"Nah- I jus' canno' sit still tha' lon', we coul' ne'er go to the cinema 'cause of it. Kills me 'cause I lo'e opera, bu' canno' sit tha' long." Honey took the ice off her head and felt around a moment, wincing, "Tha's a goose egg on my 'ead- bu' the dazzles is gone. No' as dizzy eit'er- so tha's good news, yea? Oh! Wha' kinna' music do 'ou play? I blat'er on abou' wha' I do bu' I did no' ask 'ou."

"Ah, I asked first." he reminded kindly. "I enjoy jazz and blues most, but I like a good bit of rock, folk and just about anything that sounds good...genre doesn't make much difference."  

[Astra_Senpai]

"'Ou sin' too?" she asked, shuffling slowly from foot to foot as if testing to see how sturdy she was exactly, "I be' 'ou got a lo'ely voice."

He blushed slightly, which was radiant against his pale cheeks. "Well...I'm told it is, but I'm hardly practised."

Honey blushed at his blush, her smile absolutely delighted. He was handsome, modest and somehow as pretty as a lady with that fantastic structure to him. He was just like Ignus... which soured it a small bit for her- bah. Didn't matter, all these trees to bark at and not a single one to claim, "Oh, Gre' Lo'e, some a the bes' ne'er 'ad formal trainin'- i's wha' ma'es t'em unique. Yea? Yes!" In sneakers, Honey was standing on point and absolutely still as it required energy to maintain the stance, "My mum woul' lo'e 'ou. Ya' so modes' and ya' go' talent I be''."

He looked down and away with a crooked smile, politely bashful. "Well, I've never been one to talk about myself, is all." he said quietly. "But I'm flattered, really. Still, don't assume until you've heard it, huh?"

Charlotte waved to Honey, mouthing "He really is good" with a nod.

Honey caught Charlotte's wave and winked at her. She understood well and enough just what the woman had said. Honey tilted her head to the side, her focus back on Gren, "Well maybe if we play toge'her we coul' sin' too? I know lo's a duets an' I can rea' music pret'y well- t'ough on the fly is mo'e fun." She looked at her guitar with the broken string, sighed, a moment of sadness crossing her before she returned to the sunshine state of mind and being. "T'ough i's goin' ta 'aveta' wai' until I earn enough pan'andlin- tha's for sure."

"Oh...did you need a new string?" he asked, following her gaze. "I could spot you, gladly."

Honey blushed hard, hopping in her excitement but also shaking her head, "Nah, Lo'e, I coul'na' ask ya' ta' do tha'! I'm gra'eful for all ya' done for me alrea'y- I coul'na ask for more."

"But I may actually have one kicking around in that size." he said gently. "Still, if busking's what you're about, it's certainly a lot of fun, isn't it?"

Honey was in a full debate, her finger moving ever so slightly- keys for a waltz if you knew your air guitar. It was hard to accept even things like strings, she had been planning a way to say thank you for the stay, her blush deepened - pride winning over, "I's a goo' way ta mee' peo'le. Ne'er been goo' a askin for 'elp an I learn lo's from o'hers aroun,."

He nodded, respecting the decision. "I'm sure you'll make plenty, playing like that." he smiled kindly. "How's the head?"

She was balancing the icepack on her head now as she continued to strum. have to finish out the song, "I'm gonna 'ave a kno' but is alrigh' . Than' ya' for ya' big 'eart."

"It's no trouble." he chuckled, waving it off. "It's a pleasure to help out. Ah...sorry about the surprise, by the way. My fault."

Her baby blues grew wide and she claimed her arms out near as gracefully as a bird spreading its wings, "Ah tha's. righ'! 'Ow'd ya' do tha'? Ya' don' loo' li'e a wizar'- are 'ou? A wizard's oo plays 'orn, noe tha's a righ' pro's show."
