Stella strolled back into the Inn, taking a seat and setting a disc on the bar. "This is the data from Taylor's scouter. I can't read it worth anything, but I have been looking over what I have so far for the scan spell."
"Thanks for your help on this...are you alright, though? You seem..a little different," Sosol said, setting down a glass of white wine for her.
"Different is good," she said resolutely, taking a short sip. "Besides that, I realized why the prism activated...and I have a direction again."

"Chris and Orrin said it was cracked, that it may have had a 'hair trigger' of sorts," Stella said, turning to face him. "I am of the firm belief I activated it subconsciously..."
"I could see that happening..." Sosol nodded. "I don't know much about artifacts like that, but the subconscious can be very strong, especially the more we push there."

"Over the past couple years...hell, probably my whole life, I've been guided by the wrong ideas and influences." She said, staring down into her drink now. "I've made a lot of mistakes, and honestly...it's a little surprising that the wake-up call took this long. So, I'm pretty much re-evaluating everything...but I've got some help this time, so I don't mess it up again."

Xei silently slips into the door, shutting it behind her with a soft sigh. She turns on her bare heels, crimson hues scanning about the Inn slowly, it'd been awhile since she'd been here. Tall frame was still slender an slight, but the femme looked far healither than she did last she roamed about, skin shimmered gently as she unwrapped a little scarf from the lower half of her face, odd runic looking tattoo adorning her lower face an part of her neck. "Been awhile.."

Stella was about to nod, but her head turned to the opening door, frowning as someone else walked in...someone she wasn't sure she was familiar with. "...only if I may move closer," she said quietly, not really wanting to bring up her own personal issues with the stranger.
"Xei," Sosol greeted, somewhat shocked and surprised to see her again. "How have you been...? I haven't seen Howard in quite some time..."
