[RP] The Inn of Peace - IoP (Open to all)

Sitting alone in the main room Tex was again playing his guitar and singing an old song no one know but him. Every once in a while he'd look up either out the window at the still falling snow or into the fire.  

[Gren_Eckener]

Gren smiled to himself. It was all going according to plan...tomorrow, a new theme.

He was making a quick batch of fudge in the kitchen, peanut butter fudge. Everyone else had contributed to the holiday cheer, he felt that he needed to as well.

I am Vincente Valtiere

Vincente had cut the makeshift sleigh more, creating a wooden snowboard. He went down the mountian whooping. It was amazing feeling like this. He hadn't trained to stop though. He started trying to stop quickly but to no avail. He smashed into the side of the inn with a hollow thud. "Ow..." He said. He wondered how many people heard that.

[MacPere]

MacPere hummed to himself as he ventured into the inn, singing carols to himself. He soon hung his coat up and looked about, humming at the desolate state. "My, this is new..." He strolled to the kitchen with the intention of tea but smirked as he noted Grencia slaving away.

He slipped his arms around his slim waist and peered over his shoulder; curious.  

[Gren_Eckener]

He glanced over to the direction he heard a thumping sound against the Inn. It could have been any manner of things..he took the fudge from the oven and set it out to cool, then found a pale pair of hands lacing around his waist, a pair of sapphire eyes peering over his slim shoulder.

"Well, hello there...d'you like fudge?  

[MacPere]

"Mm... I love fudge, as a matter of fact~" MacPere cooed, giving Gren's cheek a light peck. "Any particular flavour?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"It's peanut butter, and there's one of chocolate in the oven, as well as maple. I made three batches, for all kinds of tastes. And you, lucky, you are going to try the first bit, as soon as it cools."

He turned in MacPere's arms, wrapping them arouns his lover's back, and kissed him tenderly on the lips. "And I've got to say, I'm glad to see you..."  

[MacPere]

"Aha! Lucky me!" MacPere looked to Gren curiously, eyebrows risen. "Aren't you always glad to see me?" He laughed. "Is there any occasion or something wrong, dearest?"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Of course I am...it was just a long day, is all. Not the best tips, a few kids starting trouble at the bar. I'm just...thankful that I have someone I can come home to this time. Usually, it's just me alone with my thoughts."

He squeezed gently, smiling, eyes shining happily. "You just make my day better."  

[MacPere]

"Aw... Grencia... I can only reiterate~" MacPere brought their lips together again for a brief moment of time whilst he rooted around his pocket for money and dexterously stuffed it into Gren's pocket. "... Whoops, how did that get there? I guess you were tipped more than you thought~"  

[Gren_Eckener]

"Oh, Eli..." He took the bills back out of his pocket and held them out, a sad smile flitting across his face. "As wonderful as this is, I'm not in such dire straits yet...and you know that I'd ask you for help if you needed it."

-coming in from outside he shook the cold off his jacket and went immediatly for the bar-

"Can I get anyone anything whileim back here?"

-he said cheerily, it was definately good to be back-

"Most say that and then pride rears its ugly head." He reluctantly took back the money and sighed, folding them and replacing them in his pocket. "Just remember that you can come to me for anything."

MacPere patted Gren's rear and turned to leave but stopped, looking back curiously. "You know, I woke up in the strangest of positions this morning..."  

[Gren_Eckener]

"What prides have I got but you and my sax?" He grinned. "Indulge me for now...and when I woke up, you didn't look too odd...How was it weird?"

He poked his head out of the kitchen and grinned at Aris. "No, but would you like some fudge?"

"Really? oh man! what kind?"

-he excitedly finished making his tea and came around the bar-
