"Yes!" she said both to his question and in joy that her children didn't need to be sent back home. She shushed the gliders again and then put them in her coat pocket again where they silenced almost immediately, "there, be quiet naughty children."

"Yeah, all my stuff's upstairs already," she smiled affectionately into her pocket as the gliders curled around each other, "yeah, Phoenix Driscoll, my brothers and friends call me Nixie."

"Yup, from firebird to water sprite," she looked at Fee and smiled, that was probably easier for him to say than her full name, "or you can call me just Nix, my cousin does that."

She looked over at teh offer then at remy, "a good drink of what?" she asked laughing.

"You can mix blood?" she said, looking at Gren with a surprised smile, "well you know besides it being a liquid mixed with another liquid being completely plausible that is can be mixed, but does it taste good?" who here would know that? She smiled, "sure, I guess I'll try one of those."

"Ooh, that's a good question," she tapped her chin as she sorted through all the flavors that she liked. Thinking of any of them combined with blood put the same sort of taste in her mouth when she thought of drinking milk and eating an orange. Eventually she gave up trying to make the flavors mix in her head and offered, "I like vanilla flavor?"

Phoenix walked over and watched with intense interest as Gren mixed it. It didn't take long, must not have been a difficult request. When he handed it to her she smiled and thanked him then inspected the liquid inside her glass. She smiled, feeling like th many times Advent had dared her to eat a worm. After a moment of building up her courage she took a drink, figuring the only thing that could come from it was a funny face.

She tipped the cup down suddenly with a hand to catch any blood if it spilled, "mm, frothy," she said smiling a bit. She then grinned and looked at the cup, "that's pretty good actually. How'd you learn to do that?"

Phoenix looked over at Remy and her jaw dropped a little, "wait, you're a vampire? A real one?" her eyes lit up, "that's so cool! And you're nice! Bonus!" she laughed, "the last real vampire I met was hell-bent--," she paused and turned to Malachai, "pardon the expression, on teaching me the 'pleasures of being a creature of the night,' and how to be a 'true vampire,' it creeped me out honestly, and then she kissed me for no reason," she looked up at the ceiling and shivered a bit, "crazy. So, what kind are you?"

She was extremely excited to meet a real vampire. She did, however, refrain fro the urge to tackle him to the ground and hug him, in that fangirlish excitement, "sorry," she said though she still smiled, "I was really into the vampires even before I was one. Meeting one is kinda like meeting an idol."
