Jester sighed, and slid under the covers as he was told. He was worried now though. He didn't know what this... presence? Was and it made him nervous. He twisted his hair around his finger and waited for his master to return.

To keep himself busy, he moved the box of collars to the table beside the bed so they wouldn't get kicked off and damaged somehow. He watched some more TV. And still, he twirled his hair. Jester hated the idea of disobeying Kio, especially after being given such a beautiful gift, but he almost had to know what this feeling was.

"This is not a hotel." Kio mumbled as he adjusted the morning star leaning against his shoulder. He looked the man over and his eyes caught his attention. They were not the same color as Jester's, but it was the same silvery tint that was captivating and yet dangerous.....which aided Kio in his decision.

Kio looked at Thomas, his voice softer to the boy. "Thomas, feed him, get him dry clothes and a hot bath. Put him in the white dungeon on the first floor." Thomas smiled. He liked this guy and he'd only met him. Kio looked back at the stranger. "Breakfast is at 8am. You will be there or you won't eat."

Kio turned on his heels and headed up the steps and back to his room. Thomas couldn't resist his boyish ways as he bounced on his heels and smiled. "You get to stay. I'm excited. Master doesn't usually let anyone stay." He said and took the man's hand and lead him to the kitchen and got him a towel. "The cook just went to bed, but I can cook a little. What would you like? Don't worry about Master. He's a teddy bear in a grizzly's body. But I'll make sure you're up for breakfast."

Kio returned to his room and set his weapon down before sliding in bed. He huffed as he tried to calm himself. He wasn't sure why he was huffy.....maybe b/c he had to get up and do all that.....who knew. But now he was back and it was just him and Jester. He looked over at him.

Jester looked up at the door as Kio returned. He waited for him to climb back into bed. "What was it?" He carefully scooted back to his masters side, resting his head on Kios chest once again. He would understand if he was pushed away since the master seemed aggravated again.

Jester began to twirl his hair around his finger again, watching his master intently.

Ikki shrugged as the man spoke to him coldly. He was right but was at hotel. Was it so much to ask to say and wait out the storm? At least Ikki tried and just as he was about to take his leave he noticed a shift in the air. As if the man's mood changed. His attention on the boy now as he gave out orders. Nodding in thanks as the man left back upstairs he turned to the boy. "I just need clothes. Nothing else." He didn't want to take to much while he was here. He needed to get going his old master might be looking for him.

His eyes were drawn back to the boy as he bounced on his heels. "Is that so?" he asked as he let the boy lead him towards the kitchen and being handed a towel. Placing the towel on top of his head he moved it though his hair to dry it off. "I really don't need food." Ikki was use to starving like this it was a big deal but maybe he would get into trouble with the master if he didn't feed Ikki so he smiled. "Got any apples?" he wasn't to worried about the master. He would be leaving in the morning anyways. His hair now dry as he waited to see what fruit they kept.

"Just a house guest. You'll meet him at breakfast. He was out in the storm. I would have sent him right back out in it, but Thomas seemed to happy to have a guest in the mansion." Kio said feeling Jester against him. He could smell the peppermint coming off of him and it was quite calming.

Kio wasn't one to dance around what he wanted. He moved his arm some and ran his hand down Jester's smooth back and to his butt, squeezing a handful....it was firm as he had suspected, but he had wanted to know for sure.

Kio then ran his hand up Jester's side, over to his stomach and over his pec, grazing his sensitive skin. Kio gently pulled Jester back by pressing his hand to his chest. He used his other hand to lift Jester's chin and give him a mouth devouring, rough kiss with some tongue.

Kio soon pulled his tongue out of Jester's mouth and leaned back against the pillows as his eyes went back to the screen. His curiosity satisfied for the moment. He check the time on the clock just next to the tv. It was late, but the show would go off in a few minutes.

"We have all kinds of fruit." The boy said. "Oh, I'm Thomas, by the way." He introduced himself as he pulled out a large bowl of mixed fruit from the fridge.

"Why are you out in this weather? You could catch a cold." Thomas sounded concerned. He didn't like seeing people sick or down. He put some of the fruit in a bowl and plopped some whipped cream on top and placed the spoon on the side of the dish. "It's home made cream. I watched the cook make it myself. The art of food is amazing. Can you cook?"

Thomas was talking alot, but he was so happy to have the man here and he couldn't figure out why.

Ikki looked at the fruit with a smile still on his face. "Hello Thomas. I'm Ikki. It's lovely to meet you." These words would make any women fall to her knees but lucky Thomas was a child and he did not have to try so hard in hiding his abilities. Grabbing the fruit bowl as Thomas put whipped cream on top. Taking the spoon as begin to eat some of the fruit. "I was running from a bad man." Ikki explained as he got down to eye level with the boy again. "I can. One of the skills I have. This cream is very good though." Taking a spoon full as he offered David some. It was nice to talk with a human that wasn't falling for him head and feet. Just a normal conservation.

Jester blushed and gasped as he felt Kio's hands explore him. The kiss was not only rough but quite delightful. But the whole thing was over as soon as it began.

The dragon nuzzled his face against Kio's chest, reveling the warmth he found there. He traced down his masters chest, entranced by the lines of muscle. "Thank you for the collars, master. They're very beautiful."

He smiled as he introduced himself. "I like your name." Thomas gasped as he heard that Ikki was on the run. "Stay here. My master will protect you. I know he will. I can ask for you. He'll do it if I ask." Thomas came around and automatically hugged Ikki. "You just got here. Please don't go. If you can be an asset to the household, Master can buy you and you can work off the debt. Will your old master sell you? Is he hurting you? My master has only hit me once. It was completely my fault. But other than that, he's nice to us....well, expect Alice. He doesn't like her."

Thomas looked up at the man, hoping he would just say he wanted to stay and he would ask master first thing in the morning. "Oh, your room. You can bring the fruit. I'm sure you're tired." Thomas said and dashed back around the island to put the fruit back. He then beckoned for Ikki to follow him."Come, I'll take you to your room. Master doesn't like white rooms. But it's nice he put you in there. I like the white room, compared to the rest of the house, its refreshing like sunlight."

Thomas lead Ikki to the White Room at that end of the hallway. It actually wasn't far from the kitchen. Thomas opened the door to the room and let Ikki go in first. "Well, it's not all white....it's more eggshell and cream in my opinion." The boy laughed.

"I'll run your water and get you some clothes."

~Upstairs~


"You're welcome, my pet." Kio said picking up the remote and turning the tv off when the show concluded. They both needed rest. Kio slid from the bed to turn out the lights. He started in the bathroom and then started in the room. He looked over at Jester just before turning out the last lamp.

He used his powers to surround his body and light the room as he walked back and slid in bed beside Jester. Kio moved the pillows to his liking and then reached for Jester, pulling him to his solid chest. Kio let his powers fade, the darkness taking over as he closed his eyes. "Night Jester." Kio whispered, actually calling Jester by his name.


***Lol, I'm heading to bed too. It's really late here. I'll answer any quotes when I get to work tomorrow. If I'm not busy I should be able to be on for an hour while at work. Good night.**

Ikki was shocked by the boys sudden outburst. His small hands taking hold of him as the boys worried voice echoed though the kitchen. It was comforting to have someone that worried for his well-being so Ikki placed the bowl down as he patted the boy on the top of his head gently. "It's alright Thomas. Don't give me such a worried face." he tried to calm the boy down with soothing words. He didn't want to be a slave anymore. Part of the reason he ran away but the boy hugged onto Ikki rightly as shock filled his cotton-candy colored eyes. Hugging the child back. "He is hurting me." His voice a whisper as he did not want to have anyone else to know. Moving Thomas as he forced the boy to look into his eyes. "Your a wonderful child and I hope you keep your light as long as you can." that same smile on his face as he picked up the bowl and offered him some fruit once again. Just wanting for him to be happy so his memories of Ikki would be nice ones but he seemed consume in his orders as he spoke of Ikki's room.

He followed the boy now down the hall still eating his bowl of fruit. He spoke of the white room as a nice thing which was good. He was getting sleepy after being in this warm place and all the running he had been doing. Moving into the room. Ikki stood as he nodded as the boy left. "I'll be here." he said as he just stood there looking at the room and the different things that were within.

The smaller of the two dragons now in the house actually relaxed when the lights went out this time. He knew Kio wasn't far away. And soon, he could see his master just fine anyway as he slid back into bed.

Jester rested his head against his masters chest once more, hooking his arm around Kio as they settled down to sleep. He felt strangely at home here already, and he tried not to let that worry him. It wasn't like he'd have to worry about being sold again. From what he had gathered, when the master grew tired of someone, he straight up killed them. He ghosted his fingers over his masters chest.

All those worries melted away when Kio properly said good night to him. Jester smiled, closing his eyes. "Good night, my master."

Thomas closed the door behind him before he returned to the kitchen to make sure he'd left nothing out. After looking around to make sure everything looked good, Thomas scurried off to bed. He set his alarm for early, took a bath and then was sound alseep. It had been a long day and he was tired from preparing the bear skin that his master had killed. He would have to work on it again tomorrow. But for now, his thoughts were of Ikki; his ice blue hair and his eyes.

~Good morning~

Morning started early. The cook had been up for awhile making breakfast, filling the house with sweet aromas. Thomas had woken before his alarm and was already dressed, Alice was setting the table and the other servants had started cleaning.

Kio had woken up, but was content to watch Jester sleep. He was sure the light streaming in through the windows would wake him soon enough, if not, he'd wake him for breakfast.

Kio gently swept the hair out of Jester's face and lightly trailed his fingers along his cheek and jaw bone. He saw the collar that Jester had picked out....it matched his eyes. And it made Kio smile to see his crest on someone again. He made a pleasure growl in the back of this throat before his hand slid down over the collar, trailed down over Jester's shoulder, down his side and to his butt again. Kio's hand trembled slightly as he thought about touching Jester all over. But he liked keeping things from himself until he couldn't stand it....soon....very soon, he would take Jester....but not this morning.

Kio smirked and lift his hand before bringing it down and smacking Jester's firm butt. After he smacked it, he rubbed it....waiting for Jester to fully wake up before Kio smacked him again and then rubbed.


Thomas put on the best work clothes that he had. Which consisted of brown pants and a black shirt. He hurriedly brushed his hair, his teeth and made his bed before running out of his room and down the hall to Ikki's room.

Thomas knocked softly before opening the door. "Good morning Ikki. Are you up?" Thomas came over to the bed, placing his elbows on the side and his face in his hands as he smiled over at Ikki with his head on the pillows. "It's 7:15am. I figured 45 minutes was enough time for you to get up. There are some clothes in the drawers. You can wear whatever you find. I'll have your clothes washed while you eat breakfast." Thomas said softly.



**I guess I wasn't planning on using Thomas that much....I just kindda threw him in there. However, I'll get a profile and pic for him by the end of the day. ** 4laugh

Ikki had taken a shower and got himself into bed. His ice blue hair falling before his eyes as he stared out into the room. His mind racing with thoughts as he tried to calm himself. His master wouldn't find him here. No way and his he did Ikki would just sneak out the back. His heart racing at the thought as sleep soon took Ikki over.

It was morning now and while Ikki had no memory of his dreams he couldn't help but feel it was a pleasant one. The sunlight that shined though the window was that woke him up. How earlier was it. Thomas was still not here to wake him up but he did not want to get up. His body hurt from all the running. Starching out in the bed Ikki drifted back to sleep only to be woken by David a few minutes later. A knock came from his door as he soon was sitting up in his bed. A yawn escaped his lips as he found it best to get moving. He claimed out of the bed as he looked though the clothes in the closet. Picking out something that matching his style he looked over at David then moving into the bathroom to change clothes. Getting dressed now as he moved back to the bedroom with a sleepy look still on his face. "Good morning." he finally said with a smile.

Thomas giggled as he looked at Ikki. "You're cute looking when you're sleepy." Thomas said crashing into him and hugging him. Thomas laughed at the impact and looked up at Ikki with smiling eyes.

"You barely ate dinner. You must be hungry. I could smell breakfast this morning and I'm sure it'll be yummy. What's your favorite breakfast food? I like boiled eggs with chicken lettuce wraps and peanut sauce. But that's not what we're having this morning. It's the middle of the week....I think....but it's pan fried eggs day with fresh baked rolls, fruit salad, sausage and pancakes with real sir-up." Thomas mispronounced the last word.

Thomas glanced over at the clock. There was a clock in every room. They still had a few minues. "Are you ready? Let's eat." Thomas let Ikki go and went to the door to open it for him.
