Yes but with that much power I'm limiting it. People can still dodge your attacks since... for one thing your range attacks will slow down once the bullet leaves the gun or the arrow from the bow.
Slashing at your target or punching will break the slow down once you are a meter distance from the target.
Primarily for dodging and being an a** How? well you wait for the attack to almost hit you get out of the way ... when the attack passes go back to your spot.
Though lighting is still pretty fast even if you are using this bloodline and I'm giving it high energy cost just to balance it out.

Nahh they are weak... I will literally ask you to count the bullets you bring to a fight.
For now I'll make the max like this
Trainee: 60 bullets
Novice: 120 bullets
Adept: 180 bullets
Master: 240 bullets
Sage: 440 bullets
note: special bullets are double. A bullet is 1 a special bullet is 2...

Fenrir Graveheart Is it possible for a character to have ice powers? Via a special weapon, a demon, I might make a bloodline. Some classes like the arcanist and elementist can have attacks that are ice. oh there already is a bloodline the elemental... ice elemental is kinda water elemental now that i think of it.

Not really a good choice xd compared to the lots of choices xd I made so many classes I allow too RPCs for everyone so people can have fun.

Yep, I'm totally going lycan so I can god-mode dodge and block everything with out of proportion speed and power. xp

Dont need to kill them, just lob off a piece of them (To which i think the lycanthropy would be able to heal from...mostly), attach it, and boom, super healing, speed, strength, reaction time. etc

I don't think it would work that way, but w/e. You might get all of those things, but it would only be applied to the part you stole. In other words, if you replaced your arm with a lycan's, you'd get the speed and strength and w/e, but it'd only be in that arm. The rest of your body would stay normal.
