"He's had some bad run-ins with alchemists." explained Adam gently. "And yes, there are three people in charge. But they're very relaxed, so as long as you follow the "no fighting inside" rule, they're usually happy to let anyone stay. Unless you're danger."
Fee huffed, washing his tail. "Fainu."

Phoenix grinned, "I'm not an alchemist, genetic medical scientist, though genetic scientists get bad raps too for some reason. Probably the horrible cliche that every one of them thinks they're god," she was silent for a moment before snorting and shaking her head, "Hojo. Anyway, no, I'm not after your horns and blood, I just met you. That would be weird."
She then looked at chibi Felix and grinned, "yay!" she said before reaching down and gently scratching teh top of his head. She knew the three favorite points a cat liked to be scratched and the forehead was one, under teh china nd above the tail. She then turned to Adam, "well now that i have his permission, I guess I should get the others' permission as well," she then chuckled, "yeah fighting, not with these wrists," she held up one of her thin and extremely fragile looking wrist and shook her head with a smile, "weak spindly wrists."

He relaxed, looking relieved. "Okay."
Fee sat in dignity as he was scratched, tail curling just so in pleasure.
"That doesn't stop everyone." Adam smiled sadly. "And there's a lot of ways to fight. But I'm sure you'll be fine."

Adam waved. "Phoneix, Remy. Remy, Phoenix."
Remy waved. "Nice ta meetcha." He strode down the stairs, skipping steps, landing and strolling over with a lazy grin, offering a hand.

"Hi," said Phoenix, turning a gaze to the stairs. As introduction were made, Phoenix grinned and waved. Remy himself came down the stairs to shake her hand and she shook his firmly, "likewise," she let go of his hand and folded her arms across her chest, "so wait, are you one of the ones in charge or are you the 'muscle' that you were just mentioning?"

"An artist? Awesome, my mother's an artist, but less 'slacker' and more 'crazy,'" she grinned tehn he complimented her fangs, "oh thanks," she said and beamed with pride, "I think they're cool too."

"Uh....," she grinned nervously, "I'm not an artist myself," she admitted, "so I don't know who that is, but she does the kind of paintings where she throws paint at a canvas and... stuff," she shrugged and shook her head, "I don't know," she said sheepishly.

"Oh, well, yeah see? I have no clue," she stuck her tongue out at Remy jokingly, then teh vampire thing came up again, "well.... kinda-sorta," she moved her hand in a 'so-so' gesture, "like I was telling Malachai and Adam, I've got similar... traits? But I myself wouldn't call myself a vampire."
