Erik drunk it thankfully. "Lose my grip, never." He said. His wounds were closing, he felt like he just died still. "Flirting is one of my skills, it makes me the assassin I am." He said emptying the cup. He then looked down and sighed. "I'm gonna need a new shirt, this one is all torn and bloody." He looked at it closely. "A little more torn than I thought." He said.

MacPere sighed as he emerged from the kitchen, absolutely unsuccessful. He swore to himself - stick to the piano, pouring drinks and flirting; it was all he really could do.
For now, he opened his cello case, left by the stage, and took a seat on his usual table, adjusting the leg's height. With a distant "I do hope you do not mind my playing~" to anyone within earshot, he began, playing a remotely joyous tune, drawing the bow over the strings with grace.

Azana turned to the familiar voice, giving a rather wide smile, her cheeks a bit rosy from the wine. Only a small twitch betrayed her surprise at seeing Joseph back in his previous form, but she rolled with it.
"Joseph! You're just in time for the big climax!" She exclaimed, gesturing to her companion. "This is Tech Taylor...he's who made that visor and stuff." Joseph had already introduced himself, so she didn't really see the point.
"I've been hearing all about you, Captain...Az is telling quite the tale."
"You haven't heard the best parts yet, when Kageko and I had to face evil demon Cerberus," she said, differentiating it from how she had previously known Captain Valen. She swirled the wine and took another sip as the boys got acquainted.
James rolled his eyes slightly, chuckling at his friend's enthusiasm. "Always wanting to brag, aren't you, Az?"

Zulma joked at Erik's comment. "It seems that flirting is a well developed skill at the Inn."
She looked at the shirt. "I will find one for you." she offered. "In the mid time, stay here and have some rest, I will be back shortly with clothes and food."
"Celine?" the nurse nodded and she took care of both Erik and Ultima as Zulma left the room.
The Innkeeper went upstairs. She smiled at MacPere who was playing and went in her room. She found a shirt.
She popped in the kitchen and prepared some food for the wounded ones.

Angeles looked up as the mage came in and the vampire. Angeles' instincts said that the other vampire was competition and to get her away from the food sources but Angeles ignored the instincts and walked outside into the snow. There she saw the three unfinished snow men and decided to finish them to take her mind off of her thirst. She walked around and began to roll a snowball out of the snow.

Fenyx and Rachel took a seat. "Meh... I can never win against the master." Rachel summoned 2 glasses, and filled them with port. With this, they started to listen to MacPere's music.

"Ah, I think she has right to brag, Mr. Taylor. After all, both she and Miss Kageko brought down a demon. No small feat, to be sure."
He took a nearby seat, enjoying the music currently within the inn. He added, "Besides, without them, I'd be...well, I'd be nothing more than a memory. Regardless, so you made those things Miss Azana uses, correct? Those are quite interesting. The most high-tech thing I get to see is that blade auto-sharpener Jori, the resident SIN blade master, is so fond of."
Taking a few moments to think, he said, "Then again, maybe that's why I was never placed in the R&D department. Really, have you ever tried to work something frail with these kind of claws? Nearly impossible..."

The darkness surrounding Ultima began to twist and expand. It eventually seperated from him, making a shadow version of Ultima. It left the infirmary and went upstairs. It smiled as it looked at everyone. It went into the floor and started to move around. When it got back up it laughed. This Ultima was worse than the first. More annoying.

Zulma prepared food for everyone.
"Here some bread, crackers, cheese, ham and other snaky foods for you guys." she put a huge tray on the counter. "Help yourself." She went back and forth between the main room and the kitchen and brought plates and silverware.
Then she took two plates and filled them with food for Ultima and Erik. She walked downstairs. "Here for the warriors." she said and made a sign to Celine that she could go help herself for food too.

Ultima started to chow down, but Erik was different. "I can't move well, will you help me?" He asked smiling. He moved his hand feebly, the pain was jarring. He closed his eyes and cringed. Was his hand broken? He got back into his joking mood. "See, horrible mobility." He said winking.

Zulma had expected Erik to behave that way, but she could not refuse him. When he closed his eyes in pain, she knew that he was not faking it, despite his jokes and charming tone, the man was truly hurting.
She moved the pillows under his back, to make him more upright and unbuttoned the white shirt. She held it so that he could slide his arm in it and she gently moved the fabric around him so that he would not have to move too much. Putting the second sleeve was not as simple, but they managed. She let him button it up, forgetting that his hand was wounded.
She just grabbed a chair and sat next to him.

Legend woke up in a bedroom.
"Must've sleepwalked..."he mumbled.He walked downstairs and saw soem people.He walked over to a table.

"Eh, you flatter me, Joseph! I was just waving the red cape in front of the bull; Kageko was sticking all the swords in," Azana replied, waving it off like it was nothing.
James couldn't help but chuckle at Joseph's self-deprecating humor. "It's what I do...my sole job at the GMO is coming up with all sorts of gizmos and software. I've been working most recently on something loosely based on the magic behind the SIN portals...still working out the kinks, though."
"He dropped in...literally."
"AS I SAID...kinks." Both of them laughed, Azana patting James on the shoulder to show she meant no offense. From there, she went into what had actually happened during the battle, both for James and for Joseph, who probably wasn't entirely aware of the events.
"...Kageko lunged in, so I got some vines around his legs to hold him for a bit, but she got ambitious and went for a second. It barely grazed him, but he recognized that Void Blade instantly. I was thinking, 'oh crap, he knows', so I distract him by claiming that I had one, too...well, that and I called him a mutt."
"You called Cerberus...big, evil Death demon...a mutt?" At that point, Azana couldn't contain herself and burst out laughing as she nodded. "I swear to the gods, sometimes you're just asking for it." He said, shaking his head and laughing along.
"It worked, though!" She defended herself, still laughing. "Kageko was able to land the hit, and shockwaves started coming out from him, and he threw a Void spear at me as his parting shot. Didn't hit, obviously, or I wouldn't be here."

"Actually, I remember everything. However, I- Oh, wait. That's right..."
Standing, making sure he had the Void Blade attached to his belt, Joseph gave a slight bow of apology. "Sorry to run out on you two, but I seemed to have forgotten my weapons back in the temple. They're rather important, so I better get going. If you excuse me..."
Walking toward the door, Joseph opened a SIN portal and walked through, mentally getting a small kick out of the fact he hardly seem to use the door anymore. And with that he was gone.
