Description: A devastating Jutsu, Necrosis is designed to cause a rapid decay of tissue and muscles in a targeted area. The medical nin first builds chakra in their palm similar to how a Hyuuga would, then strikes, targeting the proteins that keep cells bound together and regulate replication. The result is rapid decay as cells age quickly and break down at the same time. Prolonged contact increases the area affected by the jutsu, causing it to reach internal organs, causing a painful death from organ failure as the body slowly dies.

Description: A fairly simple technique that requires a lot of knowledge to work properly. The medical ninja strikes the enemy, releasing waves of chakra with each hit that affect the cells of the enemy ninja, making them think they are dead, causing them to stop producing a chemical known as ATP. Without ATP, the cells and tissues in the affected area begin to stiffen and harden, unable to move. The effect only lasts a few minutes, but during this time, the affected area is rendered 'dead' for all intensive purposes.

Description: Ataxia, in its simplest form, is a condition that affects the nervous system. It causes a lack of voluntary coordination movement of muscles, making movements seem sluggish, uncoordinated and in rare cases, prevent certain movements. The Medical ninja using this technique can inflict an enemy nin with it by striking any nerve cluster on the body, and sending a pulse along the network to the Cerebellum, causing damage to the region responsible for movement and motor control. -1 Speed, -1 Strength for 5 turns to any Nin effected by this.

                                                              • Use of the Rinnegan's Gravity Control allows for the user's body to become near weightless, allowing gliding and even flight. Because of this, the user gets +2 that can be allocated to either stat. If the cap needs to be passed, it can.
                                                              • Is able to produce an unlimited amount of rods, which can also be used to track shinobi who are in possession of one of the rods.
                                                              • Rinnegan Techniques are strengthened by one rank and the use of handseals have been simplified to hand gestures (i.e. closing the hand, opening the palm, clasping hands, etc.)
                                                              • Rinnegan techniques cost 25% less chakra if they're the only techniques perform in that post.
                                                              • Rinnegan wielders have a very, very in-depth sense of perception, similar to the Sharingan. They possess great foresight and can sense chakra, see chakra, feel muscle movements, etc. This chakra sensing is akin to the ability to sense the vibrations of movement; to feel every movement and its location, and to sense its effects on the terrain, the wind, the ground. You can accurately pinpoint the location of the enemy and their movements with this, especially if they have a large amount of chakra. The larger their chakra is, the better you'll be at sensing their movements. Someone with 400+ chakra could be sensed from miles away.
                                                              A God's Example
                                                              Those of the Rinnegan bloodline have such control of gravity that they can alter the weight of their bodies at will. This allows them to shift stats from either strength or speed into the other (up to a cap of 2) This can be done at any point in the battle and without any cost in chakra, however, it cannot be done quickly, requiring a 2 post break between uses of this passive. As these are base stat changes, they are unaffected by the stat cap each class receives.
                                                              Distance Yourself
                                                              For no chakra at all, those of the Rinnegan can relocate Jutsu of their rank of lower by shifting it's location. Not like the shinra tensei's full push, but like, a small nudge, knocking it just past them. This can only be done once every five posts.

                                                                                  Karamatsu no Mai is a form of Taijutsu developed by Kimimaro to take advantage of his cursed seal and bloodline ability. It is the third of five dance forms. After activating the level one cursed seal form, Kimimaro will begin to extend multiple bones from his body. Both from his rib cage and his radius and ulna. Because they are hard as steel (and can be as hard as hyper diamond at Kage), these bones can act as a strong defensive mechanism against incoming strikes. Due to this they will also serve as an offensive attack to allow Kimimaro to move with little effort to impale his opponent.

History: Long ago, battles involving weapons steadily became less and less about style and more about brute strength. Shinobi would train to wield massive weapons, bent on inflicting as much damage as they possibly could in a single strike, hoping to overwhelm their opponents in this way. However, there was a group of shinobi who planned to change all that. Training in secret, they focused on speed and precession over raw power. Where their counter parts would wield great swords, they would wield daggers and rapiers. Where their counterparts focused on one massive strike, they would focus on a number of smaller, quicker strikes that struck at weak spots and openings. This quickly became a deadly style, with shinobi flying across the ground at great speed, elegantly filling their foes with holes. But as quickly as the style gained notoriety, it vanished, presumed lost.
Movement Description: High Speed Strikes



Stage One: The Fundamentals - Gennin
Stage Description: Before you can ever hope to move with high speed and strike with unmatched accuracy, you must start with the fundamentals. Wielding wooden sticks, trainees will run in circles while trying to stab at a stationary target, aiming for highlighted weak points on its structure. This instills an understanding of what the style is about, praising speed and accuracy over raw power.
Stage Powers: Already you can feel yourself getting faster and more accurate with your strikes. You still have a long way to go before you can even call yourself good, but you are already a rank faster then before, increasing speed by one [1]. (+1 Speed while stage is active)
Stage Training: With a wooden practice saber, you run in circles striking a target dummy as quickly as you can, not focusing on where you are aiming.
Stage Jutsu: N/A


Stage Two: Essence of Accuracy - Chuunin
Stage Description: Speed is great, but it doesn't mean anything if you can't hit the target. This stage of training highlights the importance of not just striking a target hard, but in its weak points. Even the smallest strike can bring down a giant if it is in the right place. However, do not move during this training, as this stage focuses only on increasing the accuracy with which you strike.
Stage Powers: N/A
Stage Training: The shinobi will use the same wooden training sword as before, but this time will strap a weight to one end, and use that as the striking end. They will then repeatedly strike the joints of a training dummy until it becomes second nature.
Stage Jutsu:
Analyze D Rank
The shinobi quickly scans their target, locating weak points in their defense and armor, increasing the likelihood they have to strike that location as well as greatly raising the accuracy of strikes. It also allows them roughly gauge the amount of equipment their opponent has.


Stage Three: Essence of Speed - Chuunin
Stage Description: Where the last stage focused only on imporving accuracy, this stage focuses on increasing speed. The shinobi will focus on running as fast as possible while still maintaining the ability to strike the target.
Stage Powers: The users speed has increased even more, granting an increase of an additional 1 Speed. (2 Speed while this stage is active)
Stage Training: Instead of putting a weight on their weapon, the shinobi will strap weights to their legs and wrists totaling over 150 pounds. They will then attempt to run as fast they can while still striking the target. This lasts until the shinobi is no longer hampered by the additional weight.
Stage Jutsu:
Blink Step C Rank
The shinobi sends a large volume of chakra into their feet and legs, unleashing it all at once, allowing the shinobi to move forward at great speed, almost appearing to teleport forward 10 feet. This does not allow them to go through objects. If anything is within 10 feet of them when they do this, they will slam into at full force (note: this can be used as a high speed tackle if it a person or soft object in front of the shinobi). This can also be used defensively to dodge in any direction.


Stage Four: Essence of Perfection - Jounin
Stage Description: The time has come to combine all the Fundamentals with the increased speed and accuracy learned in the previous stages. The shinobi is now profecient at moving at high speeds while maintaining above human accuracy, making them a deadly foe.
Stage Powers: All bonuses granted by previous stages
Stage Training: The shinobi attaches weights to their body once more, this time, totaling 250 pounds of weight, and instead of using a wooden practice sword, the shinobi uses a real blade.
Stage Jutsu:
Feint C Rank
The shinobi purposely lowers part of their defense to entice their opponent to launch an attack against that area. This area however has been lightly layered with chakra to dampen any damage that may be caused.

Riposte C Rank
After successfully parrying an opponents attack (usually after Feint), the shinobi will send chakra to all the muscles in their arm, rapidly extending it in an attempt to strike their opponent before they can recover. (+1 Speed, can extend past cap)


Stage Five: Essence of Grace - Jounin
Stage Description: The training wheels are finally off. The shinobi no longer wears weights wile training, and they no longer fight a stationary target, but instead fight another person. This stage focuses on the graceful movements that set this style apart from others. The shinobi will learn to almost float around the battlefield, gracefully sliding through the air, dropping below attacks and through defenses to strike.
Stage Powers: The users preception is increased, allowing them to react quicker then most, but not to the level of the sharingan. This perception comes with intense training and comes almost as second nature.
Stage Training: Train with another person, focusing on avoiding attacks and capitalizing on openings.
Stage Jutsu:


Stage Six: Mastery of Perfection - Sannin
Stage Description: The shinobi has reached the final stage of the style, and is now what can only be described as graceful deadliness. They are a master of dodging, parrying, and counterattacking. They can strike their opponent with little fear of missing their target. Few can hope to battle them in close range, and even fewer can hope to survive.
Stage Powers: The shinobi is now a master of speed, increasing by one final point, granting a 3 point bonus at this stage.
Stage Training: Meditate on everything previously learned and continue to master the fundamentals.
Stage Jutsu:
Flurry of Strikes A Rank
The shinobi launches a vicious assault upon their target, using chakra enhanced reflexs to guide dozens of strikes towards their target in the span of a few seconds, making it almost impossible to block every hit at close range.

Blade Storm A Rank
The shinobi fills their legs with chakra, and charges in a circle around their target, stabbing anything that happens to be within range dozens of times. (+1 Speed)

                                                The ability to apply force to an object is something that you can say is manipulated by the user's mind. However, you can also say that they sort of set an auto-pilot for what should be dealt with and what shouldn't. Psycho Shift allows them to feel tremors of force through the air, and judges the type of attack approaching the Heiland. They can then choose for their Psycho Shift to protect them from certain types of attacks, essentially a sentient ability to protect themselves from harm. It's called "Psycho Shift" because it can constantly change its preferences throughout the battle, based on the user's will. It will project techniques to defend the Heiland and attack enemies. This ability can also ignore certain attacks even if they fall into the user's 'preferences' if the user mentally deems that they can deal with said attacks on their own. This technique is used solely defensively, but the ability to sense force is still useful for the user. Regular rules to using these techniques apply; the full movements for bloodline jutsu, chakra costs, etc.
                                                Dragon's Blood
                                                Being related to the Divine Beasts, the Heiland are draconian in their own right. Many of them actually develop the traits of a Divine Beast. This ability in particular allows for Heiland bloodline users to perceive natural energy due to their connection with the spiritual and animal forces. It is a long-range perception that can judge incoming masses of chakra and can also project their energy through these channelways, allowing them to send techniques across long expanses to attack enemies from afar. This is an ability mostly good for assassination. This cannot be used to detect genjutsu, but it can tell that a technique is being used. It also cannot release you from genjutsu.
                                                • Joukai can manipulate techniques they've used. For example, if you shoot a beam of light, you can change its trajectory/path. If you shoot a ball of light, you can move it manually. At lower ranks, you must use your palm to manipulate the trajectory. Once you reach Jounin, you can do it with your mind, almost like telekinesis. Also, all light techniques can be focused; for example, a large and wide explosion of light can instead be decreased in size but increased in precision and heat. Essentially, you'd be turning it into a more accurate death ray.
                                                • Every seven posts, you can phase out into light. This is essentially a very short (two second long) ability that lets you turn into light every so often. It doesn't cost any chakra. You can travel a distance of up to twenty feet while phased.

          •Infuuin: Kai (Secret Mark Seal: Release) A
          Description: Infuuin: Kai is a Fuuinjutsu technique developed by Tsunade that allows her to use the Souzou Saisei technique. Over a period of time, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body. The jutsu has no initial cost, but instead, requires time to build up and store chakra before it can be fully utilized. 2 Chakra is stored every post into the seal for a maximum of 30CP. The seal must be located on the body somewhere and can be destroyed before activated if it is located. Cannot be stacked with Uzumaki's Ghost Shadow Technique.

          • Kakushitsuijaku (摑趾追雀, Summoning of the Tracking Sparrows) A - S
          Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, or on a predetermined scroll, the scroll of course has to be rather big. it is cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The required handseals and percise chakra control animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude. once made the users can switch the circle from track to trap and cause the circle to envelop whatever mysterious spiritual force it finds. It even has the power to seal a demon away. A Rank cost for normal use, S Rank for use on demons and jinchuuriki.

          • Tozansho (と残暑,Lingering summer heat) A
          - Creates a pyramid-shaped barrier around the caster. This pyramid takes a little time to set up and is quite strong, it is made up of the users pure chakra and takes a very strong jutsu (S Rank) to break through. This technique requires placing seals around you.

          • Hiku (引くto pull) B
          The seal is simple it literally pulls certain items to it. If one would put the fire symbol next to it, fire would be attracted towards it. Same with any other element or combination of elements.

          • Katon Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Powerful Fireball Technique) B
          Description: Uses a high amount of chakra which allows the user to breath out a large portion of flame. Extremely powerful, this Katon seems to possess a denser mass than most Katons. This would explain its intense potency and explosive nature.

          • Katon Ryuuka no Jutsu (Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique) B
          Description: A jutsu that sends a stream of fire towards the opponent, originating from the users mouth. In some cases it has been seen to take on the form of a dragon. Capable of being used like a flamethrower, prolonged exposure has been known to transform boulders and cliff side’s into molten piles of magma.
          Note: Genin can use the technique for up to two posts, Chuunin for three, and Jounin for five. As mentioned before, strength of the flame and prolonged exposure can prove devastating.

          • Katon: Myaku Hitofuki no Jutsu(Fire Release: Pulse Blast Technique) B
          Description: An extremely useful jutsu, this one has the effect of flushing out or separating multiple opponents. Hurling a fireball about the size of a basketball, it is meant to be dodged in order to be effective. For at center of this fireball is a gaseous core which, when the spherical attack finally makes contact with something, will explode and this gas will expand rapidly in a loud bang. The bang is simply a precursor though, as instantly afterwards a sharp concussive force will issue out all around the center of the blast. Though the explosion of the attack itself is not very strong, the force it sends out is enough to knock anyone who is within a certain radius of it flying.

          • Second Set C
          Using the appropriate amount of energy, the Heiland creates a second set of hands, solid - but made of force - that float through the air, and move either with the user's body or with their command. These can be used to wield weapons and other objects, and have the same strength and speed as the user. You can only have one of these sets active at a time. This lasts for five posts and you cannot use handseals with the second set.

          • Negative Force C-S
          A coating of energy over a certain part of the body, or a burst of energy across the entire body. This can actually be applied to virtually anything that the opponent is not directly holding. It essentially makes it so -- upon contact -- not only will the object be shielded from the opponent, but it will send shockwaves of pain that will hope to paralyze the foe and do damage to their vitals. When an object is coated in this, it will glow slightly. It can't be applied to anything that is away from the caster's body unless it has a diameter of at least 1 foot. At higher ranks, the recoil damage from this technique is so intense that it can kill. It also can burst outwards, damaging nearby foes within 15 feet. It cannot be used on other people or objects that they are currently touching/using. It cannot be applied to entire floors or walls, but can be applied to less massive structures such as pillars and boulders.

          • Positive Force C-S
          A direct blast of force. This will send a burst of energy so pure and refined that it's barely visible, appearing only as a wave of air. At higher ranks the visage grows more fierce and refined, but it grows in speed tremendously. The blast itself is one of the fastest attacks aside from natural lightning, so it's difficult to dodge. Upon contact with a foe, at low ranks it will damage if not break bokes and impair vitals. At high ranks, if it doesn't outright kill an enemy, blasting them apart, it will do so much damage that they may as well be dead. It's about the size of the great fireball technique, at all ranks. The trajectory of this technique can be altered. The amount it can shift depends on how far it has gone down its original trajectory; near the beginning of casting, it can change dramatically, and after a while traveling, it can only barely move.

          • The Shift: Psycho Shock C-S
          Focusing their body's energy momentarily, the Heiland will target a specific object or area, or may simply choose to use this energy to assault the area around them. If assaulting the surrounding area, without a specific target, the onslaught of blows will be lessened but still not easily dodged. This ability is known to go on until the target object/area is virtually completely destroyed, or until the technique itself is destroyed. It manifests as seemingly purple lightning bolts, and they seem to have the conductivity and shock/burn effects of high voltage lightning as well. This works only within a fifty foot radius. This move can specifically follow the caster or an opponent, but not both at the same time.

          • Psycho Soul C-S (can be instantly amplified)
          The Psycho Soul is a sentient creature that manifests the will of the Psycho Shift. It appears simply as a breeze of energy that follows the Heiland around, but when the Heiland is in danger or directs this spiritual force towards the foe, it will immediately manifest a dark color and begin to fulfill their interests. It can extend depending on the rank, from the size of a horse at C-rank, to the size of a dragon at SS. It is one of the cardinal abilities of the Heiland bloodline. It has a deconstructive property to it, making techniques and other tangible constructs degenerate rapidly to the point of complete dismantlement. This technique lasts until it is destroyed. It is completely flexible; it is just a wisp of energy; you could compare it to a solid fog.

          • Psycho Saemus B
          Psycho Saemus is similar to the assassin's rush, but all-in-all different. You designate a path using your Psycho Shift, essentially a visible line on the ground that only you can see. It's natural to the Heiland, not a complicated process. When the destination is decided, you will gain a large burst of speed similar as with the assassin's rush, and your Psycho Shift will go into a defensive mode to protect you from incoming attacks. You also have an energy field equal to the rank of Psycho Saemus that will protect you from incoming attacks, at least as a precaution.

          • Psycho Hysteria A
          This ability can only be used three times a battle. It is the only technique that automatically hits the foe. It cannot be used to chain other attacks, but it can be used to throw them into other attacks. It is essentially telekinetically lifting and throwing their body. It can throw them up to a range of fifty feet. They cannot resist the throw but can react by using techniques while being lifted. No matter what though, their body will reach that fifty foot destination.

          • Lens of Light B-S
          Description: In this jutsu the user focuses his chakra to create multiple a thin layers of chakra in the sky above him. This chakra is crafted in such a way that it bends the light through it and focus's it into a beam. This beam can vary from just wide beam of sun light in a shadowed area, to an Extremely focused beam of light that ranges from 4000 degrees to 6000 degrees, and can Melt through metal. The lens can be turned and tilted to face any directing at will, but cannot move from the spot it is 'summoned'. The user can move while the jutsu is in operation, but must have one hand in the correct handsign to Adjust the lens's direction and focus.

          • Joukai Āto o kinshi : Ebisu-san no yumi (Joukai Forbidden Art: Hiruko's Bow) SS
          The user channels an ample amount of chakra throughout their body, they manipulate the chakra, making an large and extravagant bow made of the light chakra, made of individual threads of light(compare to Susanoo). No matter the time of day the skies open up, and orange tainted clouds fill the sky as a white sun shines down upon the battlefield. The ground around the user begins to crack and shatter, shards of earth form into particles of light and feed the users light wing and their aura. The chakra used in this technique is so powerful, it incinerates their shirt the instant the bow is formed and the arm that holds the bow feels a draining feeling as time progresses. A large white aura blares around the user, sending ample shock waves of yellow light blaring all around the battle field. A wing made completely of light forms on the side of the arm holding the bows back. This jutsu is extremely powerful... this is like a form of the Joukai more than a jutsu as it last for 10 post. The Joukai member is now able to move at extremely high speeds (+3 to Base speed) and can either generate powerful arrows of light or take items and coat them in the light chakra and fire them. The arrows are extremely powerful, they are capable of piercing thick, tough flesh with ease, along with reinforced steel and its lessers. The arrows wear down at material it cant pierce through with ease, usually 2-4 shots will break through (depending on how strong the item is). The arrows should not be blocked as only substances harder than diamond can shield a user from the attack. Though dodging is encouraged it is easier said that done, due to this being pure light it approaches one rapidly it's speed nearly unmatched. Only enemies with speed at the absolute maximum (15) can dodge these arrows consistently (but not by any means easily). Any lower speed and it's very difficult. No matter the chakra armor, consecutive hits from one the users arrows will eventually pierce, as the arrows consistently hit the armor with great impact, if pain isn't felt by the arrow itself then the foe will fly from the arrow making impact with their armor. The user can also throw arrows with their free hand, they will be of speed and power but not as much as if they were to use their bow. This form is used in times of need by joukai and just in case this alone isn't enough, this form has one trump card. The user used an S rank jutsu and fire an extremely large beam of concentrated light energy, it is about 80 meters in width, 90 meters in height and 500 in length. This beam is capable of reducing one to ashes in a matter of seconds if caught within without armor. After the jutsu is done however, the users form fades and they cant use their clan for a period of 40 (IRL) days, they also are severely weakened at this state and all jutsu will be lowered 2 ranks. If they battle for more than 5 post after using the trump card jutsu,they die. If this jutsu is used without the trump card jutsu, the after the 10 post the user is very weak and exhausted( 4 post). Their jutsu will be lowered by a rank and they will not be able to use light jutsu in this for their next 3 weeks.

Sealing Expansion

Shūshuku Suru (収縮する to constrict) S Rank
Creates a physical barrier that quickly gets smaller and smaller, crushing whatever is inside of the barrier unless they can manage to break the barrier before it crushes them. The barrier ignores the terrain and only crushes organic matter.

Yōyū Suru (溶融する to melt) A Rank
A seal that when placed onto metallic surfaces causes them to rapidly heat up and begin to melt if it is not removed in 1 post. It will not melt chakra enhanced metal such as custom weapons or weapons wielded by weapon masters/samurai.

The seal may also be placed on human flesh for S rank cost, and will cause both flesh and bone to melt from skin if the seal is not removed quickly. This seal must be placed by hand however.

Noizu o Tsukuru (ノイズを作る to make noise) A Rank
A seal that once placed and activated creates a high pitched noise that is constantly emitted until the seal is destroyed. The noise causes intense pain and ringing in the ears of anyone located near it.

Kyūshū Suru (吸収する to absorb) S Rank
A seal that when placed on a surface will passively absorb and store chakra, up to a maximum of 50. The seal can then either be destroyed or placed upon a new surface and released, potentially allowing you to steal and regen someone's chakra. Chakra is absorbed at a rate of 10CP a post.

Hikari o Jokyo Suru Tame Ni (光を除去するために to remove light) S Rank
Similar to the Genjutsu, Journey into Darkness, this jutsu creates a barrier that extends 50 feet in all directions creating a dome that blocks out all light, creating pure darkness within the dome. From the outside however, it appears normal.

Jūryō o Tsuika Suru
(重量を追加する to add weight) A Rank
A seal that continuously gets heavier the longer it is attached to an object. It starts off by adding 50% of an objects weight to itself and increases by 50% each post, meaning that at 2 posts, an objects weight is doubled, and after 4 posts, it is tripled. (For every post the seal is attached to a person, their speed is reduced by 1, including the initial post it is placed.)

Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu (Mist Blaze Dance Technique) SS Rank
The user will expel a highly flammable gas from this lungs and mouth, soaking everything in front of them. From there, it takes a single spark that can be triggered by the user, or already present in the area to ignite the gas into a powerful flame.

Katon: Keshimakuga Hara (Extinguishing Curtain Field) SS Rank
The user stomps the ground with his foot, creating a crack that goes under the opponent. He then sends fire into the crack, boiling the earth below the opponent and finishes by clapping his hands together, creating a large and fiery explosion where the opponent is.

Katon: Gōryūka no Jutsu (Great Dragon Fire Technique) SS Rank
The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skillfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, which can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.

Katon: Gōenkyū (Great Blaze Ball) SS Rank
Similar to the fireball jutsu, the user begins to exhale a massive ball of fire, several times larger than the original. The ball is then launched at the opponent, tearing through the ground and melting anything unfortunate enough to be in its path or even near it as it speeds to its target. Upon impact, it explodes outward, covering the immediate area in a raging inferno.


Water


Suiton: Kokuu no Jutsu (Black Rain Technique) SS Rank
The user creates massive storm clouds over head, and causes it to start raining. However, instead of rain, the liquid that comes down is a highly flammable pitch that can be ignited by any nearby source of fire. Even after the fire is started, it will continue to rain until the storm cloud is dispersed, allowing to last an entire battle if allowed.

Suiton: Bakusui Shōha (Exploding Water Colliding Wave) SS Rank
The user spits out a great volume of water from their mouth, swallowing up and crushing the enemy with the advancing surge. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks. The amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used; when used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even a dry wasteland can become a small ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can be used for additional Water Release techniques.

Suiton: Ōuzu Matoi no Jutsu (Water Release: Great Whirlpool Enfolding Technique) SS Rank
The user uses a nearby water supply to create a giant water vortex around his fist before attacking. The user then wields the vortex as a weapon and then jumps above his opponent and uses his fist to smash the vortex into his target causing massive damage. The force behind the attack is so strong, it is similar to being hit by a localized, fist sized, tidal wave.

Suiton: Hahonryū (Water Release: Tearing Torrent) SS Rank
This technique creates water that spirals in the user's hand which fires at a high speed towards the enemy. The overall amount of water formed is large enough to help extinguish even large-scale Fire Release techniques. The way the attack charges at the enemy is similar to the Water Dragon Jutsu, but this technique is much larger in scale, and several times stronger.

Doton: Chidōkaku (Earth Release: Moving Earth Core) SS Rank
This technique grants the user the ability to lower or raise the ground in the surrounding area, allowing them to create giant holes or elevations in the ground. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered or raised to is also up to the user. With precise timing, this technique can be used to evade incoming attacks, as well as to endanger opponents by moving them into the path of an oncoming attack reducing their reaction time as well as knocking them off balance, making it even harder to avoid the attack. Other than being moved below or above ground — relative to the surrounding surface — the terrain is not altered as plant life and people retain their same positions when this technique is used. With ample concentration, almost half a village can be lifted or lowered.

Doton: Chōkajūgan no Jutsu (Earth Release: Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique) SS Rank
A more advanced version of the Earth Release: Added-Weight Rock Technique, in which the user drastically increases the weight of their target, but to a much greater extent than that of the original ability. Under certain circumstances, the technique can be used to increase the force behind attacks. It can also alter the weight of Doton techniques being used by the caster or against the caster. Maximum weight increases is 100x normal weight.

The user exhales a massive cloud of dust from their mouth, which is thick enough that it is capable of blocking the target's vision completely. The dust cloud created by this jutsu is so large that it can cover an entire village.

Fūton: Shinkū Renpa (Wind Release: Vacuum Serial Waves) SS Rank
The user takes a deep breath and exhales several blades of wind at different angles, by rapidly moving their head in various directions. The blades are extremely fast and powerful. This technique can create winds that are powerful to damage even a fully formed Susano'o.

xxxxxHISTORY
Let's go back now. Back to the time before. Back before Xhu, before the demons, before Han. There was once a spectacular race known as the Saigon. They were sort of like the demons of now, except far more numerous and far more benevolent. They wielded extraordinary power -- the power to create, the power to bring about new life. They were masters of senjutsu and the Yin-Yang energies. They were the caretakers of human-kind and animal-kind, they being known only as "spirits" or sometimes, by awe-inspired villagers, "Gods". However, they were not Gods. They were not infallible. They did not expect for their creations to be such greedy, hateful, ambitious creatures.

As humans began to learn jutsu and grow in strength, their vast numbers allowed them to overpower the Saigon. The eternal peace that was protected by the bond of humans, animals and spirits was completely disrupted by one especially violent tribe that sought to control other humans and rule the world. The Saigon were defeated and sealed one by one, and eventually a powerful nation rose to prominence that gained a monopoly on these fifty creatures. They created a retainer for them and sealed them away, hoping to use it as a weapon to conquer the other nations and tribes that resisted them. However, the retainer they created held so much power and energy that it eventually became a life form of its own. It gained sentience, though only a wild instinct at first. It greedily consumed the other Saigon and continued to grow in power until -- eventually -- it was an unstoppable, God-like monster with absolutely no equal. It could create worlds and destroy worlds in an instant. In a moment, all life on the planet faded and this creature that now hailed itself 'Xhu' began a new story of its own devising.

It created a new, improved race of humans that could control natural energy and could protect and rely on themselves, without the need for Saigon. It created the Oni, that were meant to look after the humans and keep their bloodlines pure. It then went on to create the world around them, though at first it restricted them to a land known as the Demon Country.

Xhu developed culture, language and society far remiss from the teachings of old. It desired to exist as the God of the world with every creature alive dancing to its tune. It was a dark and corrupt manifestation of the once glorious, bright, and loving caretakers of the world.

Regardless, the bloodline it created existed long after its eventual demise. The Facets -- also known as the humans, the "Ningen", began to die with the passing of the years, but they remained. The Oni that protected their bloodlines and taught them jutsu began to slaughter them in rebellion, but they remained. Now, only a few survive out of the billions of humans that walk the earth. They have no special name for their blood. They only call themselves "human" -- the true humans, the way they were meant to be.



xxxxxDESCRIPTION

The Ningen are essentially an apex form of humans, almost like an "evolution". They are humans with Saigon capabilities -- the ability to masterfully manipulate sage energy without the incessant need to draw the energy through their body with meditation and other practices. It naturally clings to them and they know how to use it perfectly. They can manipulate the environment the way they please. However, they can generally only use one element masterfully, much like their Saigon counterparts. This element can be virtually anything -- fire, wind, water, earth, lightning, lava, ice, etc. They can create it from nothing and use it better than anyone else. However, they are rather limited to this practice.

To be clear, this is the strongest bloodline in the world. It is similar in strength to hosting the Kyuubi. The Ningen were actually known to be capable of surpassing Oni, even Saigon. It is the true kekkei tota of the world, a raw power that is unyielding to others. Han was known to have a form of this bloodline's power -- one that allowed him to use the natural and refined version of other people's elements. This makes him superior to a Ningen, with the added versatility. The reason for this is that Han was created as an anti-Ningen weapon. He was meant to be able to kill them and quell a potential rebellion if they were ever to rise to prominence.



xxxxxRULES
• You may not have a clan with this bloodline. You may only pick the sage class. You are a "sage" of whatever element you choose, be it one of the five major or a different one. You may not have another bloodline with this either. You cannot host demons or Saigon.
You may use every technique that falls into your element's jurisdiction, indiscriminate of class, clan, or bloodline. For example, someone with the Blaze Release as their Ningen ability could use the Amaterasu. Someone with Lava could use Terumi abilities of that element.
The Ningen can create their own path. They are capable of wielding completely original abilities made of their own will. Ningen have even been known to create their own elemental releases; for example, the dust release, the gravity release, the rust release.
• They are immune to their own techniques
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ☉ While their domain is extensive reactions occur at the palm of the users hands and in the space between their hands. They have complete control of what occurs in the space between their hands. Ie. Can prevent or cause oxidation The only other control they posses outside their hands is the ability to draw in or collect resources. And even then their reach only extends in a mile radius.
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ☽ They require no handseals what so ever. But at least one hand must be available to control minor reactions (ie. oxidation). Larger scale reactions (ie. electrolysis) require the availability of both hands.
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ☿ Their dominion on reactions, chemicals, and compounds is only so deep. The facet may not split atoms, control fission, or go nuclear in anyway.



xxxxxWEAKNESSES
• Highly restrictive; only sage class, no other asset (clan/bl/demon), no universal techniques save for water/tree/air walking, and the three basic techniques.
• The bloodline crusher absolutely pummels you.
• Saigon, Mingxiang and Oni are made to counter you.
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ♀ Dominion over reactions only exists at the palm of their hands and in the space between their hands
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ♂ At least one hand must be available for simple reactions. Two needed for complex reactions.
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ♃ Limited to the custom techniques made, there are no other techniques in the guild that deal with reactions or chemistry.



xxxxxSTRENGTHS
• No elemental weaknesses; fire isn't weak to water, etc. In vice-verse, no elemental strengths either.
• No chakra reserves. You have absolutely no chakra. You naturally store up energy over the course of the battle. This means that long, drawn out battles are exceptionally favorable for a Ningen. They generate fifty chakra per post. This means it's best to try and kill them as fast as possible. Their senjutsu chakra reserves are virtually limitless, piling up to the thousands if the battle is really that long. However, they revert back to zero once the battle ends. 50 chakra is generated on the first post of the battle; you are not helpless.
• Can passively manipulate and create their element. This is done very quickly and powerfully; they can often use this in place of taijutsu in close range ordeals and come out dramatically ahead. Your usage of your element is limited only by your imagination.
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ♄ Dominion over reactions, chemicals, and compounds.
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ♁ No handseals due to sage class.
• FACET OF REACTIVITY: ⊛ Able to counter most physical attacks. (Take oxygen from fire, boil water, destroy rock, counter act lightning with plasma (kinda), rust metal, phase change lava, steam, ice. surround in noxious gasses and liquids to protect from close combat. etc)



xxxxxPASSIVE ABILITIES
The Duel of the Fates -
This ability is what makes a Ningen truly limitless. It is one that the Saigon possessed, passed down to Xhu and then his creations. It allows the Ningen to connect to outside forces, beyond the fabric of the earth. It allows them to draw from the spirits and the universe beyond. This is what allows them to generate so much natural energy, to create elements from nothing, and also to store limitless reserves of energy.

It also connects them to nature -- to the birds, the trees, the skies. They can communicate with other species, plants and animals alike. Their six senses are enhanced and they take on animal-like qualities when it comes to these senses. They also have exceptionally long lifespans, their energy dispersing and creating wonders and new species when they die.

The World Around Me -
The Ningen, using their immense control of natural energy, can fiercely detect changes in energy. They are the best at noticing disturbances in chakra, and can even tell the exact technique being used by someone if they've encountered it beforehand, in RP only.

FACET OF REACTIVITY: Collection -
⊖ For a reaction to occur there must first be the reactants. Collection allows the Facet of Reactivity to draw up compound of their choice if it is readily available, NaCl, Sugar, common metals, natural acids, water in the air, etc. One mile radius limit. Once they have a sample of the reactants they may then begin to produce more of the reactants from their energy.



xxxxxTECHNIQUES
FACET OF REACTIVITY - SOFIA

• Catalyst (Ceration ♐) Genin
By having dominion on the chemistry in the space between their hands, the Facet of Reactivity can control which reactions move forward, halt, or reverse by altering the energy in the reaction. Every new reaction or change in direction requires use of the technique again.

• Oxidation (Calcination ♈) Genin
Using contact with at least one of their hands the Facet adds available oxygen to surface of choosing. This means they can rapidly rust metal they come in contact with.

• Chain Reaction (Fermentation ♑) Genin-SS-Rank
While the Facet holds control over only what is between her hands she is able set up and start a reaction that would then continue on past the realm of her control by forcing more energy into the reaction. The cost depends on the size of the chain reaction. Used in combination with other Facet abilities. IE. Phase Change a lake starting from her hands.

• Product (Fixation ♊) Chuunin
Once their reaction reaches completion the Facet is able manipulate the product to an extent. They are able to 'launch' the product to the desired location. After that it is out of the users control unless they use collection to bring it back to them, or physically go to it.

• Electrolysis (Separation ♏) Jounin
The left hand becomes the anode and the right the cathode. Using their chakra like electricity to flow between the cathode and anode, the Facet is able to separate compounds into the chemical components. For example the Facet can separate Sodium Salt into it's components of Sodium and Chlorine.

• State Change (Multiplication ♒) Jounin
With diminon over reactions comes control of the energy. The facet is able to increase or decrease the ammount of energy in the chemicals under their control allowing them to change the chemical or compounds state. IE, Can bring water to solid (ice) or gas (steam).

• Collection Advanced (Congelation ♉) Jounin - SS-Rank
Ability to collect limited amount of rare dangerous elements, chemicals, or compounds. One mile radius limit. Cost depends on rarity.

• State Change Advanced (Projection ♓) S-Rank
Brings things into the highest state, Plasma. The plasma is able to atomize anything it comes in contact with but must remain between the Facet's hands under their control or kept in vacuum. Otherwise it will be blown out and cease to exist.
