[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

"Yep..." he said, digging out the supply. Looking up at the growl, he grinned a little. "Kyou's just never seen you before; you have to admit you're kind of imposing. Nothin's happened."  

[Raigon The Ice Titan]

Shadow gave a bellowing chuckle that echoed through the inn seeming to come from every shadow. "Indeed I guess i would look intemidating to those who do not know me or have never seen me but this form is far less intemidating than my wolf form." Shadow smiled softly. "Have you heard any word from my daughter? Do you know if she fairs well?"  

[Azana Brown]

Stella shook her head. "I think I'll spare the demonstration for when you're not completely tripping," she answered Kyou, helping guide her to a seat before she hit something. "And I'll be more than happy to trade information with you."

"Hallucination-causing invisible things," Azana commented from nearby at the bar. "The wonders never cease...think I could get a spiked refill of this, since you're there?"

Tyler stood and headed upstairs. If nothing else, he wanted to see why Sol had abandoned his post all day so far.

"Mexican is usually spicy food," Violet said, absently stirring the warm chili. "I think you'd really like it..."

"She's just gotten back from a trip yesterday; she's resting upstairs." said Gren, fixing Azana her drink with a grin. "She's fine."

Mal sniffed the chili, tail swaying. "...could I taste this?"  

[Astra_Senpai]

Kyou had jumped to full height at the laugh from everywhere. What? Where? There had never been sound before! No... no there wasn't a way for that to happen. Ah Stella. Kyou smiled at the pretty woman with... her hair was pink now? Why pink? Kyou did not care for this color. It was silly and Kyou... leaned back a bit- was apparently a warning that it was hungry. Wait. Hair didn't get hungry. Ah. Hallucinations. Yes. Delightful.

Nodding at her words, Kyou blinked unevenly, only letting Stella come into contact with the unbandaged arm. Happily sitting in a chair, legs tucking in and under and arms resting neatly on lap. "Tripping? I do not understand I am seated. Was the floor truly sinking as this chair seems to be? You were not bit as well... no you would feel ill. I would be delighted and honored to see more of your work in action. I am very curious on the seals, however I am certainly looking forward to seeing your work. You did not answer me about that... oh his hair is red. Oh that must be the demon from yesterday. I had wanted to ask of those marvelous swords... but it seems he is carrying bamboo today. What an odd change. Though bamboo does splinter effectively. I have not met the Zulma everyone is excited about. Oh my it is warm in here. Miss Stella, may I trouble you for water please?"

Shadow nodded and smiled softly. "That is good that is good indeed. SO how about yourself what have you been up too these many years that i have been away." Shadow looked at him and then reached for the bottle of devil's whiskey and uncorked it the smell was so potent that normal humans would pass out from the smell and took and long drink from it. His body's chemistry the way it is it was almost impossible for him to get drunk but it didnt mean he did not enjoy the taste.

"Running the Inn." he shrugged. "Zulma would spend a lot of time out getting stuff to protect the Inn, so I just stayed here and watched things go. How long has it been?"  

[Raigon The Ice Titan]

Shadow tilted his head slightly and shook it." Honestly my old friend i have no idea i have lived for so many years that i do not know how to keep track of them any longer. But that is good and how do you like it you do seem to have the qualitys to run it and coming from me that is indeed high praise." Shadow chuckled softly then looked around and saw that there where a few changes here and there although nothing too major that he didnt reconize. "Has anything threatened the inn at all since i have been gone?"  

[Azana Brown]

"O-okay..." Violet said, fishing out a spoon and taking a sample. "Here..."

"I'll grab that for you," Stella answered, walking over toward the kitchen. Never a dull day...but this was the good kind of mayhem.

Azana sipped it and gave her nod of approval, listening to them talk business, of all things. Then again, she hadn't seen Shadow in...well, forever, it seemed. He was just that looming presence she knew was there, but was otherwise entirely absent. Where had he been?

"Of course...mostly from within. But we've sorted it all, come what may." smiled Gren, fixing himself a little something.

Malachai wiggled slightly on the spot, taking his sample carefully and popping it in his mouth. His eyes went wide as he marvelled. "MMMMM!"  

[Astra_Senpai]

Kyou was content to sit and watch all of the odd shapes and the like float by. Kyou giggled then tried to figure out where it came from. Looking about and eventually settling on the others. Gren certainly looked interesting with snakes for hair, the demon... still looked the same but possessed an odd little glow and Azana... Kyou's head bowed, the lighter side flushing deeply. That was inappropriate. Bad hallucination. BAD. Admittedly Kyou would have preferred to be in the given room... but it seems here was were Kyou would roost. Roost? Roost... Kyou looked up and sank in the chair until laying on the floor. THAT WAS THE BIGGEST HUNTER KYOU HAD EVER SEEN. No. No. No. No. That couldn't be real. Kyou was too afraid to close those emerald orbs. Oh what if it was real! It had to be the beam. Beam. Beam. Beam.

Stella returned with water to find Kyou on the floor, staring terrified at the ceiling. "Wow, he got you good, didn't he...?" She said, offering the water down to her. "Just hang in there until it gets out of your system..."

Violet blushed, glancing aside. He was just saying that because it was his first time. It had to be. "We'll all have a bowl of it soon...I was told to wait on everyone before I served it..."

Azana glanced over to Kyou, seeing the oddest expression on her face. What on Earth could she be seeing...? "I don't even wanna know," she said at last, taking a sip of her drink.

Shadow nodded and then looked over to where Azana was and smiled softly. "Well I am truly sorry how have you been Azana?" Shadow readjusted his katanas yet again and turned his head towards Gren and said with a slight voice. " Well I am glad that things were handled. I honestly do not know what I would of done if I came back and this place was destroyed." Shadow shuddered slightly because he had a inkling of what would happen. Shadow would of lost all control and would have gone on a rampage and that is something that no one wanted to happen. "So where are the rest of the patrons. I must admit that I am curiose as to who has joined us here and who still remains."

He gave her a sorrowful look. "...we hafta wait?"

"A bunch haven't been around...that's fine, though."

Gren winced, looking over at Kyou. "I think that's the side effect of her meds..."  

[Astra_Senpai]

"It seems the mushi is designed to work with other hunters. It is not uncommon to send a decoy to drop the defenses. And now I'm very certain that this poison is designed to attack the part of me which focuses on fear. I feel as though my heart is going to beat out of my chest. I am afraid to close my eyes for I'm not certain if that is a beam. It must be a beam. Or the biggest hunter I've seen in my life. I do hope they do not grow that big, I am only one person and only so strong after all. It would not fit in any jar that I am aware of. Ah the water. Yes thank you, Miss Stella. Forgive me, this is certainly a horrible way to meet someone or carry on a conversation." As Kyou spoke, a hand came up and took the cup. Without sitting up, Kyou displayed a talent for drinking whilst laying down. No water touched the floor and was consumed without fail. Kyou considered the cup, yelping and tossed it into the air- it would be an easy catch.
