" I watched them for so long my head hurt. Is there a too close to the... television? There were so many things to look at- I thought getting closer would help but all I saw were little colored circles. I do not understand that either. How does that black rectangle work. I understand you press the little circles down and the television does something. Are there many of these shows? Some were gray screens but I cannot read what they say. I hit the circle a few times and naked people appeared! And then the sponge and starfish came back on. I do not like the loud shows- or the ones with words and people waving their hands." Kyou reported, scratching at the black ear. " Forgive me. I'm excited... I do not often have someone to listen to my...train of thought."

"Not immediately, no," Azana said, a yawn escaping her. "All this chasing and investigating wears down mere mortals like us. We'll rest and prepare, then take him out." He gave Malachai a light hug, ignoring the slight protest she could feel.
"Thanks for all your help. I'll put in a good word with Stella for you."
Sosol was already out like a light, sleeping and trying to keep thoughts of the First Oracle at bay.
"You will," Orrin answered. "I doubt he'll be as conversational as before. There's business to conduct, punishment to dole out..."

Malachai blinked, very surprised, sneaking a slight, shy hug back before he was let go of and smiling brightly at the referral. "Ohhh, thank you! I'll, um, I'll go on and keep tracing so I know where he's hiding while you sleep, so you can plan! Or...o-or find the n-nun..."
"Oh, there's time to talk after business, surely~" she giggled, setting down the sword. "I'm just all a-twitter. I haven't seen your kind fight properly before."

"I think one will be easier to find than the other," Azana said, brushing a lock of hair out of Sosol's face as he slept. "If this revenant is working for Kasdeya, she'll have her claws on Marilyn for sure. She has a lot of information on us and our weaknesses; I wouldn't be surprised if she's been trying to tempt it out of her."
"We have little use in fighting," Orrin said, pulling out a device and looking it over. "It's more like the execution of a sentence; the other party has little say in how it goes. Sure, they may struggle, but it's futile once you have incurred the wrath of the Cosmic Order." Testing it to see if it worked, he smiled.
"Hm, this may work for our purposes..."

Kyou mimicked the gesture, completely enthralled with it. There was a small hint of delight in Kyou's voice, but the face didn't quite match it, "What an interesting gesture. What is the purpose of this gesture? You wish me to slow? Forgive me. Sometimes when I start asking questions I cannot stop myself. Questions breed more questions and rarely did I have good fortune in finding someone to answer. Most threw stones or yelled ..." Kyou thought for a long moment, lone green eye seeming to search for something before looking back to Gren. Fingers laced and a new blush appeared, "Do you know if anyone would be able to show me where Mr. Marouse works?"

Gren blinked, wondering where to start, but smiling at her final question knowingly. "I could...it's not far from here, really."

Honey curled up with her guitar, having been unable to get up from the kitchen floor. It was so cool. Sunburn and sugar coma, this would be a good sleep.
Kyou's blush deepened, "If it would not be a bother would you be willing to show me in a day or so? The mushi I have in mind is very... sensitive but if Mr. Marouse can...gleam- what does that mean? I should not use that word yet. If he can see the mushi I believe he may like it." Kyou's head shook as if waving away a thought, hands unlaced and hung by uncurved sides, expression almost lost in thought.
Kiran gave a soft yawn, tilting his head to listen from the top of the stairs. It sounded as if elephant had stopped drawing and Malachai was to hunt a scent. Kiran felt a small mote of guilt, he did not know who was missing- but perhaps if he had said something earlier they would not be gone? No... it wasn't his business was it. Elenor, I want to help because it sounds serious but... what use could I ever be? I'm allergic to myself. The man rose from the step and walked to his room.

Kyou's head tilted slightly to the side, listening- then looked up. " Ah. I see you." Black arm reaching up Kyou's skin distorted slightly- as if something were wrapping around it and squeezing. Kyou smiled gently, speaking in almost a hushed lulling tone, the closed eye opening slowly, " Forgive me, Mr. Gren. My work seems to be calling me. I would be very thankful if you would very slowly hand me the open jar by the door." A small winced- the tip of Kyou's finger seeming to become invisible. Kiran sat with elephant on the floor, crossing his legs, tone daringly close to fond, " And w-wh-what are y-you up t-t-to?" ((OOC: heading home be back soon

"..." Azana had a hard time deciding, in all honesty. The revenant already proved dangerous and willing to leave a trail of blood, but their greatest weaknesses were in the hands of their nemesis...a ticking time bomb either way.
Finally, she let out a sigh. "Go get Marilyn," she said at last. "It may be easier for you than for us...once she's safe, we'll take out this revenant creep."
"This dowses for necromancy," Orrin smiled. "Revenant-tracking items seem very un-lost...but if we use three smaller devices, tracking each part of the thing we want, we just look for where they're all reacting." He showed the two trackers.
"One for necromancy, one for demonic power, and myself," he pointed to his hair. "I'm reacting to him, too, so if we follow these, it shouldn't be hard."

He nodded, trotting off. Kasdeya's church was the most likely place, but to be sure, he'd follow the sulfry scent. Opening Marilyn's window, he leapt out and flew off in pursuit.
She grinned in delight. "Should we wait for the rest?"
He did so, cautiously opening the jar, holding it out.
Elephant looked up, pointing to the papers, all in a heap.

Orrin grinned. "Why, they're the greatest tracker of them all!" He answered, feeling strangely playful considering an aberration was wandering about. "I figure they will find it in due time, but there's no reason we can't help. I just feel as though they deserve their chance with him before our somewhat one-sided encounter."
Azana, meanwhile, crept into bed with her husband, finding rest a very, very good idea for when they had to face down the fiend.
