"I...actually learned pyrokinesis on my own," Kristen said sheepishly. "Though...it took another to help me learn to ignite on my own. As for my other psychic capabilities, yes, after a little basic training, it was a matter of many intensive courses."

"I would expect nothing less," Kristen grinned. "He has done so much...but what makes him brave in my book is that he has never strayed from his ideal. Despite all the mayhem, he still has yet to injure someone." It was clear all over her that there was still some reverence for her "brother"...but then again, he was the closest to family she had felt. Marilyn had gotten close, but her overbearing beliefs had soured their relationship.
"It is also what makes me so happy about Azana...she keeps him to that ideal. She fights on his behalf." She stopped for a moment, remembering back. "I have to ask...why am I a mango?"

He tapped his nose, grinning. "It's the consummate of your personality, or at least how it seems to me. We incubi smell souls for how they'd taste. There's five basics: sweet, sour, salty, savoury, and bitter. Yours is sweet and a little savoury, with a touch of meat for your personal fortitude, so you're like a fruit instead of a dessert. Not too much spice, so you're largely genuine, so it's a rich flavour on its own. See what I mean?"

Adra entered the inn after...stuff happened, a small jog turned in to a devil hunt...she practically smelled of demon blood thanks to her way of fighting when she didn't have her sword. "Uhm...hey everbody...where's the shower?" Adra asked, for as long as she'd been here when she needed a shower she just jumped in some nearby lakes or a waterfall, but she'd never been covered in blood.

"I am quite certain she would not be appetizing to you," Kristen gave Malachai a light pat on the shoulder as Adra was led away. "What I can see in her...was that she was indoctrinated from a very youthful age. The evil of demons is something she believes as nearly an absolute truth...with...hm, an exception or two. One of them, surprisingly, is you."
She stood. "Would you like a snack...? I do not know how filling it will be for you, but your taste seems to be intact, unlike those of a vampire."
