[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

Adam frowned, baffled. "...you can't take off the armor?"  

[Gareus Fletcher]

He shook his head.

"It's a, ah... curse. Of sorts."  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Oh dear..." he frowned, looking down a moment. "Uh...we could get a blacksmith to alter the suit?"  

[Gareus Fletcher]

"We could... But I would be in a lot of pain and... the thing that I do would simply revert it back to its shape before."

There was obvious hesitation; the Void was not something to be brought up lightly.

Adam looked politely lost, tilting his head slightly. "...I see?"  

[Astra_Senpai]

Tamriel left her room for the first time in days. She silently swept down the hall and to the kitchen, praying there were some vegetables she could cook in broth or orange juice. Scenting as she went, she didn't smell anyone around. It was late after all... or early depending on your point of view. Once in the kitchen, her snowy ears swiveled this way and that- listening. Nothing near her size. She sighed softly, waving her tail this way and that... just enough for a small meal. She began to cook.

Malachai scuttled into the main room, wide eyed. Where were they, he sniffed, head twisting. Not inside?!

"Aw, man..."  

[Azana Brown]

Max peeked her head downstairs, noticing someone had arrived. Her face lit up and she hopped down until she noticed it wasn't who she was looking for.

"Oh...hey, demon dude," she greeted, slightly less cheerful but still happy to see him.  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Hi Max!" beamed Malachai. The blue raspberry! She was always fun. "I just found out where they put the nun!"  

[Azana Brown]

"Oh, really?" Max smiled. "Awesome! Glad ta find 'er, I'm sure...though where the heck would a demon dude like you run inta the nun?"

"Uh-huh...yeah, it's all here. You'll be by tomorrow? Fantastic. Yeah. Yeah. Sorry it took so long...it's a long story. Bye." Tyler hung up on James, arranging the pick-up for the spirit water and having to figure out some vague explanation for the very, very strange event. He was still coming to terms with it, mostly figuring out in his head how to recalibrate the temporal stabilization. The tests usually had moments or minutes...but months?

Max gasped at the voice, the cheer back as she dashed across to Tyler. "Ohmigod, you're back~! What took ya, Ty?!"

"Well, it's a-" he gasped, staring at Tyler, eyes widening with bright shines. "T...TYLERRRR!" cheered the demon, lunging at the man, filled with love, arms wide in intent for a hug.  

[Azana Brown]

Tyler went wide-eyed, nudging Max out of the way before being tackled to the ground by an overly-enthusiastic incubus. "Oof...hey," he answered from the ground, groping blindly for his glasses and putting them back on before continuing. "I get the feeling you missed me."

"Well, duh! You were only gone forever, ya know," Max answered from above, smirking and almost wishing she was a part of that little dogpile.

Malachai nuzzled cheek to cheek, tail swaying. "I missed you soooooo muuuuu-huuuuuhhuuuuch!" he whined happily. "Max, Max, didn't we? C'mere! I want to hug everyone!"

Max giggled, leaping on the pile and hugging both of them gleefully. "Yay~! I haven't been in one of these for a long time!"

Tyler laughed a little, happy to see he was missed, and definitely to see them happy. "Where are the others...? I'm surprised I haven't run into them yet."

"Fighting a revenant that abducted a nun named Marilyn. How are you?" smiled Malachai, giving Max a nuzzle as well. Everyone was his friend!
