"But of course! The richness of the land and history have their own magic...everything does, don't you think?" beamed Charlotte, waving her hands. "The world's so pretty! Boom dee yada and all!"  

[Astra_Senpai]

Honey smiled at Charlotte, wrinkling her nose, "I's beau'iful 'ideous worl'. Balancin' the goo' an' the ba'- 'ard ta' do sometimes." She laughed, "Bu' wha's beau'y withou' a little ugly. Yin and yang an all tha'."

She strummed a few chords of 'Wade in the Water' and hummed, "But 'ere I am prattlin' on abou' mysel'- wha' abou' you?"

"...Well, that's a long, long long story...what do you want to know?"  

[Astra_Senpai]

"Wha' 'xactly is a chaos wiel'ing maniac?"

She sighed. "Well, where to begin...there's still a lot of backstory there, so I'll leave it that I'm a chaos being who currently inhabits a human body, in order to maintain things on this plane of being. I'm old. Really old. I get reincarnated as a new human whenever I die; the birthmark comes with when I leave the corpse. As for maniac, well, it's chaos. I can't tell you what I'll do subjectively until it's going down."

Honey stopped playing, her mouth hanging open. What just came out of Charlotte's mouth seemed to require a complete reboot of Honey's brain. Slowly her mouth shut and that big smile grew from a contemplative puckering of her lips. So Charlotte wasn't a magic user she was a... she was like a Buddha but with the power of chaos? Honey began to play 'Les Toreadors', her hands flying and building it up a bit. "So ya' chaos? The 'come wha' may' is a classy la'y in a ta'ern. 'Oh I canno' beli'e a pla'e where ya' can ac'ually mee' so many won'erful kin's a bein's who coe'ist wo well. I's almos' intimida'in."

"What's spooky is that my boyfriend's a Karmic Keeper of Order. How's that even work?" she laughed. "I love it!"

Honey tilted her head to the side, "Don' chaos and or'er do 'and in 'and like ah...... fishs'icks and cus'ard?"

"More like the wonders of an empty fridge box and a bag of sequins." she smiled. "Lots of potential in either, just different presentation. Besides, you'd like my sweetie. He's a gem."

Honey bobbed her head, giggled, "'Aven't met a sin'le person I didn't li'e so far. I always 'ad a 'ard time not li'ing peo'le. Mum says is no' normal likin' e'eryone bu' i's no' li'e I do- jus' fin' it 'ard ta' no' get alon'... ya' know?"

"I'd say that's a better power than magic, in some ways...but Orrin's a very sweet man. I've never met anyone who didn't like him." she smiled. "Still, you hang on to that, okay?"

Honey grinned, playing 'Love me Tender', standing on her chair with a giggle. "I'd lo'e ta' mee' 'im. Anyone tha' makes such a lo'ey do'ey look pop up li'e tha'- well, Cha'lo'e, i's jus' meanta be."

"Love, not quite...platonically, yes, and there's a lot of romance...but I dunno that it's love proper yet!" she blushed, waving a hand. "We're in the fun part of romance."

Honey hummed, "All par's a romance shoul' be fun- e'en in the lon' haul. E'en af'er the firs' figh' to jus' curl up and laugh abou' it la'er." She shrugged, bringing about 'Shave and a Haircut', "'E mus' be righ' han'some t'ough- wit' 'ow you're blushin'."

Honey quietly wondered if Malachai was okay in the kitchen by himself- hadn't he said he'd only made one thing on his own before? "I wish my mum coul' see this place- it'd do her a worl' a good, or scare the life outta' 'er. I know Ignus'd like it- e's always been a nutter for open space 'n pretty faces." The song evolved slowly into 'Drunken Lullabies', "Char'lo'e, where's a goo' pla'e ta' sho' for secon' 'and?"

"Hmm...you know, we haven't fought yet...I don't really want to, but not even a disagreement? Fuuuun~" she mused, blinking at the question. "A thrift store? In Durem."

Malachai emerged from the kitchen, eating crispy bacon that was cooking as he held it in his firey hot grip. "Mmmmm~"
