you don't ussually return afterall.
"I want to see how good you are." He said as his bright white wings suddenly and rather abruntly came into view. "Lets go find us some humans." He said with a psychotic smile as he opened his wings and took to the sky. "Try not to leave an ice trail straight to our door though." He added as an afterthought as he started heading down the streets to the more crowded area of the city.

Tosda followed Sid, though he was quite annoyed. Sending Umbron off seemed like a pretty good idea to him, so he decided to push for it. "Why don't you come up with some challenge for him?"

Frostbite cocked an eyebrow as Reaper took to the sky. "Hm.." Reaper had said to not leave an ice trail. In order for him to do that, he would have to take the ice with him. After thinking for about two seconds he started off. He was very smart, but for some reason it had never occured to him to use his ability for travel. Heck he usually walked to where he was going. Seeing that his 'mentor' was in a hurry, Frostbite decided it was best not to lag behind. He rose into the air by creating ice underneath him, then moved forward by creating a small rollercoaster of ice to where Reaper had landed. Along the way, every bit of ice he had let down seemed to pick itself up after he passed it, following him like he was a magnet. Once he reached the crowded area, he slid to a halt. People stopped and stared at what looked like something from a horror movie. Frostbite figured that this was a good place to let down the hundreds of pounds of ice. As he let the ice go it came crashing down. Thousands of shards not only pierced the ground, but a large group of people as well. Multiple civilians were lying on the ground, if not dead, bleeding heavily. After the rain of shards came the larger chunks, bashing countless innocents to the street. Finally, the fifty foot ice pillar crashed to the ground, splattering a family of four that hadn't managed to escape. "So.... when do we start?" Frostbite asked, not even taking note that he had already done something.

(Hm...)

(btw.. he isn't being cocky...he literally has no clue that what he did was "bad". He has no understanding of death at all. In other words: he is merciless because he knows nothing of mercy)

Reaper couldn't help but burst out into laughter as Frostbite landed and thus allowed all the ice to fall from the skies apon all the unsuspecting humans. It was highly amusing and entertaining to watch the humans try to flee the area, only to be stabbed and splattered by the falling ice shards. And when the pillar fell apon the the family, he almost busted a gut. That is, he would have if he acctually had one to bust. It was far to hillarious. "Oh wow." He said through his laughter as he tried to calm himself. "That was seriously amazing." He said as he slowly got himself under control. But, it was hard to completely stop laughing, as now the air was filled with the screams of dying and seriously injured people.
"Well now." He said, still snickering lightly. "Locate the humans still alive and kill them. Leave one for us to take with us." He said as he leaned back against the wall of a building to watch.

Once they arrived at the corner, brent got a bad feeling. His feeling was only proven right when he saw a super standing in the middle of the street, surrounded by bodies. "This is not going to end well." he said sternly. "Ok, the plan changes here." Usually they would get out and aim their guns at the culprit yelling for him to get on the ground or drop his weapon. "We have to be really careful, meaning, no sudden movements."

(What is wrong with me?)


Frostbite raised his eyebrow once more to Reaper's histarics. Once Reaper had given him his task, he looked around seeing only thirteen people trying to flee. "Hm.." he sighed out. Two ice shards formed in the air beside his head. Suddenly they were flying through the air, spinning at amazing speed towards their targets. *SLIT*, one was sliced right through the heart. *SSST*, another through the eye. This continued nine more times until two were left alive, a child and his mother. Frostbite glared at them without remorse or care. A block of ice formed above the woman's head. Frostbite blinked. The block smashed the mother's skull in four times before forming into thick chains, surrounding the boy. The boy wailed as his own mother's blood covered him. Exept for blinking, Frostbite hadn't moved a muscle.

(Hm...)

Sid thought for a moment then held a finger into the air. "Wait," his finger fell in dissapointment, "that won't work." He thought harder, but came to the conclusion that there seemed to be nothing for Umbron to do. He stopped walking and paused and he looked at Umbron. "What... 'can' you do?"

"Well, in the military I was used as a spy. I learned to imitate voices so I could cause chaos and discord in the enemie's ranks. When I have a chance to absorb pure darkness, not just shadows, I become more solid and can fight. I can also annoy people to death when not doing something productive," at the last item Umbron took the chance to laugh.

[I'll just post with lilith in only this thread, rather than this and the hero thread :3]

Lilith's head jerked down to look at her own radio as it also spoke out about the disturbance. She looked back up to Brent just as he spoke and headed out the door to the cruiser. She followed right on his heels and hopped into the passenger side of the vehicle. No words had been spoken between them untill they arrived at the scene. First ones there apparently too.
They were just on time to watch a chunk of ice fly about impaling one injured person than moving onto the next without stopping. Then her eyes turned to the one apparently controlling the ice, and another bent over laughing hysterically at the site. She knew the laughing one from a file she had recieved on known supers. "They don't seem worried about getting caught at all." She commented quietly as she looked to Brent. She had never had to acctually deal with supers before in this manner, so she had to look to Brent for orders. Not that she wanted to really, she mostly figured he would tell her to sneak out and get as close as possible before opening fire without warning. She hoped not.

With the way Frostbite had chosen to end the lives of the survivors, Lincat couldn't help but let the laughter that was still trying to hard to come out to be released once more. "You're amazing with this s**t." He said after Frostbite had killed all the remaining humans except a child. "And good, you kept my favorite kind alive. Children are good screamers." He said as he started simply walking over the bodies and ice as he headed to the bloodied and crying child wrapped in chains of ice. He bent forward infront of the child, putting his hand on his knees as he looked at it. The child looked almost hopefull that Lincat might be there to save him, "Hopefully it screams better than this when we start the torture." Lincat said to Frostbite before he straightened himself up and grabbed the chains around the kid before pulling him back.
So far, Lincat hadn't even noticed the police officers arriving on the scene.

Sid smiled at Tosda as his eyebrows perked. "Oh really? Well in that case I have the perfect job for you." He turned to Umbron. "Now, what would villain's such as us do without someone to get in the way?" He shrugged. "Well, just so happens there is an internship center across the city for heroes. I need you to do some scouting for me. There's a catch. The heroes have security sytem similar to ours. To get in I'll have to mask your DNA." With that, Sid reached into Umbron and masked his DNA using the first hero intern that came to mind, Terron. "Ok. You're good. Now go get as much information as you can without being caught." Once Umbron was out of sight, Sid turned to Tosda. "Perfect. Don't you think?" he stated as he let out a small chuckle.

(Tick... tock)

Frostbite nodded. He couldn't understand why beings such as Reaper enjoyed torture. In fact, he didn't understand emotion at all. It was a waste of time. All of his decisions were based completely on what would benefit him the most. In this case, the villains gave him heat. All the same, he followed Reaper's commands. He lifted the chains, holding the boy in the air above Reaper's head. "It will be easier for me to carry him." he stated with a cold tone.

(I... am dead...)

Brent backed the car up. His eyes shut tightly as he spoke. "I... I can't save him." A tear rolled down his cheek. "I want to.. I need to... but... I can't......" He continued to reverse, then swerved around until the front of the police car faced the opposite direction. He then sped down the street and stopped in an abandoned parking lot. Brent stepped out of the car as he wiped away his tears. "Those damn supers have it so damn EASY! Why?! Why do THEY get to be the heroes?! Why am I.. SO.. WORTHLESS?!!!!!" he screamed. His fist slammed into the police car. A concussive blast bursted from his hand, shattering the back half of the car completely into the ground. Brent stepped backwards stumbling to the ground. His face, stuck in a mode of fear. He raised his hands to eye level. Not a word came from his lips. His entire body shook as the tears returned.

Realizing that he had just been assigned a task, He took a stand of salute. After a moment he relaxed and said to Re-flect, "I will do my best, and don't worry about me being caught. I'm only a shadow of my old self, but it's not like i'm running through the dark on this kind of situation. I'll be back as soon as I know the layout of the enemy HQ, Sir." With that, Umbron left, blending in with the shadow of a car headed to the hero base.
