Tyler gave a weary sigh, taking off his glasses and rubbing at a tired eye. "Good thing I have time...I might need it."
"Stupid old guys makin' easy stuff sound hard?" Max asked, peeking over his shoulder and speed-reading a couple of paragraphs.
"Pretty much...where've you been?" He asked, gesturing over to Remy.
"Busy, man! Makin' plans...and outfits. That, too. But mostly plans."

"Ah," Max giggled at the kiss, leaning against him. "Sorry about all the busy work...I'm not totally into sports, but there's a lotta buzz about the Super Bowl."

"I solemnly swear that I'll keep legit on this one, Gren," Tyler chuckled. "Stick to the tax code...nothing else. Anything you receive will be what this place rightfully deserves."
Violet looked over from the little clay girl she had sculpted. Legitimate...? Perhaps there were things she was better off not knowing about.
