Max nodded, stopping the record with a few scratch effects before loading up some Elvis for Felix. I couldn't have planned a better entrance myself!
Upstairs, Stella was sweeping her hair into a messy ponytail, completing the final touches on her costume, when she heard Elvis downstairs. "Odd choice, Max..."

Felix broke into anperfectly accented version of 'You ain't nothing but a Hound Dog', mannerisms all that of the King of Rock.
Both of the younger Bengali's facepalmed.

Charlotte giggled, snapping her fingers, own outfit appearing in a small flash. "There we are..."Gren smiled, reflecting on his husband's love of the singer. 'If only that damn bank could live without him a few hours...'
Adam patted their shoulders with a smile. "Don't feel bad...you're not performing with him, eh? Besides, he's really good; I like it a lot!"

Dressed in a green short dress with fake leaves and flowers wings, Zulma trotted down the stairs trying not to step on her overly long pink wig. She was dressed as a little nature pixie and had found herself looking a little too 'cute' to her taste, but it was fun.
"Good evening everyone!" she called brightly as she arrived in the main room.

The dolls smiled. "Well, if you need us..."
"We'll be in the kitchen."
"We have a menu thought up." they smiled heading into the kitchen.
Once the song had finished, Felix took a breath. "It's been a while since I've done that. Guess I'm out of practice."

Mi-Yun, in her usual clothes, stood confused some ways in front of the inn. Inside, through the windows, she saw what seemed to be a costume party of sorts going on. "Umm.... Bad time?" the girl commented to herself as she pulled on the strap of her backpack; Tyler's advice to ditch the battery really worked, her laptop felt loads lighter now. Unsure of what to do, the girl began to fidget from foot to foot, then pacing up and down, and then finally turning side to side on the spot. Finally, she decided, "Well, I'm already here, so might as well Besides, a costume party isn't all that distracting." With that, the girl strode confidently forwards and then... peeked apologetically into the inn. Letting herself in, she glanced around nervously, her confidence already faded. "So did Halloween come early?" Mi-Yun asked to no one in particular as she moved forwards to an empty seat.

"Still better than I can muster..." smiled the girl with a flutter of her wings, plucking Fee from them and setting him on her shoulder. "You did a great job...how'd you get all your hair socked away?"
Adam blushed very lightly and waved. "Thank you for cooking...please say if you need help; I don't want you getting all messed up for this."
Gren waved to Zulma. "Nice duds!"

Azana turned around, chuckling at the somewhat bewildered student. "Someone didn't get the memo..." She said. "Costume party tonight...you're welcome to join in; Max would probably have something in your size."
"Looking good, Zulma!" Sosol smiled. "Not your usual...but that's part of the point."
Max looked down, checking her phone and getting a text. "...outside...? Why the heck is Ty coming in from outside?"

Smiling after them, Adam strolled to Mi-Yun and offered a hand. "Welcome to the party!" he said sunnily. "I'm glad you made it!"
Charlotte perked. "I could fetch her something too!" she said happily. "Seriously? That's amazing...it must be one heck of a braid."
"Sunaku!" cheeped Fee. Zippo peeked out from under a feather.

"Ah, it's tonight?" Mi-Yun asked as she pulled out her laptop from first her backpack and then its own case. As she pulled out the charger, she continued in a voice full of regret, "Well, I'm really grateful for the offer-" but before the girl could finish Adam walked up to her and welcomed her to the party while offering his hand. Taking the hand and shaking it, the girl tried to regain her string of words, "Erm, thank you, but...," and then Charlotte spoke up about fetching something for Mi-Yun. the girl thought as she tried to find a way to say that she couldn't go, but at the same time, didn't want to be the one to disappoint everyone.

Zulma walked to Gren. "Thank you. You look great yourself."
She waved at Sosol with a slight blush. "Yeah I might have overdone it." she chuckled. "Oh well, let's have fun. Nice costume as well." she gave Sosol a thumb up.
She looked at Gren.
"So many people, I feel lost. Anything I can help out with?" she asked.

Zulma nodded. "I'm impressed, they have done an amazing job!"
She looked around, the place looked cheerful and bright and fun.
She pointed at a blue swirl hanging from the wall, then at a red candle and at last at a gold bow.
"Here you are, then MacPere and me!" she chuckled. "That's so adorable."
She turned to her friend.
"Will MacPere join us?" she asked softly.
