Apologies for the confusing wording on the front page! Familiar certs + bonded certs go under the familiar colorist, meaning they follow familiar certing procedures. Although we cert Lolly's ponies, we don't have jurisdiction over her familiars so the request needs to go to her familiar certing thread. (Sometimes there are exceptions, such as if a familiar was certed first and it's just easier for the soquili certist to do the bonded, but those are usually done on accident or kept to a minimum since the familiar certist would have final say, and we'd avoid potential miscommunication by just letting them handle it instead of taking care of it ourselves + finding out something needs to be changed later for one reason or another.)

HAHA I FEEL YOU--even if you feel like you've got a grip on things, the shop's always trying to improve and updating policies to reflect that, so it's easy to get confused or have outdated info.
