Vincent looked down at the Chimera who'd managed to avoid landing on him by only a few seconds. He blinked a few times then said, "You must be Freyr."

((ah, ok))((I'm just gonna ask here: Would it be alright if I made Ayra Motosuwa into like my personal character (beside Shinrai) - because I have a feeling she's going to end up playing some important part in Shinrai's life))

As she heard the both names, she commited them to memory before coming down the back down the stairs following Ayra. Shinrai nodded at Vincent before reaching out a hand to help Freyr up - not that he neccesarily needed it, and it seemed somewhat akward.

Tseng winced as Freyr fell down the steps, and after a few moments, followed Shinrai down, glancing back to see if Kuro was coming. Stopping at the end of the stairs, he looked at the Chimera, and assesed that at least he didn't seem to have any life-threatening injuries. He also found Vincent to be there, and gave a smile of greeting to the red-eyed Turk.

Kuro followed quickly, "Freyr, you okay? Then he looked at the other Turk, blinking. ' Must be Valentine...I've heard of him...' He nodded in greeting. He also went to help the Chimera up, looking at Shinrai," Hello, miss."

((who would be the leader of the turks at this point? Perhaps Rufus' father?))

((Hmm, I actually don't know. It wouldn't be Tseng, 'cause he's too young, so I dunno, it could proably be anyone we want it to be. *it's times like this that I wish I could play Before Crisis*))

Blinking and shaking his head alittle Freyr gazed up at Vincent, "Whoa! COOL! you have red eyes!!" He blurted, grinning sheepishly a moment later as he realized how rude that comment must have seemed, He allowed himself to be helped to his feet, which was no easy task, the fall had dazed him slightly and coordinating four mismatched legs was always interesting. Finally he was standing solidly and he turned to thank his two assistants, then glanced back at Vincent, "So,.... Is Ghast expecting me?" He asked hopefully.

Shinrai grinned at the chimera's outburst without actually laughing though she was tempted. After a moment of uncoordination with his four feet, Freyr got to his feet and thanked herself and Kuro.

"How very astute." Vincent complimented teasingly, "I do not know if Ghast is expecting you, I myself have not yet talked to him today. It's not as if I have any particular access to the man's attentions." That wasn't entirely true he supposed, Lucretia was his personal assistant and he had more access to her attentions than most. He regarded the others coming down the stairs, he smiled and nodded at Tseng, they had both joined the turks at about the same time, and they were fairly close. He also knew Dr. Motosuwa, as she was also one of the good doctor's assistants, and had been assigned to look after his first Ancient Blooded prototype. He smiled at Shinrai, he was one of the few who knew what she was, not from any particular clearance, but from his close association with the other scientists. It looked like just about everyone was here today.

Shiimasurei caught a glint in one of those deep crimson eyes, and inlclined her head oh so slightly in a nod. Ayra had told her that there were a few others that knew who exactly she was but she wanted Shinrai to figure it out herself. It was just another challenge. She then pulled out the lolipop she had been offered earlier and popped it in her mouth after unwrapping it - deligting in the taste of the sugary sweet psuedo watermelon flavor that drenched her taste buds.

" You like the watermellon kind? I'll keep it in mind, since I'm not fond of them. Strawberry is my favorite," The delinquent Turk smiled before looking at Vincent," Do you, by any chance, know what our assignment here is?"  

[Saerenna]

"Hmm." was all Tseng said to the odd taste his present company had for candy. But, he too also looked to Vincent, wondering if his collegue had any information that he did not, as Tseng was rather in the dark as to what they were supposed to be doing. A feeling he didn't particularly like. He needed something to do, elsewise he felt lost. Slacking may be the hobby for some Turks, but he himself didn't have much in the way of hobbies. He still wanted to show that his being a ShinRa employee was not a mistake.

"Unless we receive any specific asignments our orders here are to make sure the facility stays off limits to civilians," He looked pointedly at Kuro, "Maintain security in the lower levels, and to assist the scientists in any ways they might need us." He said simply, it wasn't much of a task but it was something. Certainly left a bit of room for interpretation as well. Security seemed to be the primary function of the turks these days, though it hadn't always been that way, and certainly wouldn't remain so forever. He'd actually been out to the training area for ShinRa's newest division, which would be combat oriented he understood. They called them MPs, though Lucretia had confided to him that their research into the Ancient, code-named J-E-N-O-V-A, could very well lead to a much stronger and more elite military force. He sometimes wondered if it was good for their company to begin opening into such a market. The turks were good enough for whatever ShinRa needed right? Vincent could take down an armored aircraft from over a thousand yards away, while it was in the air and moving no less. Unless they were planning to start a war, which he highly doubted, he didn't see the need for a larger or stronger combat force.
