Honey hummed a moment, music coming to an abrupt stop as she jumped nearly a mile in surprise, her pocket was screaming 'You've got a smile I can't resist'... "Par'on me a sec," Honey blushed and gently set her guitar on the chair. Pulling her canary yellow phone from a pocket, flipping it open and pressing it to her ear, "'Ello, Lo'e! Wha's shakin?"

Malachai held out a handful of bacon to Charlotte, who took the done-est piece she could. "That reminds me...I ought to check on Chrysanthemum...I bet she's awake."

"Who?"

"My pet piglet."

"Oh! Ooooh, the sow had her piglets?"

"Well, ye-...are you friends with Opal too?"

"Yeah!" he grinned. "She's the best!"  

[Astra_Senpai]

Honey slowly sat on the floor, her back to the chair. Listening to the tiny voice on the other side of the phone. "Goo'nigh', Swee'hear', I lo'e ya too... Gi'e the phone to ya' da." Honey heaved a heavy sigh, the second voice coming onto the phone, "Ya' canno' let 'er 'ave the phone e'ery time she cries. 'Ou know jus' as well as I do tha if ya' give in ta it now she'll ta'e advan'age la'er." She closed her eyes, "I dun wanna' tal' abou' this righ' now, Lo'e. I'm wit' frien's. Go put ya' daugh'er ta' bed ya Prat." Honey chirped, "Ya'- lo'e ya' too- kiss 'er on the for'ead for me."

Standing back up, running a hand through her hair, snapping the phone shut and shoving it back in her pocket. Honey stared into space for a moment or two before her smile returned.

Malachai smiled, offering a handful of bacon.

At the smell of bacon, Kira was up in a heartbeat. Stumbling her way into the kitchen, she practically flailed into the seat with a starved expression on her face. She had just eaten a bull yesterday, so she wouldn't HAVE to eat for another day or two. But that didn't mean she would ever be to full for bacon. Composing herself once more, she waited to be dished up, staring at the somewhat sizzling sliced of bacon with a dark, yet hungry look.

Malachai smiled, thrusting forward a fistful of bacon in various states of cooked. He was apparently cooking it in his palms, with no discernible flame, but his own body heat and magic. "Here!"

When he had offered it to her, Honey had taken a single piece, "Thank 'ou, Lo'e." She watched him offer the meat to the taller girl...Kira. Honey wondered why that girl gave her her heebie jeebies. Maybe it was just the weather outside. Honey sighed, looked to Charlotte, "'Ow well do the blue bot'les take street performers?"

"It's a welcomed custom here to busk, my dear." said Charlotte genially. "Nobody will gripe."  

[Astra_Senpai]

"Tha's goo' news then," Honey chirped in absolute delight, "If tha weather is good t'morrow I'll 'ead out an see wha' I can drum up." She picked up her guitar and began to play randomly, nothing distinct.

"Mmm! The passion burns hot in you, clearly~" she smiled. "I like that!"  

[Astra_Senpai]

Honey smiled, looking up as 'Girl from Ipanema' began to roll off her fingers, "Tru'h is I do no' min' performin' in the rain. Wha' I do no' care fo' is the ligh'ning an' thun'er. I trie' playin' in a s'orm once. Grea' effec's, 'orrible pneumonia af'er." Honey giggled, "Ma'e jus' enough ta' co'er the medicine- poor Ignus we missed out on four jo's cause of it."

"Well, I meant in general...I mean, come on. You switch songs every five seconds, air-guitar when you aren't playing, music's always going on your headphones...I bet that you sleep with the radio on."  

[Astra_Senpai]

Honey blushed, "I 'ave a speical sleep mix on my mp3... I play in my sleep- used ta' sin' too bu' only when I'm stressed ou'."

"Silence creeps you out?" she asked knowingly.  

[Astra_Senpai]

Honey gave a near wild shrug, "I's more wha' lies in the silence. Thin's unspo'en and thin's meant but no' said. The quie' can be so lou'. Person canno' 'ear themsel'es thin'... i's all consumin' wit'ou' giv'n back." She wrinkled her nose, ending the 'Ipanema' and starting 'Yellow Submarine', "I's 'ow I see it at leas'." She grinned, "Plus why the need fo' quie' when t'ere's so much soun' ta' enjoy?"

Kiran walked down the stairs at this moment, he was well dressed as always- though a bit disheveled. His ears were back a bit, he side glanced the pink haired guitarist and heaved a sigh. So that's the new sound he'd been hearing. God help him. He walked into the kitchen in need of tea.
