Hana smiled and took the vase. "I'm sure he'll love them..." he opened the door quietly, leaning in and placing them on the dresser inside. He closed the door with a tiny click and turned back to Adam. "Now... How about we go have a drink and catch up?"

Aravilui slipped down the stairs quietly and looked around. Good, it was quiet. That meant he could get into the kitchen and get himself fed.
"What does it say about me that so far the only reason I have left my room is to get food," he said softly. "Maybe I can find a shadowed corner or something, to observe and get over my shyness a little..."

Adam nodded. "Let's...I'll let the others know afterward, so that they don't come to hound you later." He lead the way, heading for coffee.
She scratched his crown gently. "That's step one...and the most important. After that, things will fall into their places...and we all will carry on."
"All right...but, why?" he asked, curious, the slightest if wrinkles in his brow.

He fetched his helmet from the closet, lacing his arm in Eli's, and strolled downstairs.

Adam ushered Hana to a seat, leaving for a moment, returning with a tray set with two strong coffees, sugar, cream, and for Hana, a couple of hefty painkillers he'd found in the medical kit. "I can imagine...he looked so frightened. In the hospital, adrift at sea...does he remember anything at all?"
Charlotte offered a small smile. "And a good one at that...you're supposed to worry. But...you don't have to worry quite so hard, about where he is, and who he's around..."

Hana nodded his thanks, gulping down his pills witha a swig of coffee and a shudder. "Ohgk.... Good strong stuff..." he added several creams to the drink. "Well... Where should I start?"
The giant cayman nodded. "Maybe I can make his favorite cake... That might cheer him up..."
