"The weather's getting warmer, so I'm working on my special limeade for the others," Sosol answered simply, picking up a lime and giving it a small squeeze. Nodding, he set it down and sliced it in two, juicing it. "If you press and roll citrus, like oranges or limes, they give up more juice. And I'm going to need a lot, unless I want to use the bottled stuff. I've done it in a pinch, but it just isn't the same."
He glanced up to Alejandro. "I'd offer you some, but I'm not sure if you'd taste it..."

"I can taste," Alejandro informed Sosol with a slight furrow of his brow. Of the senses that still worked like they were supposed to, his sense of taste was one of the strongest. He however turned away, as if insulted, and walked away from Sosol and his task at hand, returning to where he had been, but rather than getting back to inspecting the room he reclined on the couch and rested with a sigh, closing his eyes for a moment, opening them again but paying attention to nothing.

"You can -- I'm sorry," he apologized, frowning as Alejandro moved away. "I'm just too accustomed to Remy, I guess..." The Inn fell quiet for a bit, Sosol juicing limes in silence and Alejandro returning to a place on the couch.
However, it wouldn't last. Max bounded downstairs, a braid of many colors following her bright smile. "Hey, Sol!" She greeted, watching him juice limes. "Oh, you're makin' it, aren't ya?! Sweet! I can't wait!"

Alejandro started slightly when something loud came down the stairs. He pushed himself up on the couch, looking over the back before his eyes caught on something extremely colorful. He grunted slightly in surprise, falling back to the cushions before turning and sitting up, leaning on the back of the couch and staring at the rainbow that had appeared. His mouth was open wide, fangs clearly visible as his mouth worked the air.
"You did it!" his purring voice said in surprise, "you actually put it on your head," he frowned slightly, unsure of how anyone wanted that much color at any point in time on their person.

"Both!" Max exclaimed, finger pointed at the ceiling. "This is a new wig--" she leveled her point to Alejandro, "that I made from his chibi-fied hair! Isn't it super sweet?!"
"It really suits you," Sosol grinned, continuing to juice limes while the next set rolled along the bar on their own.

"That's freakin' incredible!" applauded the girl, Fee chirruping from his perch. "You're so cooool! I love your talent! Everything about you is like one big fun firework!"
Zippo hopped onto Alejandro's head. "HAI MISUTAH!"

"Whoawhoawhoa, I didn't make it!" Max waved her hands in front of her. "There's this one guy...he makes amazing wigs. He flipped his lid when I gave him the material to work with. But thanks all the same; I'll pass on the praise."
Sosol shook his head, chuckling as another batch of limes rolled back and forth across the bar. He was starting to realize why he usually used the bottled stuff...this took so long, for just one or two batches.

Alejandro smiled despite himself, willing to ignore and forget that everyone else was there, "hello Zippo," he purred, lifting his eyes to see the chibi on his head.

"But you're the one who wears them, and thinks of these things, and puts all of these clothes together....They have outfit shops on the Marketplace. You need to open a boutique!"
Zippo held up a large red jellybean. "Foa yuu! Hapi IIsuta!" he smiled brightly. Clearly, the fact that the holiday proper was a fortnight past was irrelevant.

"Why not...? You'd be a huge success," Sosol added, the lime now juicing itself as he shook out his tired wrist.
"I already am a success," Max protested. "Besides, why the hell would I want everybody runnin' around dressed like me?"

Alejandro carefully took the bean from the chibi, "thank you," he purred, "happy Easter to you as well. I didn't get you anything," he put the jelly bean in his mouth and chewed it slowly, smiling at the chibi.
