[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

"Hello, Angeles" he said to her "How goes it this evening? Anything I can get for you. It would seem everyone else is out at the moment, so I guess that makes me the honorary barkeep."

Fenyx looked around. No one had taken his offer for magic lessons seriously. "Abeat!" His many summoned wands and books disappeared. His charged spell, Κοσμικη Καταστροφή, also had dissipated by now. "That was insane. Maybe, I should drink something real, instead of grape Kool-Aid! Hey, do you know where MacPere's drinks are?"

Rachel exited the forest. She saw the remains of a large-scale magical attack, and the worst came to mind. She thought that the inn of peace had been destroyed, its peace ripped from the inside. Then, she saw the snowballs. "Magical.... snowball fight? That's just hilarious." She then noticed the large crater in the forest, and laughed, at the intensity and danger of the snowballs. "Well, I think that losing the peace is just fine for a snowball war!" She saw the inn, and started to march to it.  

[Angeles Valentine]

"I will tell you where the alcohol is if you promise me you will drink in moderation," Angeles said, "I don't need to deal with drunks at the moment," she then turned her attention to Legend and said, "no, I'm alright, I cannot drink human beverages anyway."

He simply shrugged and returned to playing his harmonica, ready to assist anyone who needed him.  

[The Artist Rose]

Rose stood still for a moment, wondering why Mistress Angeles didn't want her to talk to Yin and Yang. Then whe shrugged and sat at the same table Angeles was at.

"How have you been, Mistress Angeles? I haven't seen you around for awhile." She said to her.  

[Angeles Valentine]

"I've been busy Rose," Angeles said smiling, "really busy."  

[The Artist Rose]

"Can I help?"Rose asked anxiously. She felt really useless around here.  

[HeadlessKoko]

Yin and Yang recognized Angeles as she walked into the bar. When she steered Rose away, they let her. It was best not to get on her nerves.
"Ugh," Yin thought, "forgot about her."
"I don't think we should get her angry," Yang warned.
Yin agreed and the two of them continued to wait for Legend to wake up. Although he might've been thinking earlier, he was now asleep.  

[Angeles Valentine]

"It's a little more complicated than that," she said resting her head on her hand, "it's more than one thing. First, there's the assassin and his brother, who have an aura of wanting to cause trouble, and the other has an aura that trouble follows. Then there's Zulma, I worry about her often and I'm not quite sure why. Then there's my job, which isn't the most pleasant but I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy it every now and then. And then there's simply what I am," she smiled, "another thing is those things' mistress has something that belonged to my husband that I want back, but she won't let me have it back."  

[Gren_Eckener]

Gren strolled down the stairs, hoping that this evening wouldn't be quite so eventful. He smiled at the sight of Angeles and Rose, and figured that they could all use something. In the kitchen, he recalled how Zulma prepared Angeles' nectar, and fixed a glass, and set two of water alongside it on a tray. Carrying out the tray, he approached her table.

"Thirsty, ladies..?" said he with a grin.

"And I thought my life was complicated" he observed. "Don't worry about Shade and his brother, Angeles. Troublemakers or not, I can handle them. As for the twins here, I'm sure you'll think of something. And Zulma would be much better if Karasu would come back. Where is he, anyway?"  

[Angeles Valentine]

"Ah thank you Gren," said Angeles taking the nectar. If only she could learn how to work a stove she might be able to make herself nectar rather than bother somebody about it. She took a large drink and sighed as she began feeling much better, then sipped it as she listened to Legend. At the part where he asked were Karasu was Anegles smiled and said, "I ate him."

She set the glass on the table and crossed her hands in front of her, resting her chin on them as her eyes laughed at Legend.

Yin heard what Angeles said, and bristled slightly.
"Calm down," Yang suggested, trying to calm his conscious done.
"I am," Yin lied, Yang could tell that he wasn't calm, far from it.
"You know!" Yang tried to distract Yin, "why don't we go talk to that man over there? The one that's playing the thing that looks like what Kageko plays!"
"An ocarina?" Yin thought to Yang.
"Yeah! An ocarina!"
"We're wasting our time...."
Yang floated up to Knight and asked, "Hello! What's your name? And what are you playing?"
"You forgot to say our name again."
"Oh! And my name is Yang, her's is Yin!"

(OOC: Knight, Yin and Yang can't speak. Yang's the only one that can talk to others. He talks through the conscious of other peoples. Think of it as telepathy. They communicate with each other by feeling what the other's feeling.)

He was sure she was joking...sort of. He smiled at her laughter and resumed playing his harmonica.  

[MacPere]

MacPere leaned over to silently peer from the top of the stairs over the inn, cautious of that spider. Luckily, his tea was only slightly hot, so the scald was nothing more than a little redness.

He would be damned if he saw that thing - or rather 'her' as he'd been told off - again.
