Is Saikano good? I REALLYYYYYY wanna read it.

I ended up finding Saikano at my old schools library. It is now my favorite manga and I bought them all. I love it it is my TOP manga. Just be warned that there is a fair bit of violence and nudity and mature themes, and the last book has like three entire chapters of sex. But other than that it is amazing. I couldn't recommend it enough. You must read them! Plus its only seven volumes. The anime is pretty good too but I like the manga better. I've only watched a couple episodes of the anime. There is an OVA out too called Last Love Song.

I'm probably gonna end up getting it for my birthday along with the 15 Battle Royale mangas. :]

Wow, My mom would only buy me volumes 1-5 for my birthday. I've never
read Battle Royale. Is it anything like MAR?

Ugg, my face hurts. I wish I could eat some real food. I can't wait until next week! I plan on spending most of my paycheck on anime and manga and Japanese food. There is a really cute Japanese restaurant down the road from my friends place. >.< I can wait to go to the city!

Not at all XD. I read the novel... It's about future Japan nd selected ninth grade classes have to go to an island and kill each other until one is left. XD

Oh wow, that is nothing like MAR. lol. It sounds pretty good though.

Yay, my order came today! Beck is wonderful and the amp box is so cute. But I can't seem to find my vol.3 dvd. Must clean room and find. I know its in the house I just have no idea where.
I'm going to visit my friend in the city tomorrow. Theres is this cool comic shop that were going to and hopefully I'll find some really cool stuff there. And then of course I'm going to Chapters. <3 I could live there. And I can't wait to go to the cute little Japanese restaurant. One of them called the Hammachi House serves their sushi on little boats that float around a moat! How cool is that!

I am at my friends riht now! amazing!! This city is awesome. The comic shop was awesome, since the Canadian dollar is so hih the were selling manga at the US cover price. And the had a rack of 5 dollar manga. I got Basilisk vol.2 for 5 bucks, what a deal. I think ill get volume three today when we go back and some others also. Its so awesome. Were off to downtown as soon as our friend gets here. I love this dorm room it is so cozy and big!

we have an anime shop like that, I've gotten some manga cheaper that way. I have the first 6 vol of Battle Royale, great series but I'm not buying the oversized version. The extra stuff doesn't really interest me and the money I put into that, I might as well continue getting the rest of the series.

Been reading High School Girls, very funny series, I have the anime version of it called Girls High. Crazy and down to earth series that's more racier than Boys Be. Just waiting for more Naruto. Anyone been buying the artbooks?

My mom went to the states and brought me back volumes 2 and 7 of Genshiken! I can't wait to read them.

No new manga. Probably none for awhile since I'm moving. But I did get Anime Insider #50. I'm so happy they had Saikano in their top 50 animes.

Awesome! That is my favorite series of all time, well besides Nana. Go read it and then tell me what you think! I'm so excited for someone else to be reading it besides me.

I totally forgot, when I was in the city last weekend I also bought two adorable key chains. One is sad, lonely bunny from Chobits and the other is Chachamaru from Negima!.
