[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

Fenyx saw that there was something happening, so, as a joke, he said an incantation: "Suscitatio, lux lucis et vulgivagus umbrae, instruo a veneficus orbis, dilectio pactio!" A magic circle appeared around the inn, creating an unbreakable bond between any who kissed. The bond took the form of a card, similar to Fenyx's own.

"Like a fox to a rabbit..." MacPere promptly stood and hurried up the stairs afterward, locking the door behind them.

Rose yawned. Gren and Macpere had gone to upstairs to sleep. Mistress Angeles seemes deep in thought about Rose's old masters. But Rose was sleepy.

"I'm going to go sleep now," She said in a tired voice. She went upstairs, it took her a moment to remember how to open the door, and then she went to sleep as soon as her head hit her dirt encrusted pillow-bird.

Yin and Yang watched as the group dispersed to go and sleep. The two shared a look and figured that they should go home as well. They had to find more information.
"I haven't felt Kageko's soul for a while," Yang worried.
Yin nodded. The only thing they could do now was wait for her to return.
Yin warped the two of them back to their home.

Erik searched in a frantic haste. "Where are you?" He kept asking. He even searched the rooftop. Everywhere within the inn's radius. "No!" He screamed in his mind. Someone had taken his brother. This was his first guess, but he kept looking uselessly through the inn. He said again. "Where is my brother?" He was losing his patience, plus he didn't know if he was alive, or dead.

Yin and Yang followed Cerberus and Azana to the inn. Yang had managed to convince Yin that it was rude to just warp Kageko away w/o asking them. Plus, Kageko should get some proper bed rest before being warped anywhere. A portal or two would be all, then Kageko will rest in the inn. When she got back up, the three of them could go home together. Yin grudgingly agreed.

Azana emerged through yet another SIN portal, helping to hold up a semi-conscious Kageko and drained Joseph Valen as she entered.

"Three rooms..." She said loudly, "Point the way!"

After Azana had ordered the rooms and they took Kageko to one of the spare rooms, he set her down and he and Azana walked out. Looking back to the room they were kicked out of just recently, he thought about the...things - he wasn't quite sure what they were- and he asked, "Um, Miss Azana? What in Gaia are those things...? They seem kinda protective of her."

Yin looked at Azana, "What an idiot," she thought. She was grateful that Azana had helped to save Kageko, but that didn't stop her from demeaning the woman.
"Yin," Yang complained.
"What? She can't read my mind. I have it blocked."
Yang sighed silently, and followed the three of them up. Yin pouted slightly and followed Yang. After they had dropped Kageko into a bed, Yin started pushing at Joseph and Azana to get out.

(OOC: you don't order rooms Azana. You pick one and sleep in it.)

Azana left Kageko's kunai on the nightstand and sat down next to Joseph. It felt good to be on something other than stone for the first time that day.

"Pets, familiars, guardians...something like that. The black one, Yin, was the one who teleported us in place of your portals...first to your tent, then to the cliffs. Thanks, by the way," she finished, nodding to Yin even though she knew it wouldn't respond.

"Now, we should get you to a bed, too, mister. Demonic possession drains a lot more than you think!" She chuckled a bit to herself, thinking that she sounded like a nagging mother. She was right, though...Joseph was looking unusually pale, but whether that was from the possession, the battle, or the portals afterward remained unknown.

"We can delay that round of drinks until you're feeling like yourself again...hey!" She yelped as Kageko's guardians began nudging at them. "I'm moving, I'm moving! Sheesh..."

Yin was glad that the other two had left as she closed the door.
Yang was glad that Azana hadn't called Yin a devil imp. The last thing you want to do is call Yin a devil imp.
The two of them went into Kageko's bed, Yin on the right and Yang on the left, and fell sound asleep. Glad that their friend was alright.

Nodding and smiling weakly, Joseph could only agree. "Yeah. Drinks as soon as I'm myself once more. My, how weak I feel. Then again...this is the body of a human, no? Goodnight, Miss Azana."

Giving a wave, he closed his door and fell into bed, enjoying the peace of it all...only one last mutter before falling into sleep's embrace.

"My bosses don't pay me enough for this..."
