For the feral bloodline thing, I think maybe creating a kind of smoke cloud could also be added to it, ya know like the smokers from L4D. Whether you choose to make it poisoned is your choice. Also, for an A or S-ranked attack you could give them something similar to what Hidan did. Some kind of voodoo-like power or ability that sends any pain or damage their own body goes through straight to their opponent.
