[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

"Well, we're working on it...in the meantime, there's soulfruit ice cream, apparently." he said, nodding to the Drinkamajig. "So, that could help."

Honey sat up and held her nose, she already had a shiner over her left eye, "Sor'y. Go a slo' do'n on the s'airs- kee' forget'in."

Tamriel shook her head, "I've gone too long for the flavor to be satisfying. I can wait- I may take a.... Snow Whitesque sleep in between but I will not hunt. I don't want to hurt anyone anymore." She swallowed the juice, making sure to turn the burned cheek away from the young woman, "I'm just happy no one seems to be interested in this as they are the milk."

"Soulfruits are like soul substitute, Vi...it's what Mal's been eating while he's been here, so that he wasn't hungry and stayed safe around others." said Remy, looking back to Tam. "If lemon juice is the way to go, then go to it; we'll buy tons."

"Clearly," Tyler commented, pocketing his device and offering a hand. "Or you could take the banister; Max seems to enjoy it."

"That's good," Violet said, though she was frowning, "but you need to eat...th-there has to be something, or someone..."

Honey checked her hand, no blood! HA! Taking the hand with the one she hadn't been holding her nose with, Honey stood up. She chirped, "Tha's a goo' poin'. I try tha' nex' ti'e. I'm 'Oney. I en't me' 'ou ye'!"

Tamriel shook her head, the baby fine jawlength hair shimmering softly, ears back a small bit, "I can't... justify taking live just for my own sake anymore. It must sound foolish but I simply... cannot take more blood on my hands." Her tail unwrapped from her hips, curling around her legs- the foofh of it almost thick enough to be a fur skirt, "I thank you for your concern, Miss."

"Now, now, don't you be fussin', either of you." assured Remy. "Tam, you're not going to be held in contempt for being hungry, okay?"  

[Azana Brown]

"Tyler," he answered, amused at her self-destructive enthusiasm. "I've been gone a few months, so that doesn't surprise me much. What brings you out here, Honey?"

"Okay..." Violet frowned but relented, heading back for the kitchen. Remy was busy conversing, and that last pot was still there, if she recalled.

Honey chirped, "I's ni'e ta mee' ya, Ty'er. I'm 'ere b'cause i's apar' a my pat' to see wha' t'e worl' 'as ta of'er."

She nodded, lipping her cup again. Watching Violet, what an enticing scent to her- she closed her eyes, taking a mouthful of juice and swallowing. Smiling softly to Remy, "Thank you... may I ask what the two of you are... were working on?"

"Scrubbin' pots!" he smiled, holding up his chili pot. "Dinner's dishes, you know?"

Violet couldn't find the second one, suddenly feeling foolish for not noticing that Remy had taken it with him. Resigned to be done with chores for now, she headed back out and took a seat. A soulfruit...what would such a thing look like? How would it taste? Would she even want to find out?

"The answer to that's pretty simple," Tyler smirked. "Everything you could imagine, and more. Good on you for going out to see it." He pulled out a chair at a nearby table before taking one himself, an open invitation to the wandering, pink-haired girl. Once seated, he pulled out the toolkit again, unrolling it for easy access.

Honey giggled, watching him and more than merrily taking the other chair. Freckled arms on the table, blue eyes wide with wonder, "W'as all t'is fo?"

Tamriel's left ear swiveled to track Honey's voice- she was so... loud. The other tracking Violet, before both returned to focus on Remy. "Why are you doing them... isn't there a servant for that?" She was truly baffled- yes she'd washed her own bowl... well rinsed it but that was because that wasn't something for a lady to do.

"Nope...this is the sort of house where everyone does their own cleaning-up." said Remy, chuckling. "So you do your fair share."

Violet nodded at Remy's explanation. "W-we do help each other, sometimes..."

"Fixing things," Tyler answered her, pulling out the malfunctioning device. It looked like it had been a GPS navigation at some point, but no longer. "It's what I do...I build things, and I fix things."  

[Astra_Senpai]

Her tail curled and uncurled as she looked between the two, contemplating. "I will have to be more aware of when I cook then... I've just been leaving it all to be taken care of."

Honey awed at the kit. Some of this would be perfect for picking locks and opening grates. Too bad he didn't have guitar string, "I'm no' goo' wit' ga'ge's... bu' I fi'ed a pe'al ca' o'ce." Her head tilted as she looked over the GPS, "AH wai' did 'ou ma'e tha' thin' G'en 'as," the question accompanied by a gesture to her small wrist as if it illustrated the teleporter.

"It's okay," Violet grinned, "as long as you help some of the time...there's plenty of us here to help."

Tyler chuckled, shaking his head. "My reputation already precedes me...yes, that's my first model of it. This one is an improvement, but it malfunctioned recently due to tampering." He pulled out a tool and very easily popped the backing off the device. "So, repairs are needed. I wonder if you've met one of my other creations. He whirs around here sometimes."
