How is Naruto supposed to even fight Pein when not even Jiraiya was able to do so? I wonder if he'll be alright... Then again, he's not turning into a frog so... Guess we'll have to wait and see.

The toad who is training Naruto said he had already surpassed Jiraya-kun, so I guess naru-chan has an opportunity he didn't had, no?

whee it was only for two pages but in the latest chapter, there was a Kakashi and Iruka moment.... if you squinted and were a fanboy/girl anyway sweatdrop

Evil old man killed the cute little froggie! Now Naruto won't know the village is being attacked.... OMG he's gunna come home to ruins and totally freak out. This is horrible! but at the same time i kinda agree that bringing Naruto back before he was completely finished with his training was too big a risk.

Im fearing for Kakashi right now. When Jiraya died the first thought in my head was "If he can die then anyone can!"... actually i started believing that when Asuma died, now im sure that some one else I like will die.

Hmm. Guess I forgot to put Danzou in there.... He goes in my "If he dies then whoever killed him should be on Naruto's side or they're all really screwed!" because Danzou seems like he'd be really strong. Gasp! And if someone was trying to kill him, what are the odds that they'd have to go through Sai first? I don't want Sai to die! Then who would go around making perverted comments all the time?????

If Kakashi, if Kakashi actually dies I don't know what I'm going to do! He can't die! Kishi-sensei can't actually do that! He can't! People will Roit! :wambulance:
I know that if Kakashi actually dies, I'm going to stop. He and Iruka are the only pair that I really love in the whole intre series. They are my favorite chapters too, I won't know what to do! emo

*sigh* ok now that MY rant is over. I don't actually think the nail was meant to kill him. I think Pein was insuring his safety by severely cripiling Kakashi in a way that would severely effect his abilities as a ninja. ofcourse this could just be my wishful thinking in an attempt to avoid reality, but it makes sence.
