She patted Alistair's chest and grinned. "That'd be my fault, actually." she laughed, flouncing over and giving Orrin a hug. "We need very strong magic, so says Stella. Something about sealing something? We're calling in Maro too, sweet collaboration!"

Marouse stepped in, panting. "You said there was cake?"

"In the fridge. But I need your help first."

Marouse looked about, then waved, smiling broadly. "My, what nice mages...and a vampiress in need?"

"If you complete this seal, there will be cake," Tyler quipped in his best horrible GLADoS impression. "Who knew it was so easy to get you over here...?"

Alistair blinked, then smiled. "...I see. Sol, there can't be cake without something to wash it down, yes?" They'd have to come up with a new incentive system, it appeared...either that, or encourage them to save up.

"Way ahead of you," Sol said cheerfully, humming in thought before making a dish of blood laced with a sleeping potion. He set it down near Angeles. "Just in case...that should hopefully knock him out for a while."

"We're doing something new today, my friend," Stella said as she secured her bun. "We're working on blocking off vampiric control..."

"Strong magic...?" Orrin asked, seeing the people gathered. "Marouse has systems Stella hasn't seen much...I'll see what I can dig out of my pockets to help them. In the meanwhile, how have you been, dear? Been gathering a group for our hibachi party, or should we hold off to celebrate this?"

"Here sweet bat," Angeles purred in a voice only ever used on her victims, "dinner before we leave."

Stellaluna poked his head out from the coat and looked up at Angeles sleepily, untrustingly, but then turned and looked at the dish of blood. Having gotten none in the past three days he went to it, glancing back at Angeles' marble face before drinking it up. He licked his chops and hobbled back, not even making it to the edge of the table before he yawned and slumped to the wood asleep.

She looked up at everyone then stood, "we should do this outside, in case we damage the inn."

"That sounds like a very good idea." she nodded, digging one-handed in her bag and pulling out a peacoat. "I haven't gone stargazing in a while...and it's dark enough out here!"

Marouse thought, nibbling his lip a moment. "Potions work, yes? We're trying to heal the bite and remove the influence?"

Charlotte watched him roll down his sleeves, impressed. "One of these days, I'm going to want to try that thing on." she smiled. "Let's go, hm?" She put her hand in his and led the pair out.

Marouse thought carefully, a slow smile crossing his cheeks after a moment. "I see what you mean, and yes...I could certainly do that." he said, pulling out a mortar and pestle, a few bottles, and a spring of something.

Left asleep on the table the white bat made a small clicking noise before grumbling. and shifting slightly to curl more into a ball shape, looking more cute than what he was worth.

THe bat's fur ruffled at the touch and he tucked his head beneath his wing, ears twitching slightly, but not awakening.

More grumbling clicking and shifting, Stellaluna suddenly looked up from beneath his wing in a daze looking back at the two chibis. He squinted as if trying to get them in focus, or figure out what they were. He tilted his head to the side then it plopped back down onto the wood with a light thwack, once again asleep.
