"Hm," the dragon turned her gaze inward at the man, "I was not implying laziness. I have watched the pattern of humanity over many years. Now and days it is very difficult for a human to do the things they used to many years ago because there is so many things that need to be done. Where a man used to go to work, and a wife or several wives and anywhere from one to many children would take care of the things that needed to be done in the home. he provided for them, and in turn they took care of him. Now, both parents must work, children leave for educations that they must have or continue life struggling. This leaves an empty void of who is supposed to take care of the home. Where ancient humans would have more children or servants to fill that void, new, more intelligent humans replace it with machines."

"Wow, you know a lot kitty."

The dragon looked away from the window, "so no, no insult to any of you. I've seen that you are all very busy being the creatures you are trying to survive the life you live."

"It is an intriguing machine."

Lili followed along behind JIM giggling and bent over, almost like a cat stalking prey. She never touched the machine, though her hands were balled into small fists as if she were holding herself back from temptation, and only followed along, sometimes mimicking the noises the machine made.

"Lili can help, one of the duties she was taught was keeping her temple immaculate. She is good at cleaning," the dragon fell silent and something like a smile crossed her visage as she said more to herself, "I remember her cleaning a clearing we were staying in once."

The dragon smiled at Gren. She was much more calm and genuinely motherly now that the whole western dragon identity confusion had passed. However though, she seemed to not be good for much of anything other than to bring Lili up to speed with her age group, maybe a little ahead, and sit by the window.

"The scales I gave you. Did you give them to the magic users?"

"That took a bit longer than I thought it would," James said as he came downstairs, dusting himself off and lifting his goggles. "Forgot Hunter rewired the place..."

"That energy trail you okay-ed is installed and running," James answered, beaming. "So, when Adra gets back from kicking demon a**, she has a proper place to crash!"

Violet was a little preoccupied, now drawing Hyper riding on JIM...at least the bot didn't seem to mind too much.

"Of course," James smirked. "Like I'd leave ya with something that only did one thing! The energy conversion matrix is basically a bigger and more broad-spectrum version of what I did for the AEM pistols...so Az and Sol should be able to work it real easy!"

JIM whirred about, used to fur but not quite in this concentration.

JIM sat and waited, a simple chiptune melody playing in its idle time.

"Dude, I know that one!" James beamed. "Okay...Hunter's got good taste, I'll give 'im that."
