The spirit just decided to hang around and watch, it hadn't been seperated from Penance for so long so it could walk around without growing weaker. It liked seeing interactions between people, it was always interesting what some had to say to others. Besides, studying other people helped the spirit better learn how to interact with other people.

Adam returned from the kitchen with a large slab of bacon from the freezer. "Here! Early gift!" he smiled, setting it down in from of him.
A pair of raspberry eyes suddenly appeared in front of the spirit, a fluff of white hair dangling by its chin, and the sudden presence of a lot of color seemed to fill its periphery. "Who're you?"

Kru panted happily, "bacon! Thank you!" Kru began eating it happily before stopping, "oh, wait, what about your gift?"

"I'm...uhm...I don't really know." The demon replied, having light replace what used to be there actually erased what it used to be, so it couldn't remember much about itself. "I'm...a friend of Penance." Was all the spirit really knew about itself, besides the fact that its mission was to help Penance kill demons whenever they showed themselves.

Kru panted happily before giving Adam's hand a lick, "I promise I'll come back then," he said happily. He then trotted over to the bag and picked it up. He bowed in a way to Adam before taking off out the door and out of sight.

"No...I don't think I have one, or I do have one and can't remember what it is." The spirit shrugged, watching the strange boy flip around, it wondered what that was all about. "Can you really just make a name for somebody?" The spirit asked curiously.

Adam beamed, waving. "Take care of yourself, Kru! Happy hunting!" He felt at least a little proud of himself, and got back to his book.
"Well, sure! I had a name made for me; you can too! Names are fun! What do you like to do?"

"I...I don't know, I'm normally not even on the outside." The spirit said with a shrug, it didn't really even know if it had a favorite thing to do. Not being able to know itself was pretty confusing, if it even knew its own gender that would have been helpful.

Stellaluna finally came down the stairs when he could finally walk without a limp. He was a little slower than usual, and didn't glide as he used to. That would probably have to wait until tomorrow. For now, he used the hand railing.

Stellaluna gave a small wave in return, his expression blank. He stood at the end of the stairs for a second, seemingly to observe the present inhabitants of the main room, but really was making sure he could make it to his seat on his own two legs. Finally releasing the handrail, he made his way over to his seat.
