i wouldn't know....i DIDN'T know there was a halo oracle -_- i just know of the greek ones, so when you ask if i knew what AN oracle was, i thought you meant in general, not halo specific....maybe i should just not rp here, huh? :/

(lol....i just think it would be awesome if i could be a hacker that could actually "see" what im hacking ^^ and that would require cybernetic implants in a technological universe, but i need to see if they're okay with it sweatdrop )

Miera. I'm ok with you being a tech specialist. But the cybernetic implants is a no. SPARTANS already have implants to improve their reflexes. The most cyborg you can get is with a robotic arm
