[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

Kyou smiled, perched just above the kitchen door, "There will be chili soon!"  

[Gren_Eckener]

Charlotte laughed. "I'm up for more adventure too! And then chili when we get back!"

Gren smiled and nodded. "Chili when you get back...we can talk justice here, I think. Unless you want to be a part of that too, Max, because I think we can all mend over chili. I'm already on board."  

[Azana Brown]

"Yeah...my only worry's that cranky angel that nags Az," Max pouted. "Remy an' I made a great case...! I can convince 'er!"

"You miss the adventures, I see," Orrin grinned. "Shall we, then...?"

"Are we talking another full vehicle, or are we splitting up again...?" Terry asked.

Kyou hummed softly, Mr. Gren was still too close to the door- oh it was so hard to wait! Kyou looked over at Kiran- seems he'd rested his head on the table but his hand was still writing. Kyou hopped easily along the rafter until over the man. Kiran looked up and blinked. Kyou looked down and blinked. Staring contest back on.

"I can talk to her."

"No, I will." said Malachai. "She won't believe it unless I say it."

"All right...then I'll mediate." said Gren agreeably. "Max, Remy, what's your case?"

Remy hummed. "Well, every other demon and ghoulie in the joint gets treated just as an equal, but not him, and we really don't have much basis for doin' that. He's been nothing but good, is the only one who has to prove that he's being good, and really is generally getting screwed over for no reason."

"...Good point."

Mal nodded. "Totally unfair." he huffed, tail lashing.

"Allons-y! Terry, the car, or shall I bring up something for us all?"  

[Azana Brown]

"An' Az's judgment should count 'cause she's the one who's actually here an' stuff!" Max beamed. "She oughta back off an' trust 'er more!"

"Car's still out front," Terry opened the door with a bow. "Hope it's to your standards."

"There are two rather small passengers...I'm certain we will fit with room." Orrin chuckled.  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Oooh, good point." nodded Gren, making a mental note. "All right...I think we can do this, guys. You folks take care of yourselves, and don't get hurt more than necessary."

"Remember: she's tricky. Try to think outside of outright violence; be clever!" cautioned Mal.

"Heh! I can sit in your lap~" Charlotte smiled to Orrin. At Mal's comment, she nodded. "All right...I think we can manage a low kill count. Move out!"

Kiran's ear twitched... that was a tone he'd not heard in a while for anyone. He flushed and scribbled a note or two. Kyou grinned, this time Kyou was going to win!  

[Azana Brown]

"Rock and roll!" Max dashed out the door, high-fiving Terry on the way out.

Orrin strolled out calmly. Minimal kill count...zero, of course. The cult would not perish today.

"We'll be back before you know it." Terry smirked, waiting for Charlotte and Remy before closing the door behind him.

Violet mumbled a little bit, beginning to stir with the sound of the door closing. "...chili..."

Malachai looked to Gren. "Can you get Azana? I think I'd better ease things with Violet."

The innkeeper looked unsure, but nodded, heading up the stairs to knock on Azana's door, thinking that perhaps they should get an expanded suite as well.  

[Azana Brown]

Azana answered the door, awake, fully dressed, and with a look that hinted at something, though it was hard to tell what. "Gren...what can I do for you?"

Violet's eyes opened, and she drowsily brushed her hair out of her face. She saw the ceiling, and other chairs...she was downstairs. Sitting up, she looked over to a familiar face. "...Malachai...?"

Kyou grinned and shifted- sending a small amount of dust onto Kiran. Kiran's ears drooped, but his glasses protected his eyes. Kiran wrinkled his nose, "Th-that's ch-cheat-ting." Kyou straddled the beam and shook peppered head, not once breaking eye contact, "Just getting comfortable." Kiran grumbled, a bit tired... and then spaced out.

He looked apologetic. "I'm really, really sorry that I have to ask you this after a hard night...but I need your ear. You and the angel's."

"Hi..." he smiled, looking a little shy on another couch. "Sleep okay?"  

[Azana Brown]

Azana looked at him blankly for a moment before letting out a sigh. "Am I allowed to know why, or is it classified...?" She asked, already running through the contract in her mind. It didn't quite sound like it, but she had readily volunteered.

"...finally," she answered, grinning softly. "But...the chili...I was supposed to stir...!" She sat up, ready to rush to the kitchen and try to salvage something that didn't need her help.

"Of course...Malachai wants to debate his treatment here in the Inn. Shadow came back yesterday, you see, and I admit that I sort of forgot he was a demon too...Seeing that Shadow could walk in freely without anyone freaking out, well, he thought that was mightily unfair, and I can see his point. Violet's downstairs, and we're just gonna lay this one on the table. I think it's time."

"Oh, no, no...Gren stirred it, it's okay." he reassured. "We, um...we need to talk, though. I have to tell you something important."
