Lin felt reassured and simply looked at the little one displaying its skill of fire breathing. She had to admit that the Inn was truly a unique place.
"Does his flame turn teal if he eats something with chemical dyes such as a magazine?" she asked then thought that maybe this was unhealthy for the chibi.

"Yaaaayayayyayayaya!" chirupped the chibi, hopping from foot to foot, eager.
"Well, let's find out, then." he smiled, finding an old magazine and tearing off a page, wadding it up and handing it over to the chibi, who promptly chowed down. After a moment, he huffed, coughin up a teal flame and a bit of smoke.

 Jeff arrived at the Inn and waved at Gren. "Yo Gren." He looked at Lin and gave her a short nod, then spotted the kid at the table. "Who's the brat?" asked the 6 feet tall adolescent to Gren without a second look for the brown hair boy. As Zippo burped out a teal flame, Jeff let out an impressed whistle. "Wow that was cool." he said coming closer. Lin nodded at Jeff then looked at Zippo with great interest although she did not move from her seat.

Jeff gave a quick stare at Gren, then grinned and looked down at Devin. He shuffled the kid's hair in a teasing way. "Nice to meet you kiddo. So what are you feeding the chibi?" he asked Devin.
Lin simply sipped her tea, watching the young ones have fun with the little half human, half...half.. She leaned to Gren and asked softly.
"Excuse me Mister Gren, but what is Zippo's...lower half?" she asked a little puzzled.

Lin's eyes showed true surprised. "Isn't that...dangerous?" she asked, still calm but she cast a slightly worried look towards Zippo.

Through the doorway loomed a figure, dark and menacing, just his presence seemed to darken his surroundings. He had no visible feet, floating along with a slight bob. One could hear the seething of his breath, but it sounded as if it were going through some other machine and out in amplification. He turned to those in the Inn, then turned away, floating over to the couch and sitting(?) down. "Tssssss... haaaaaaa..."

At the new arrival, Gren blinked, taking a moment before smiling politely. "Good afternoon, sir."
