Nyeh, right now it's just our way of making everything enjoyable. Who knows it may spark a creative bunch of RPers like back in the Vet time. If you were here about almost 3 years ago you know what it was like when everyone watched out for themselves and got ready for anything.

Chill, if you want to learn a martial art style, seek out Geiho Juuji in the Leaf village, under the Melody Grove (destroyed) thread. I'll teach you a style that will help you be victorious in a close range fight.
