It's a Pokemon RP! We're still kind of in testing phase. ^^;

Lyn beamed with pride as she took out the pokeball. "Her name's Phantom. Go!" She released the ball which burst open and unleashed her new Poocheyna. "Isn't she cool? Mr. Worm fought her and helped me catch her all by himself!" Tiger winced, he knew Lyn was just trying to make him jealous.  

[Its-a-Lyn]

"Oh! Another one, should we get it too?" Asked the member who snagged Teddy and was currently tying him up. The other members all looked at the door eagerly, they wanted to get another trainer, it'd prove their point even more. The man who held the pokemon egg, obviously the leader, pondered the idea. "Hmm...."
"Let's catch him in a pokeball!" Shouted one.
"Hmmm...."
"No, let's tie him up and release his pokemon!" suggested another."
"Hmm......."
"I say we kill them all!!! Hahahahaha!" Cried one slightly less sane member.
"Hmmm.....I think..." He paused for drama purposes. It worked, the others were hanging on his every next word. "I think...we should be quiet and hope he goes away...but not to the police...You!" He pointed to the crazed member. "Follow him, be careful and tell the others in the forest to be on the look out for the police. We don't want them coming in here, we've got pokemon to release."

Teddy choked back tears. He didn't want them to do anything to his big brother and he wanted the Professor to be saved. "LIAM! THEY'VE GOT THE PROFESSOR!" He shouted at the top of his lungs and hoped that his brother could hear him. He was quickly gagged afterward.  

[Michiru Tendo]

"Aaaw! What a cutie! He looks so furry and adorable! Can I pet him?" Without waiting for an answer, Karen reached out and began to stroke the fluffy dog-like Pokemon. "Congratulations on catching her! You should try her out in battle soon! Maybe she and Antoine should fight each other, it'd be good experience for the both of them." Karen smiled cheerfully up at Lyn as she continued to pet Phantom.

Liam's eyes widened as he heard Teddy's yelling. His little brother could be in danger! "Teddy! I'm coming, don't worry!!" He put no thought into who the "they" could be who had the Professor, but instead proceeded to try to break down the door. After a few times the door gave in and he stumbled into the lab. No one was there. Then he realized that there was a basement to the lab.

"Come on, Little Blue Guy, let's go!" Liam ran down the stairs, completely forgetting that his little Squirtle was not with him at the moment.

Lyn frowned, "Well, we could do that later. She's hurt right now." Lyn watched as the newly caught Poocheyna looked quite unhappy with the pets. Phantom started to growl, prepared to chase off this space invader.

Teddy internally kicked himself. He forgot to scream for his brother to get help. It was too late now, his brother already broke down the door, and Teddy was sure that these "Freedom Fighters" would be most displeased.  

[Its-a-Lyn]

"He broke down the door!"
"He knows we're here!"
"Someone kill him!"
"QUIET!!!!!" screamed the man in charge, "Someone go up there quickly and catch him too! Take any pokemon he has with him! Move it!"
The other three did as commanded and hurried up the stairs, a Smeargle going with them.
The Professor just wished he could get to one of the trainer's pokeballs....  

[Fade_the_Pyro]

Aeris wracked her brins for a way around this new set of questions, and breathed a sigh of relief upon the return of Cosette and Lyn. Thank goodness the girl was easily distracted. She hated revealing things about herself to almost strangers, and if she told the story, then maybe Karen would somehow figure out tht she was dead. And she really didn't want that.

I doubt she would care. Han said as he floated over to Lyn's Poochyena to introduce himself. She'd probably just ask limitless questions.

That's what I'm afraid of... Aeris stared with a raised eyebrow when Lyn started to point at her, and then began to realize... she looked down and saw the translucent glow that enclosed her body and flushed with embarassment. She needed to get somewhere light, where they wouldn't notice...Aeris began to panic and back away into the trees.

"Meet you back at the city!" She called before running away, panic and horror at the expression on Lyn's face blurring her common sense. Like running way in terror was going to make anyone less suspicious.  

[Michiru Tendo]

Karen immediately stopped petting the Poocheyna upon hearing that she was hurt. "Oh, woops! I'm sorry, you really must be hurt, Phanty! I'll pet you again some other time." She smiled down at the Poocheyna before glancing back up at Lyn. "We should go see the nurse at the Pokemon Center soon to get her healed."

Karen turned around to ask Aeris what was wrong when she heard the panic in the poor girl's voice, but the glowing girl had already dashed off in a hurry. "Wait, Aeris! We'll come with you, you don't have to go back alone!" Karen began to chase after her with Cosette galloping behind her before turning back and motioning to Lyn to follow them. The only thought on her mind as she ran after Aeris was why that girl would always disappear or run away.

Liam glared angrily at the men coming up the stairs. These were the ones who had kidnapped his little brother and held the Professor in the basement. He didn't imagine that there would be more than one person involved in the plot; the only thing he had had on his mind when he broke down the door was to save Teddy.

"Who are you people? What are you doing in the Professor's lab? If you're here to cause trouble then leave now, or else the Little Blue Guy and me will force you to leave!" He looked down to smile at his Squirtle, but discovered that his LBG was not there. Liam smacked his forehead. He still hadn't picked his Squirtle up from the nurse yet. Well, that didn't matter. Liam was furious that these people would kidnap his little brother. He could take them on even if he didn't have the Little Blue Guy with him.

Phantom sniffed Han before he left with Aeris. She liked ghost types, she'd be stronger than them one day. Lyn returned Phantom to her pokeball and running after Karen. Tiger liked running, he imagined that he was an Arcanine running through a field. Egg didn't like it when Lyn ran. Her bag bounced and that meant the Egg bounced and bouncing eggs get headaches.  

[Its-a-Lyn]

"Hm...looks like you forgot your pokemon!" Smirked the girl freedom fighter. The other two rushed at Liam with a rope between them. The Smeargle swished its tail, not doing anything....  

[Fade_the_Pyro]

Aeris vaguely heard Karen shout after her, but her only thoughts were to get out of the forest as fast as she could, so the lighted streets of the city could banish away her glow.

Han appeared by her side and issued a warning seconds too late. In her blind flight, Aeris had ran right into a branch and been catapulted backwards.

Are you alright? Aeris?

I'm fine! Aeris stood up again and wiped away the blood that was dribbling into her eyebrow. Sometimes Aeris wondered how a dead person could bleed, but she continued running nonetheless, finally emerging on the street that wound its way into the city. She breathed a sigh of relief.

Its was a early in the morning. Aj rolled around in his bed still asleep. The clock rang, and he quickly shut it off and jumpedout of bed already dressed. "TODAY IS THE DAY!!" Aj shouted realy excited. For today was the day Aj Would get his first Pokemon.  

[Michiru Tendo]

Karen and Cosette saw the lights of the city and caught sight of Aeris soon after. They had finally caught up to her, and the first thing that came to Karen's mind was that the dark haired beauty was no longer glowing.

"Aeris, you're not glowing anymore! I guess that only happens in dark places; maybe it's too bright with the lights around. Oh, and why'd you run away so suddenly? I tried calling after you to tell you we'd come with, but I guess you didn't hear me. Well that's okay, should we go to the Pokemon Center? Sena's probably there, and you should get some rest. I don't want you to get too tired with your condition, especially after all that running!"

Karen smiled cheerfully at Aeris and walked off toward the Pokemon Center to finally get some rest after their long day.

"I can still fight without the Little Blue Guy! I'll take you all down!" Liam dodged the rope between the freedom fighters and struck one of them, landing a hard blow on the one's cheek.  

[Its-a-Lyn]

Sam went down after Liam punched him. The Smeargle Sketched the Liam punch and joined the fight against Liam. Maybe they could even catch this strange looking pokemon and bring it with us, the Smeargle thought.

Meanwhile, down below, the Professor took advantage of situation and squirmed over to Teddy. He sat up right and turned his back to the gagged little boy. He watched the last remaining member reading some of his study books and the pokemon dozing off.
"All right," he whispered, "I'm going to untie you. Due to my pokemon research where I was once wrapped by an Ekans that also pinned my hands behind my back, I've found I have an amazing ability to use my hands behind my back just as I would in the front, but anyways. You and your brother need to go to the police and get help. They're probably already searching so they might be hard to find. In fact, a couple of strong trainers would do nicely. But watch out, they might have others in the cities too." The Professor finished untying Teddy's bonds.

Teddy got up slowly and quietly, he left the gag in to make sure he would make any accidental noises like screaming to his brother, which was good because he had the urge to do so. He tip-toed away, hiding behind the book cases so the the man in charge wouldn't see him, and the professor couldn't see he either. He was almost to the exit when he saw it, there on a desk covered with pokemon research material and in front of shelves of pokeballs. It was a brief case, just an ordinary looking brief case, but Teddy had caught the words "Starters" engraved on a small gold plate at the front. He mind cluttered with the thoughts of Mudkip, his very own pokemon. With my own pokemon, Liam and I could split up...we could go twice as fast in our search for the police. Besides, it wouldn't be very good if they fell into the hands of the enemy. Teddy slid the case carefully from the desk and walked to the exit. When he got to the main level, he hid behind a bookcase andtook the gag off. He then walked out of hiding to see his brother fighting a Smeargle. "....Liam?" Teddy said, before realizing the grunts could hear him too.

Lyn came into town dragging her feet. She felt she was so tired she could out sleep a Snorlax. Tiger bounced along happily. He didn't mind running even if he was a little sore from battling. Lyn walked to the Pokemon Center, she almost memorized how to get there from the forest because of her training with Tiger. She got to the Pokemon Center, healed her pokemon, and flopped down on the nearest available couch. She took her egg out of her bag and huggled it, her sister said it would hatch faster if she paid attention to it and kept it with you. She also let out Phantom and Mr. Worm. Tiger slept in front her, he had to protect his meal ticket after all. Phantom snuggled in between Lyn and the couch, she felt safer in small places, after all she had anti-claustrophobia. Mr. Worm took up position on Lyn's head. They were all asleep in seconds.
