Anoko smiled. "Good. I really do need a job eventually..." Anoko said happily, "I kinda need to get an apartment... my parents are kinda... um... busy..." He said a little depressed.

(Sorry I was gone so long! I had to go on this 5 day long camping trip!)

Sayuri Katsumi

Sayuri noticed the different tone in his voice. "You're moving out of your parent's place? That's a tough decision, but from personal experience it works out in the long run, once you get the hang of it." She giggled sarcastically once she finished, realizing how long it had been since then.

"I don't really want to move out..." He said, his depression growing, "Theu are just too busy with somthing to be able to take care of me..."

Miranda looked at the time her eyes widened "i'm dead!" she got up and started running back to her aunt and uncles house she ran through the door and her aunt and uncle was standing there with a angry face "you late!" her aunt yells "i'm sorry I lost track of time!" without any other words her uncle slapped her arcoss the face as hard as he can she fell to the ground and started bleeding and glared at her aunt and uncle "I hate you guys" she said quietly.her uncle chuckled "hate us so much get out!" he pointed at the door angerly "I will" Miranda said and got up and walked out the door

Sayuri looked down a her palm and sighed. "If you don't want to then don't, you aren't doing it for a good reason. I only left because after my brother's death, my mother can't even take care of herself." She turned away from him and held a necklace in her palm, sadness covered her face. "I should probably leave."

"Don't go..." Anoko said quietly. "I'm sorry... but I was lying... They are not too busy to take care of me... they are dead..." Then Anoko looked at the ground, "I don't really like to talk about it though..."

Sayuri Katsumi

Sayuri turned back at him and gave a small smile, barely noticeable. "I see the wheel of life has given you misfortunes too. I don't like talking about my life either, too much memories that dig into me. One thing I do know for sure, don't lie about it, I can tell."

Anoko's well-trained eyes were able to easily detect Sayuri's smile. "It's good you can still be happy after great changes in life." Anoko said, "Thanks for not getting mad at me for lying... I'm sorry for that." Anoko frowned, "You'll be the first person I've told for a long while, They were killed by some street thugs in the big city. I was 14 when it happened... I saw them outside my house... I was really mad... and..." Then Anoko stopped. "If I say anything else... You'd run away..."

Sayuri Katsumi

"Why would I be mad, lying is what people do to avoid uncomfortable situations." Sayuri listened his story and even without his last words she could guess the ending. "You killed them?"

"Out of the four... only one..." Anoko said, staring at the ground. "The others, they were probably crippled..." Anoko said quietly. "I... didn't want to... I didn't mean to... but I was angry and I used a death technique I learned in Tai Chi..."

Sayuri Katsumi

Sayuri held her wrist in her hand. "Since you were kind enough to tell me your story I will tell you mine. When I was nine my brother went off to war, he never came back alive. I lived with my mother all my life up til then, she never returned to her old self after his death. I moved out to escape the painful memories that death brought to me."

"I've noticed moving around dosn't seem to make you escape memories. I've always been moving around, yet I haven't escaped anything." Anoko sadly said. "I understand how it feels to loose someone important. It's... painful, though everybody eventually dies... wether we like it or not..."

"They say time heals all wounds, that phrase gets me thinking of who came up with that. If time heals wounds, why hasn't it worked yet I've been waiting for a long time." Sayuri explained with a soft tone in her voice.

"That may be true, but the person never stated how much time it takes for wounds to heal..." Anoko whispered, making it difficult to detect that he even said anything.

Sayuri shrugged. "Your guess is as good as mine with that perspective. I wish time would hurry up, just a little bit so I can forget him completely." She looked up sadly as the clouds covered the rays of the sun.
