"I'd like to, though...giving gifts is fun. Besides, on a first date...aren't I supposed to treat you?" he smiled, shyly looking to the tanned catboy.
"Really? That's some tasty, done right...but they don't give you a hard time here?" he asked, tail perking slightly. "Maybe it's because of my method..."

"Aww, who's to call? I'm free now, I'll see 'em on my own time!"
He rushed up to Zippo, gathering the chibi in a brief loving hug that lifted him off his raptor feet, then putting him back down with a bright smile.
"I have to go and stuff though, so I'mma see ya!"
With that, Bure flitted up off the counter, heading up the stairs as he looked back and waved.
"Good dinner!"
(*yawn* The night beckons me "early" tonight, alas. Sweet dreams, ya two. *hugs*)

Enta glanced back from the corner of his eye. "I guess so..." he giggled, "You're too nice, Adam. Really. I wish I could remember more about you from before."
"They don't, and I guess it's because I don't kill... Anymore. And what do you mean your methods?" he asked, removing the cake from the oven to cool.

Baffled, Zippo stood alone for a moment, then promptly started rolling in the pineapple juice. "Wawawwaaaaaa~!"
"I was kind of new to the world at the time." he said warmly. "You know about where I'm from, right?"
"Well, it's hunting, really. The only thing I know how to do. I seduce, and take. With practice, we can figure out how to give back to our prey, and make the experience pleasant, with dreams and sensations. But I think everyone mostly thinks that we can only seduce with magical charm, then take everything we can get, leaving a soulless husk. It's only half-true. We can do that, and we do when we're totally starved, but otherwise...ugh. I think we're just bred to be selfish that way, in human eyes." he sighed, getting back to stirring. "I have a better meal with a genuinely pleased human, not one so dazzled by magic that they don't have their senses. It's...I dunno. I'm babbling. I like giving. It's better that way."

"Well, I was kind of fresh off of the farm when we met, so to speak...we got along all right, but didn't speak too terribly often. Just a lot going on for both of us, and I was a little busy getting myself sorted out. You really haven't lost much about me, Enta...I don't do too much, I'm afraid." he reassured gently.
"I try to be! I try really hard." he insisted. "If I'm not punishing a claimed sinner, then I make sure that whoever I'm with has the best night ever...maybe it's because I'm never in a relationship? That bothers humans a lot, right? Because I have never heard of a human complaining about good sex..."

He blushed some, looking sheepishly down with a shy smile. "Gosh...thanks, Enta. I do try, especially for my friends...um...what perfume is that, that you're wearing?"
Malachai's brow furrowed slightly as he tried to put his idea together. "So...you want me to be your friend, bedmate, and get rid of nightmares?" he reasoned out. "And I get a friend, bedmate, and to wick away nightmares? Is that what you mean? Because if that's what you mean, I'm totally for it." he concluded, beaming.
