*sigh* Well first of all, what's your character's class? If she's a genjutsuist then you're best off in either leaf or sand, but if she's more weapons or taijutsu based then you should probably go to mist or cloud.

LEAF?! the onyl village to be more destroyed then others in only a month or two xd I did, because they have both Takashi and Hanzo Uchiha as some good fairly active genjutsu class players. If she was genjutsu then she could probably learn more from them than from anyone else, but she isn't so let's move on. Ninjutsu and taijutsu is either Cloud, Grass, or Sand. Katsuro is an active leader in Sand, and he has more knowledge taijutsu-wise than just about anyone out there. They seem to be having some activity problems lately though. Grass is fairly balanced, but it comes with the crazyness and danger of the people there. Grass is more for the medics though. Cloud is possibly the safest place, and has both a wide range of ninjutsu and taijutsu specialists.
