Erik stood besdie the doorway. "I beliveve the story needs two sides for a whole explanation, that was just a part, not even the main part either." He said. He'd just gotten up the stairs.

Angeles shifted back slightly as MacPere put his hand on her chest. A small smirk formed as she said, "no there isn't, but that's not where the heart is," she pointed at the enter of her chest between her breast, the center of the sternum. She however gently removed MacPere's hand and looked over at Erik with a less than pleased but somber expression. She took a step back and started to close the door.
((Yay for studying anatomy books. I remember Prince, was he invited to the guild?))

"... Ah." MacPere laughed and, taking Angeles' hand removal as means of 'try again', slipped his hand down to the indicated point, shrugging sheepishly. "And this is why I failed biology~"
He flicked his gaze to Erik for a brief moment before looking back to Angeles' chest. He was currently attempting to beat the temptation of slipping his said hand to the side a little and squeezing ever-so-gently...
"And your account is?"

Erik thought back. "It's true we had that arguement, but we had two more." He said. "The one that came first was wheter i could talk about one's purity of mind, which ended with her stripping me bare and throwing me into the lake." He lifted two fingers. "The second was if she wanted her present, in the end, she said nothing. He lifted a third finger. "Last was the heartbeat, she told me i could take a look, but i'm not too keen on cutting up people while they are alive, not even near the heart."

MacPere's hands immediately flew up to cup his nose, holding it and jumping up and down on the spot as blood ran down the inside of his wrists. Good thing he had; A. Removed his arm from the door frame and B. taken off his gloves.

Rose woke up with a start. She heard Macpere yelling in pain, so she jumped out of bed and ran to the door. She wrenched it open and ran over to Macpere.
"Ah, your bleeding! Are you ok?"

Erik had pulled Macpere's head back. "Well don't let it run, get something to soak it up with." He said. He felt it as his responsibility sinse he'd distracted Macpere.

Angeles stood with her back against the door. She hadn't thought that she had shut the door hard enough to hurt MacPere. Secondly, Rose was awake, but Angeles didn't want to leave the room with Erik standing outside. She folded her arms and sighed at her dilemma.

"Oh... Ow!" MacPere rushed to his room, halting his cries just before opening and tiptoeing past the slumbering Gren. Once he'd reached the en suite, he soaked a flannel in water and held it to his nose with a groan.
