[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

[Astra_Senpai]

She watched silently, rubbing some of the salve expertly onto her own lower back. That tingle in her lower back brought easy to her whole center, not as effective as alcohol but just as pleasant. Once his hoodie was off, she put some salve on her hands and would start at his lower back.

Slowly working her hands up and along his spine, keeping the higher concentration of the salve along his spine and slowly spreading it out. Long hours of lessons for such things would hopefully be enjoyed. Applying pressure firmly on his shoulders, she would focus there for a bit, "You carry a deal of tension in your shoulders. Something on your mind?"  

[Gareus Fletcher]

"Mmmh..."

His eyes slip shut, the strange tingle of the salve down his spine making him lull a bit. Bure's head fell forward as she worked higher, answering softly when she asked.

"Not much, just... You, elders... what I should wear when I meet them, should I bring them gifts... If I remember to put any candy back in that store...Just general things..."

Done with his shoulders, she moved to the base of his neck, pressing her thumbs gently into his skin and moving them up and out, "Don't worry on the candy... the man who owns the store is a very kind soul, in and down. "As for the Elders if depends on the choice of informal meeting, if we go to their home yes. If a public place, no. Clothing is also based on this," she repeated the gesture over and over. "I believe you will win them over with your natural charm."  

[Gareus Fletcher]

He smiled, though there was worry in his tone.

"...And if the natural charm doesn't work?"  

[Astra_Senpai]

She sighed, finished. Closing the jar and setting it back on her vanity. Her ears were back slightly, tail curled, but she smiled at him, "In the case of your charm failing, they'll go by my presentation of you and how you present yourself. They're both reasonable women, they're not out to ruin anything. They understand the concept of love, they've been touched by it and have had it themselves." She looked at him, blue eyes studying his features, it made her heart flutter- he made her heart flutter, "It's not something to worry too much about until the time comes. There's no such thing as the right way to handle an informal announcement and meeting. It's the formal that's tricky." She laughed, her tone light, tail curling into the shape of a heart, "I think in human culture this is like meeting someone's parents."  

[Gareus Fletcher]

"Uh huuuh."

Bure didn't reach over to put the hoodie back on quite yet, he liked the feel of the salve and the air. He turned and saw her study him, feeling his posture cave a little somehow in shyness at her gaze.

"Well, um... I'll at least make the best impression I can with the informal occasion, I suppose."

He looked along her tail and at her ears, biting a smile. It was terrible how cute he found her when she was like this, he wanted to just pick her up and pet her somehow.

She smiled, checking her makeup in the mirror. Flawless as always, though her lipstick had faded from her snacking at the candy shop and the print Bure had yet to wipe away. Curling her tail this way and that, she would nod to his words. "All I want is for you to be yourself."

One of her ears directed towards him. How in the world do you tell someone you desperately need a bath and you're afraid they'll be bored waiting and as it would inappropriate for them to sit with you while you bathed that maybe they too should go bathe or eat and the like? Relationships were hard!  

[Gareus Fletcher]

"Then myself I shall be."

Bure stared at the ear, looking at it with a wide-eyed curiosity. He found himself moving in closer to look at it.

"Hmm..."  

[Astra_Senpai]

At his approach, she turned to face him, both ears forward and directed right at him. She smiled, tilting her head to the side. W- what was he staring at?  

[Gareus Fletcher]

Bure moved a little closer, staring intently at the ears as he was next to her now.

"Hmmmmm..."  

[Astra_Senpai]

Her ears went back, flattening against her hair, then flicking forward and back again, "W-what are you doing?"  

[Gareus Fletcher]

"Can I... Touch your ears...?"

His face was on the verge of emotion, his inner child bubbling.  

[Astra_Senpai]

"My ears?" a dash of pink crossed her nose, her ears forward and twitching as if to confirm what she had heard him ask. "I suppose- just don't mess with my earrings."  

[Gareus Fletcher]

"Alright..."

His hands slowly went up, almost shaking as they gently cupped each, his fingers feeling the thin flap of skin and unableto supress a coo.

"They're all sooooft...~"

Her ears would twitch in his hands, eyes closing half way and smiling a bit, "All of my fur is soft- I take very good care of it."
