Kiran, tea in hand, smiled, "H-hello, M-Miss Ch-Charlotte. A-ah? B-b-b-bac-con. And h-handm-made at t-that. D-d-don't m-mind if I d-d-do." He would pluck one with care from Malachai's hand, his smile was light. He would give a nod to the young woman he did not know and move to take a seat for himself.
Honey grinned, "'Ello there, Dapper Toff. 'Ow've 'ou been?"
Kiran sipped his tea, sighed, "I'll h-have y-you k-know, H-Hon-neyb-bee, t-th-that I k-know y-your w-work and I w-would a-p-p-p-p...p-p-pref-f-fer if y-you'd c-call m-me by m-my p-prop-per n-name."
Honey continued to play her song, arching a eyebrow, "'Ow'm I s'posed ta' do tha' when ya' ne'er tol' me ya' name, Toff?"
Kiran, who'd taken a bite of his bacon, couldn't answer but his ears had gone up- causing Honey to all out laugh.

Honey slowly began to play 'Beethoven's 5th', chewing on her lip. Why did that name sound familiar?
Kiran, blushing on the comment about his ears, swallowed his mouthful and sipped his tea, "K-Kir-ran D-D-Deg-g-gas."
Honey gasped that sound which made dogs cringe and sadly Kiran as well, standing on her feet and stopping playing, "'Ou're tha' wri'er!"
Kiran blushed slightly, "Y-you've r-r-read m-my w-work?"
Honey chirped, "Lo'e, I've remixed ya' speec'es before an' af'er ya' wife... ah sorry, she blushed and sat down, taking up the song again, "Yeah- big fan."
Kiran sipped his tea, red all the way to his ear tips- which were twitching to the notes of the song. He had a fan~. He looked to Charlotte, "I h-have n-not s-seen y-you in a w-wh-while, M-Miss Ch-Charlotte. H-how are y-you?"

Kiran nodded slightly, "I h-have b-been av-void-ding c-c-conf-flict... and w-w-writ-ting." He took a small quiet sip of his tea, "I-It's n-not m-m-much and it's f-f-far f-f-rom w-wh-what I usually w-w-writ-te... b-b-but I sup-p-p-pose th-that w-was the p-p-point of th-this 'r-r-rest'."

Honey sat on the back of her hair, kicking her legs and strumming- the song evolving from a peaceful symphony to 'Highway to Hell'. Honey chirped but didn't sing the words. Kiran Degas knew her! He'd called her Honeybee! AH!

Kiran nodded, a small frown as he looked towards the back of the guitarist- he didn't care for that music in the slightest. He perked back up and smiled to Charlotte, "Y-yes... I h-have a f-few p-p-pag-ges t-though t-t-they a-are a b-b-bit j-j-jumb-bled. It w-will n-need h-heav-vy ed-d-dit-ting."

A crack of lightning and Honey shrieked- Kiran seethed, covering his ears Honey in her moment of panic fell off the chair back and onto the floor. The force of the fall snapping a wire and leaving a nice little gash on her cheek. Honey let loose a series of swears that turned Kiran a brilliant shade of scarlet. "Oh m-my."

Honey sniffled and put a hand to her right cheek and keeping her eye closed. Standing up, she'd set the guitar on the chair and began to walk to the kitchen. The side of her face was swelling already and most certainly bleeding. Honey's swears carried with her all the way to the kitchen, where she hunted for a towel.

Kiran shook his head and wiggled his ears, "I t-think I'm d-d-deaf."

For the moment out of sight Honey had let herself cry a bit. Oh it always hurt so much to get snapped by those wires! She was humming 'god save the queen' as she pressed the cold damp cloth against her face hoping it'd stop bleeding soon. Oh she hated blood. She sniffled and wiped her eyes trying to dry her tears quickly at Charlotte's entry to the kitchen.

Kiran chuckled, wiggling his ears, "It is a-an exp-pression... th-that g-g-g-girl c-c-ert-tainly c-c-can sc-scream. Ah- I d-do l-love y-your w-wings."

Kiran gave a small shrug, "I-it w-w-would b-b-be a sh-shame t-t-to l-lose- th-though I w-would-dn't m-m-mind th-the s...sil-lence f-f-for a sh-hort t-time." He wiggled his ears, polishing off his tea, "It g-g-gets t-t-tires-some h-h-hearing h-hearts and n-now th-that endl-less noise f-from th-that g-girl." He smiled, "It m-may s-sound odd b-b-but I w-w-wond-der if th-that's w-what ch-child-dren are l-l-like. Lit-t-t-tle noise b-b-b-oxes."

Honey smiled broadly, "Y-yea' jus' go' caugh' off guar' by the ligh'nin' an' then the strin' snapped my fa'e. Hu'ts li'e 'Ell." But the tears didn't stop like she'd been trying to make them.
