"Flew in yesterday around the end. Gorgeous! Saw a few of you out there too." he grinned, serving out the drinks. "They just make a holiday, don't they? But, no trouble, right? Nothing bad happened?"

At the approach of the innkeeper, Kiran had simply been reduced to a stammering fool, unable to catch his words or his breath. He blushed deeply and it had spread form nose to ear tip, the small tufts in full spread. Immediately unable to answer anything asked. He had wanted to explain his confusion based on the masculine 'Senpai' and feminine 'Sempai'- Kiran had simply assumed Senpai was male because of the formality of the title. That couldn't have actually been the two hearted beings name- no. Simply could not. If it was true then the notes he had jotted down were incorrect. Kiran simply ended up with his head bowed in absolute defeat, his thumb passing over his pocket watch, but his other hand was scrawling beautifully exactly what he was thinking on the paper before him.

Senpai was very slow, pulling the large hand back up and tucking it between body and rafter. It was nice to see Gren back and looking very happy, but Senpai was not ready to give away the fact of being wide awake and well aware of the surroundings. Maybe when more people left the corner...or just the long eared man- his sputtering was a bit odd.

"All quiet," Orrin echoed Lin's answer with a nod. "Well, as quiet as a place can be with Charlotte sharing the helm."

Violet giggled at the drawing. Partially because it was off in many ways her eyes could recognize, but also because it was so glaringly honest, even down to the message and the rose on top of the envelope. So straight-forward, but that was fine with her...nothing was hidden with him. She jumped up from the empty breakfast tray and took one of the quickest showers of her life, getting dressed in a breezy skirt and a short-sleeved blouse. While she didn't enjoy showing off her arms, it was too hot not to.

After slipping on some sandals, she peeked out the door, hair still damp. "Always so literal..." She said, shaking her head with a smile. "Let's go downstairs."

There was the sound of scratching at the door before it pushed, three feet of adorable hellspawn just getting inside before his tail caught on the door. He blinked his golden eyes, looking around and seeing no one he recgonized. "Inn of Peace, right? Ohhh, tell me I got it right!"

"Well, you've both done a fantastic jo-" Gren paused at the entry of the apparent imp, taking a moment to observe before politely replying "Y...yes...are you a friend of Malachai's?"

"What rudeness?" smiled Gren.

"Yes!" The imp answered cheerfully, hovering to hold out a hand, the other wrapped around something in a cloth. "Hi! Thank you! I hoped I got it right, but I didn't see anyone I knew...Malachai is my friend! He gave me ice cream!"

"Well, this is new," Orrin chuckled, tilting his head at the imp. "You're a young one..."

Violet held her breath as she was quickly hugged, remembering Jeff's strength. She walked with him, hand in hand until she reached the bottom, eyes scanning the room before stopping dead on a certain three-foot-tall imp. Her hand went slack, her eyes wide and mouth slightly agape. "H-H..."

The imp, meanwhile, looked over to the stairs. "Vee-vee...?" It asked incredulously, breaking into a wide smile.

Violet gasped, doing what most would find unthinkable for the girl. She ran forward, giving the hovering imp a joyful hug and laughing. "Hemmy...! What're you doing here?!"

"Did he now..." hummed Gren, shaking the hand offered before the imp darted off. Perhaps he'd have to have a talk with Malachai, but he had to admit that it was hard to feel threatened by something half his height. His heart stopped a moment, however, as Violet descended.

He tensed for a moment, holding his breath as the imp and Violet met eyes, but quietly gasping at the embrace. Chuckling in relief, he poured two more lemonades. "Hello, Violet...ah, I'm guessing you and the imp are friends..? And don't worry, sir, you're doing just fine...I'd be hard pressed to get upset over nothing."

Kiran was relieved and was also finding himself a bit bothered. He would quietly excuse himself for the great outdoors, knowing full well the garden- he could sit and think in the garden.

Senpai would slowly sit up after the man left. Pulling heavy silks straight, content to watch from above with dirty feet dangling. The husky tone speaking softly, "Welcome back, Gren."
