"Oh, I thought I had...sorry, that must have been a bit confusing." He dropped his tone, whispering in MacPere's ear: "They're a side effect from those experimental meds the prison gave me. Hormonal imbalance like none other..."

He straightened up again and smiled. "That's all. Nothing too exciting." He patted MacPere's back, and continued the muscle rub.  

[MacPere]

MacPere hummed and leaned into the massage, grimacing slightly at Gren's words. "... Is there room on that mission of Angeles' for two?"  

[Valentine Valtieri]

I am Vincente Valtiere

Vincente was at another bottle of blood. He looked across the room and saw MacPere and Gren together. "Ah, you must be Gren, i've heard much." He extended a hand. "My name is Vincente Valtiere, you can already tell I'm a vampire right?" He asked

"I understand that so far. Could they also create an illusion or enchantment?One that lasts? Is it possible for them to have placed it on my family and on My Scroll?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Oh, don't you start...nobody wants to let me fight my own demons..." he chuckled.

Continuing the massage, he took the hand of the chap in front of him. "Yes, I could, Vincente. I've seen you around before, it's good to meet you." He wondered about the 'heard much' part, but let it pass.  

[HeadlessKoko]

Kageko shook her head, she could tell that Zefi was grasping at something, anything, "No, if the scroll could be fooled by something as simple as an illusion, then I would've suggested it. The scroll takes its information from the reality of the world as well as the reality of the people it is about. If there is ever a discrepancy, it'll rely on the universe's reality," she paused, then asked, "Zefi, is this about your family?"  

[MacPere]

"Hey, I just wish to give back what remorse they gave to you for these past couple of years. I still wonder why though... They are quite the piece of art~"

MacPere winked at Gren and looked to Vincente cautiously, tightening his grip on Gren's hip protectively.  

[Valentine Valtieri]

He took another sip of the blood. "Strange to think I wouldn't have met you before." He said. He saw what MacPere was doing. "Oh, don't worry about him, i dobut i would feed on a human, even if i wanted to, i don't have to." He said. He looked up at the cieling for a second, then back at them. He gave a polite pause waiting for a response.

Zefi thought about lying and knew it wouldn't do any good. Plus Kageko already knew the answer. She sighed. "Yes." Sh wouldn't go into more details.  

[Gren_Eckener]

He murmured "Glad you like 'em...and those pricks? Not worth the effort of hating..." to MacPere.

He continued the massage as he chatted, occasionally tapping his fingers on MacPere's back like a piano. "Hm...well, I'm usually kinda busy. So, what's interesting about the ceiling?"

Zefi noticed Kageko was wondering if she should tell her anymore. "Well I have to get ready... bye Kageko" She said quickly dismissing herself and left upstairs and reached her room before anyone could talk to her. She went inside and sat on her bed. They could leave tomorrow to get to Mixi.  

[MacPere]

"'Doubt' is not what I would like to hear at this present time." MacPere replied to the vampire in a simple tone, placing his glass down on a nearby table. His head rested against Gren's shoulder once more and a neutral look found his face, gaze looking off to the dark, winter scene outside.  

[Valentine Valtieri]

He took the last bit, the bottle was completely drained. "Nothing, sorry to bother you." He walked away. His thirst had been quenched...for tonight anyway. He threw it away since he could never get the last drop. He began to think. He decided there was nothing to think about so he began to read the advanced monster hunting book.

Kageko sighed as she leaned back into her chair. She didn't have parents but she also didn't remember them. The closest thing she had to a parent was Shiki-sensei. Even if Shiki-sensei was gone, that wasn't the same as having a parent die, or thinking that they're dead. She wondered if she should try and play around with it a bit. Kageko started to say, "Zefi, the scrolls don't lie. If they say that you're parents are dead, then they're dead. If they say that you're parents are alive, then they're alive. I'm sorry, if you really did read that you're parents were dead, then they are dead. If they're dead, there's nothing I can do to help you," but before she could do that, Zefi had already left. She sighed, it seemed that she'd have to tell Zefi at a later time.  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Hm...he didn't seem that bad..." he looked to the flat expression on MacPere's face, and raised an eyebrow in concern. "You, uh, have a bone to pick with him?"
