The escort looked at Key, then back at Ultima. "Let's go." He said. The escort bowed his head and got up. He then looked at Erik, who was wearing his shadow hood. "Do not worry for your brother's safty master Erik." He said. Ultima took his actual swords from where gren had taken them. The escort raised an eyebrow. Ultima shook his head. "I know the terms, these are just in case." He said as the escort opened the door. Ultima took a look back and left the inn.

"Okay I understand. But can you write something down for me from a scroll?" Zefi talked to Kageko calmly trying her best to get the information needed.

Kageko mentally sighed out of relief, Zefi wasn't angry at her. "It depends on the information you want," Kageko said cautiously. She was glad that Zefi hadn't gotten angry, but she still couldn't give her anything she wanted, "as well as what scroll you're talking about."

"Okay. Well the scroll I wanted to look at was my Father's. Robert Sethin. I need to also know if there is any way to make sure the scroll is 100% accurate. I can understand if your not allowed to do this but it would be really helpful if you could." Zefi look Kageko straight in the eyes. The only other way to figure that information out was by trying an outer world experience. Which could kill her. She didn't like that idea all that much.

Kageko bit her lip, it looked like she'd probably dissapoint Zefi anyway. "I'm sorry Zefi, but I can't do that. I can't take out and read the scrolls of people that I don't know very well," she glanced at Zefi as she continued with her eyes turned away, "Even if I were to bring you there, you wouldn't be able to get his scroll. As for a way to make sure that the scrolls are accurate. Don't worry, they tell the truth of what happened. I'm not sure how, but that's what they do."

"Okay. Thanks anyways." Zefi knew there was no use getting frustrated. The only way her scroll could be wrong is if Robert Sethin wasn't her father. But of course he was... the scroll didn't lie so it would have listed her real father. "Sorry one last thing, Is there any way to edit or change a scroll. Manually? even for short periods of time?" There was a chance that Shiki-sensei might have had something to do with it if that was possible. Zefi doubted it but she had to explore every option.

Kageko looked at Zefi shocked. She wasn't trying to be rude; it was just that what Zefi had suggested was outrageous, even for Kageko. Actually, it would probably have been more accurate to say especially for Kageko. "If there is a way, I don't know of it," Kageko answered, "the scrolls aren't written but made, and the sources that feed them are numerous. It'd be im...," Kageko tried to get the word out but she couldn't, "... near impossible to change the scrolls in any way. Even if there was a way, it'd be impossible for anyone related to what had been changed to remember what it was like before it had changed." The last part was a guess, she had never heard of the scrolls being changed before but, from what she knew, the last sentence was the truth.

MacPere strolled into the inn with a stifled yawn, lower face nuzzled beneath the scarf at his neck. He placed his briefcase down and unwrapped his outdoor clothing, dusting the snow of his jacket's shoulders.

"Good day~" He chirped with a soft smile, strolling to the bar with the intention of making himself a celebratory cocktail.

Kageko turned to see MacPere come in and greet everyone. "Hey MacPere," she waved back. It seemed that Zefi was in deep thought so Kageko decided to leave her be for now. She turned to MacPere, she had rarely talked to him so didn't know too much about him. "How was your day?" she asked to see if she could start off a conversation.

Zefi nodded quickly absorbing the information. If they were an object it was possible for illusions. If it had been changed... by someone she wouldn't know it was a lie. She would think it was the truth. It did all make sense but she had to keep her hopes in check. This could just be guesses and her parents could be dead, but she had something to look forward too. "So would it make sense then that if my scroll was changed to say my parent's had died then chances were my uncle and sister and I would all believe it was true... Because we had no reason to not believe it?" she realized macpere and gren and waved hello"Hello Macpere, Gren."Zefi looked at them finding it so... awesome that two people could love each other so much.Zefi looked back at Kageko and waited for her response.

"My day was nice and eventful, thank you for asking, dear~"

MacPere poured all of the various alcohols and juices into a cocktail shaker promptly began to shake it, gaining a good rhythm before speaking again. It was lovely that someone wanted to speak to him~

"... Your name is Kageko, right? I apologise, I've only heard your name spoken through other lips, I may have the wrong information."

He smiled at Gren, having not noticed him and hummed. "Indeed. I have quite the announcement~"

"Yes it is," Kageko replied with a smile. She noticed that another man, Gren, had come in and she quietly backed out of the conversation. The two were really close and she didn't wish to bother them by butting in.
That, and she needed to answer Zefi. She paused to think about the question, trying to find a way to phrase the answer.

Stepping into the inn, Joseph waving to everyone he knew, pulling off his hat and sitting down at a table. Sighing, Joseph pulled out his book and started to read.

"Oh? Do tell!" Gren got off of the ladder, he was hanging garlands, and dusted his hands on his slacks. "I could always go for good news."

He looked to Kageko and nodded encouragement. "Don't you?"
