[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

[MacPere]

MacPere hummed as he strolled to the kitchen and set the kettle to boil, flicking through all of the choices of choices of teabag before settling on having some Shou Mei.

Once ready, he brought the teapot to the main room and set it upon the bar with a numerous amount of cups for anyone to take. He sauntered to his favoured window seat and watched the snow fall against the dark sky with a somewhat mesmerized expression, taking a sip now and again.

"'Tis a truly magnificent scene, isn't it" he said to MacPere, pausing in his playing. "Coming from the coast, I don't get to see it that often. But, when I do, it never fails to mesmerize me."  

[Gren_Eckener]

"You like the snow, huh?" Gren returned with his saxophone in one hand and a cup of fresh tea in the other, speaking both to Knight and MacPere. "Even after being surrounded in it the last two years, it's still pretty..."  

[MacPere]

"Ah... It really is beautiful..." MacPere offered both men a warm smile before a long sip of tea, sighing as the cup was drained. "Does it always look this way on Callisto, Grencia?"  

[Pure Moriko]

Moriko stepped into the inn again. She had been here the past couple of nights. As she entered this time around, she found someone that she hadn't met yet. As well as Gren and MacPere.

(OOC: Heheh twisted , should I cause some excitement by saying that Arachne, the spider, was with me?)  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Yeah, it can sometimes...though other times it's that bitter kind of cold...I really hate times like that. Still, mostly it's this sort, so it's not so bad..." He smiled at MacPere. "I'll take you sometime, if you want."

He looked over at the sound of footsteps. "Hey, Mori! Good to see you!"  

[MacPere]

MacPere gazed up at Gren and held his smile, elated on the inside. "Of course... I would love that."

(MacPere will find a weapon and won't be afraid to use it - BUT GO AHEAD heart )

"I don't know about you two, but I think I'm going to go skiing tomorrow." He picked up his harmonica and began playing "Baby, It's Cold Outside".

"Are you here for real?"

"No. I am simply an illusion, created by your memories of days past. Rest assured, only you can see me. I don't even have the card, that is how you can tell whether it is Rachel, or simply a fake, like me."

Rachel faded away, as Fenyx sighed, looking for better days. "Abeat" His guitar faded away, replaced by his card. He flipped it to the reverse side. Rachel's picture was still unmarred, with the artifact still intact. "At least I know she is safe."

Rachel Kalmiir stood in the shattered ice, looking at the remains of a dragon. "It must have taken an extraordinarily powerful mage do achieve this. This spell, Κοσμικη Καταστροφή, defies the laws of physics. Only I, and this unknown mage, have accomplished this feat." She picked up a white hair, and read the trail of magic. "No!"

[Pure Moriko]

Moriko stepped into the inn and headed for the group. Out from her coat, Tatsu and Arachne popped out, they had been staying inside because of the cold. Tatsu glided towards the group ahead of Moriko while Arachne stayed on her head. "What's up?" Moriko asked as Tatsu growled to Arachne, "Do NOT go close to MacPere, the one with the tail. Remember, he's scared of you." Arachne nodded, but that could've meant anything. As Moriko took a seat, Arachne crawled down her side and inquisitively stared at the new person.  

[MacPere]

MacPere turned his head to the entrance as he stood to get more tea; freezing on the spot as the spider was noticed.

He swore under his breath and looked around, finding the only way to reach the bar without nearing the spider was to stick to the wall and climb over the bar's counter.

... He just sat back down and shifted his seat as close to the window as he could, deciding to go thirsty.

He got up from his seat and said to his companions "I could use a refill. Can I get you guys something while I'm up?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"No, I'm good..." Gren shifted to place himself between MacPere and the spider, with an apologetic smile towards Moriko. "How've you been?"

[MacPere]

"Please!" MacPere burst out, looking to one side and swallowing. "Uh, please. Apologies..."

He cast warning glances to the arachnid, shivering at even the sight of that huge body and spindly legs...

(*claps* Oh, it's magnificent biggrin )  

[Pure Moriko]

Moriko noticed that MacPere had been about to stand up, but then abruptly sit back down. "Is it because of Arachne?" she thought to herself. "Umm," she started to suggest, but saw that the harmonica man had already asked if anyone wanted drinks. Moriko changed tracks, "Just some tea please, if there's any that's already made. If not, then water will do fine." Arachne watched as the man stood up, it looked like she would follow him for now. "May I know your name?" Moriko asked the harmonica man. Moriko saw Gren do what he did and understood. "I'm doing fine," she responded quickly.

(OOC: Hey! Idea! Why don't we put all the different adventure plots together and connect them to a big, overall plot? Like Moriko's/Kageko's missing mentor, Fenyx's master, the Temple of Eden Forsaken, the SIN brand, Zefi's missing parents, etc.)
