"No idea," he replied, shaking his head. "Haven't been quite as inspired this year..."
"I already got mine figured out, and it's awesome," Max bragged, hopping off the stool. "I gotta let you two think, though...I got some stuff ta do, anyway; James and I've been havin' fun online."
"Well, so long as I don't go outside, I'd be fine, but you're right; such an outfit demands a special occasion." Orrin nodded. "I'm quite certain I have an outfit from most every country in here...kimono, turban, sombrero? Hm, hadn't seen that one yet."

"Sure." He stood, taking his refilled glass to one of the tables and pulling out a small notepad, flipping to find an empty page.
"That opens it up to so much...though, that's a double-edged sword for the indecisive," Orrin said, continuing to dig through various garments...

Gren pulled his notebook out, sharing the rather short list of ideas. "I'm not married to any of them, frankly...I've never been all that good at picking costumes."

Gren smiled. "Costume party in a couple of weeks, before the holiday gets into swing. A meet-and-greet for Adam at the same time."
Charlotte nodded. "Just for fun, and making new friends!"
Adam smiled. "I heard that the end of the month got rough for you, so I thought I'd hold a party a bit earlier than that."

He smiled demurely. "Well, it wouldn't be fun without you." he said, strolling into the kitchen to get some hot tea.
Gren shrugged, sighing. "I enjoy these sort of things, even with all the indecision...I wonder if there's a catalog that has costumes that aren't obnoxious."

Orrin produced a glossy catalog from his pocket. "Hm...this must have fallen into one of those 'read later' piles...will this help?"
"How do you do that?" Azana asked, shaking her head in amazement. "I mean, I know about the whole cosmic lost-and-found thing, but that's just creepy."

"A samurai, huh...? Yeah, I could see it," Tyler nodded, peeking over the pages.
"I could teach you to make one of those top knots," Orrin offered, sweeping his hair up into a vague facsimile.
"Ugh, why are the women's costumes always so..." Azana sighed, knowing that it probably seemed odd considering last year's choice of costumes. At least that was comfortable...

"I knoooow..." groaned Charlotte. "Can't they remember that it's cold in late October?"
Adam returned with his tea. "Beats those weird 'couple' costumes, like ketchup and mustard...but those heels look painful."

"Well, yes..." Orrin admitted, pulling a couple pins from his pocket and fixing the knot. "It's up to you."
"I am never doing a couple's costume," Azana said flatly. "That'd just be too cheesy. I can always get different shoes, so I'm not so worried about the heels."
"Hmm..." Tyler flipped, sure the right one would pop up if he just looked.
