lenon01 Fenrir Graveheart lol sojiro, the music to weeks is from days. xd http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DbwlGv9SWfY@lenon: that's what makes them scary though. they're not supposed to be easy to kill. people just make fun of slow zombies, like shawn of the dead or zombieland. rule number one to surviving zombie-apocalypse is cardio ladies and gentlemen. mrgreen Well, from what I've gathered most of you have said that you'd like to see 'special' zombie types rather than just your average hordes of undead. I like that too, but it also runs a risk of confusing viewers, so it'd have to be limited. Horror movie fans tend to like things to be simplistic and easy to understand, that's just the view I've gathered though. D< Oh well. I just don't like fast zombies, but that's probably because I'm a George Romero-ish person and I have actually read the Zombie books by Max Brooks. xD What's the chance of an actual zombie apocalypse these days? The chance is actually rather high that we will eventually have one. Scientists have been looking into how Zombies would be possible and apparently it could transfer to us from rats like AIDs came from monkeys.

Squishy Havock Fenrir Graveheart Squishy Havock Rockgirl809 i hate horror movies so i have to go with someone (always a guy) so yea kno da rest.... xp EDIT *squishes havock harder* this is fum 3nodding I personally bum people out when I watch horror movies. I dont react and just gaze into the screen like it was some boring documentary. Only horror film that made me move was the japanese "one missed call" The grudge ... actually made me laugh at a point. Opposite for me. Grudge made me move. One Missed Call was a joke. rolleyes Did you watch the original japanese version fenrir? Cause thats my basis the english one made me laugh my a** off. Grudge also made me laugh. It was embarrassing for my cousin cause I was the only one who laughs when people scream in the theater. Only english for me, which would explain. Japanese seems to be the only country in the world making good, original horror anymore, and then everybody else just steals it and turns it into a crappy remake. Oh, and I know the feeling of laughing in a horror movie. I always go with friends so that I can pretend I'm just laughing at their reactions, which is partly true.

Fenrir Graveheart Discordial Moki Woah @.@ I just got home and I see a Zombie discussion. Cool. You're welcome. mrgreen I'm asking the question of "what would you like to see in a zombie movie" and I'm gathering everybody's opinions since I find you guys to be more creative than most of my rl friends. To be honest I'm bored with the whole ZOMBIE thing. Well the Undead zombie at least bores me. I prefer my degraded feral human beings to them. In my novel at least Travis Levin AKA (Paragon) was the supposed Perfect experiment but they were two of them. The second one was the real one. Paragon had a natural psychosis. Anyway plot line. Paragon sees humans in control as a pathetic waste of time they cannot in his view manage it due to their flaws. He first unleashes the 1st wave of the Ferals/ghouls. Human beings that do not feel pain or at least have high pain threshold and heightened senses. Mindless like your zombies only following Paragon due to some sick loyalty like a dog. Other characters are normal humans or Paragon's lieutenants. The lieutenants have their own specialize mutation, or at least kept their brain intact.

More realistically possible than you might think, from the research I've gathered. >< I know! It's kinda scary. Here's something interesting. http://www.cracked.com/article_15643_5-scientific-reasons-zombie-apocalypse-could-actually-happen.html

Well there is your problem you watched the english version. *pukes at it and its director* Try finding the japanese and my favorite scene is the elevator. Spooky as crap. Well yeah I laugh at people's reactions too, once I saw a girl shriek and crush her plastic cup of soda. And the soda poured all over her tank top making it sticky... (going out of context)

Other characters are normal humans or Paragon's lieutenants. The lieutenants have their own specialize mutation, or at least kept their brain intact. The whole mutation thing is a good idea, but Resident Evil has overdone it and at this point its starting to sound to me more like a comic book than an actual horror. For me, at least, believability of a horror story is what makes it so good. That's why Hostel is probably my favorite horror movie, despite everything else. You can stretch the edges with believability, sure, but there's only so much you can do before it becomes more action based, like the last few Resident Evil movies, than anything scary or thrilling.
